摘要：Two major challenges,high cost and short lifespan,have been hindering the commercialization process of lowtemperature fuel *** Wei's group has been focusing on decreasing cathode Pt loadings without losses of activity and durability,and their research advances in this area over the past three decades are briefly reviewed *** the Pt-based catalysts and the low Pt usage,they have firstly tried to clarify the degradation mechanism of Pt/C catalysts,and then demonstrated that the activity and stability could be improved by three strategies:regulating the nanostructures of the active sites,enhancing the effects of support materials,and optimizing structures of the three-phase *** Pt-free catalysts,especialiy carbon-based ones,several strategies that they proposed to enhance the activity of nitrogen-/heteroatom-doped carbon catalysts are firstly ***,an indepth understanding of the degradation mechanism for carbon-based catalysts is discussed,and followed by the corresponding stability enhancement ***,the carbon-based electrode at the micrometer-scale,faces the challenges such as low active-site density,thick catalytic layer,and the effect of hydrogen peroxide,which require rational structure design for the integral cathodic *** review finally gives a brief conclusion and outlook about the low cost and long lifespan of cathodic oxygen reduction catalysts.

摘要：目的:产品概念设计是一种复杂的认知活动过程,在产品生命周期中具有极其重要的作用。目前对产品概念设计的智能化方向主要集中在概念生成与评价等离散阶段,尚缺乏系统性的智能化概念设计方法。本文的目的是在形式化与系统化概念设计过程中,实现设计的计算化与智能化,支持计算机辅助设计的发展与应用。创新点:1.结合工程设计与认知科学,提出多阶段设计认知模型表达产品设计过程;2.采用计算智能算法,实现设计认知模型的智能求解。方法:1.通过分析设计者的设计过程规律,结合认知心理学构建符合设计流程的多阶段设计认知模型(图1);2.通过引入计算智能算法,分别对认知模型中概念联想、概念组合和方案评价进行认知计算,实现设计过程的正向求解(图2);3.通过仿真模拟,运用认知计算方法对液压机产品进行概念设计求解,得到相关的设计方案,并验证所提方法的可行性和有效性(表3)。结论:1.产品概念设计过程可抽象为概念生成、概念组合和方案评价的认知过程;2.认知过程可以引入计算智能方法对其进行分别模拟计算;3.运用认知计算方法对产品进行概念设计,可以显著提高设计效率,同时有助于设计自动化的实现。

摘要：For the purpose of testing and analysing the corona characteristics of UHVDC bundle conductors, UHVDC corona cage would be built in china. Corona cage is one of the indispensable equipments for conductor corona performance researches. Tests of conductor co- rona characteristics in corona cages can overcome the shortages of those with test *** dimensions of several corona cages constructed overseas were introduced in this paper. Based on foreign experiences and the requirement of State Grid Corporation of china, the UHVDC corona cage was designed as double-cage, double-layer, three-sections, and catenary shape with the size of 70 m×22 m×13 m. The corona loss measurement system, radio interference measuring system, and the audible noise measuring system are also detailed, including the measurement theory, connection with the cage, the parameters and the designing basis. The UHVDC corona cage has been put into service. It now undergoes a large amount of audible noise and radio frequency interference tests.

摘要：Double-weight optical code division multiple access（OCDMA） systems are proposed for studying differentiated quality-of-service transmission. Based on quadratic congruence code（QCC）, we construct a one-dimensional double-weight code family, which can be well utilized in incoherent synchronous double-weight OCDMA networks. By introducing algebraic transformation to code sequences of QCC in level 1, we obtain multiple double-weight codes with cross-correlation 1. Under the same-bit-power assumption, the performance of low-weight codes can be significantly improved and is always superior to that of high-weight codes in double-weight OCDMA systems with power control. This property is contrary to previous conclusions under the same-chip-power assumption.

摘要：The mechanical properties dependence on the microstructure was reviewed and analyzed,and the ultrafine grained duplex microstructure of BCC matrix and large fractioned austenite was given as one of the optimum structures to develop the third generation steel with high strength and high *** medium-Mn steels with different carbon contents processed by austenite reverted transformation(ART-annealing) were studied thoroughly to fabricate the ultrafine duplex steels with large fractioned *** lamellar typed ultrafine structure,the granular typed ultrafine duplex structure and the corresponding mechanical properties of the medium-Mn steels processed by ART-annealing were demonstrated in this *** was revealed that the duplex structure with large fraction of austenite and ultrafine grain structure is capable of producing steels with excellent combination of strength and ductility,i.e.,Rm A about 30-50 GPa%,which is about two times of that of the conventional automobile steels and close to that of the TWIP *** was concluded that the ART-annealing of the medium-Mn steels would be at least one of the promising ways to fabricate the third generation automobile steels in the near future.

So they have unparalleled advantages in the aerospace, vehicle industry, waste heat recovery, electronic cooling, etc. This paper reviews the progress in thermodynamic analyses and optimizations for single- and multiple-element, single- and multiple-stage, and combined thermoelectric generators, thermoelectric refrigerators and thermoelectric heat pumps, especially in the aspects of non-equilibrium thermodynamics and finite time thermodynamics. It also discusses the developing trends of thermoelectric devices, such as the heat sources of thermoelectric generators, multi-stage thermoelectric devices, combined thermoelectric devices, and heat transfer enhancement of thermoelectric devices.

摘要：The problem of non-fragile H∞ filtering for a class of linear systems described by delta operator with circular region pole constraints is *** purpose of the paper is to design a filter such that the error filtering system not only satisfies the prescribed circular pole constraints or D-stability constraint,but also meets the prescribed H∞ norm constraint on the transfer function from the disturbance input to the estimation *** filter gain to be designed is assumed to have multiplicative gain variations.A sufficient condition for the existence of such a filter is obtained by using appropriate Lyapunov function and linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique.A numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and less conservativenes of the proposed design.

Based on the EKF algorithm, the authors propose the quasi-consistent EKF(QCEKF)as well as the tuning law for its parameters.
