摘要：Based on gradient control of carbon partitioning between martensite and austenite during heat treatment of steels,a stepping-quenching-partitioning(S-Q-P) process is developed for high strength *** S-Q-P process involves several quenching processes at progressively lower temperatures between martensite-start(Ms) and martensite-finish(Mf) temperatures,each followed by a partitioning treatment at either the initial quenching temperature or above that temperature.A novel microstructure is designed based on the S-Q-P *** and distributions of retained austenite and high-carbon martensite surrounded by martensite laths can be manipulated by the partitioning duration and temperature,and quenching temperature of the S-Q-P *** element Si is employed in the S-Q-P steel to suppress formation of carbides and create suitable amount of retained austenite.A steel of 0.39C-1.22Mn-1.12Si-0.23Cr(wt.%) treated by the S-Q-P process is endowed with some special microstructural characteristics:some strips of retained austenite located at edges of martensite blocks with high density of dislocations and between martensite laths,some small blocks of twinned martensites distributed among bundles of the low-carbon martensite *** mechanical properties of the medium carbon steel after the S-Q-P process can reach ultimate tensile strength(Rm) of 1240 MPa,total elongation(EI) of 25%,and product of strength and ductility(PSD) of 31.2 GPa% that are much more improved than those after the conventional quenching-tempering(Q-T) and currently prevailing quenching-partitioning(Q-P) *** PSD of the tested steel after the S-Q-P process increases by 67% and 32% as compared with those after the Q-T and Q-P processes,respectively.

摘要：This paper proposes a compact polarization microstrip antenna based on double-layer *** bandwidth of the whole antenna is widened by expanding the top and bottom layers *** the design of antenna structure and adjustment of size,the proposed antenna can achieve both the left-and right-hand circular polarizations in 2.33 GHz-2.97 *** results indicate that the effective bandwidth is 640 MHz in S-band and the relative bandwidth can achieve 24% with 11 S less than 15 dB.

摘要：Audible noise from high voltage transmission lines’ corona discharge has become one of the decisive factors affecting design of high voltage transmission lines, thus it is very important to study the spatial propagation characteristics of audible noise for its accurate pre- diction. A calculation model for the propagation of audible noise is presented in this paper, which is based on the basic equation of the sound wave and can involve the influences of the atmosphere absorption and ground effects. The effects of different ground impedances and the atmospheric attenuation on the distribution of sound pressure level are discussed in this paper. The results show that the atmospheric absorp- tion may increase the attenuation of the audible noise, and the ground surface affects both the amplitude and phase of the sound. The spatial distribution fluctuates considering the ground effects. The atmospheric attenuation and the ground effect are closely related to the frequency of the noise. In the frequency range of the audible noise, the influence of atmospheric attenuation on the spatial propagation characteristics is more obvious in high frequency while ground has significant influences in low frequency.

摘要：The deficiencies of basic particle swarm optimization （bPSO） are its ubiquitous prematurity and its inability to seek the global optimal solution when optimizing complex high-dimensional functions. To overcome such deficiencies, the chaos-PSO （COSPSO） algorithm was established by introducing the chaos optimization mechanism and a global particle stagnation-disturbance strategy into bPSO. In the improved algorithm, chaotic movement was adopted for the particles＇ initial movement trajectories to replace the former stochastic movement, and the chaos factor was used to guide the particles＇ path. When the global particles were stagnant, the disturbance strategy was used to keep the particles in motion. Five benchmark optimizations were introduced to test COSPSO, and they proved that COSPSO can remarkably improve efficiency in optimizing complex functions. Finally, a case study of COSPSO in calculating design flood hydrographs demonstrated the applicability of the improved algorithm.

摘要：Increasing demand for downsizing of engines to improve CO2 emissions has resulted in renewed efforts to improve the efficiency and expend the stable operating range of the centrifugal compressors used in petro-chemical equipment and turbochargers. The losses in these compressors are dominated by tip clearance flow. In this paper, the tip clearance flow in the subsonic impeller is numerically investigated. The nature of the tip clearance in inducer, axial to radial bend and exducer are studied in detail at design and off-design conditions by examining the detailed flow field through the clearance and the interaction of the clearance flow with the shear effect with the endwalls. The correlation between blade loading and span wise geometry and clearance flow at different locations are presented.

摘要：目的:本文研究自底向上的事件抽取方法。在无需预先人工给定事件类型体系的基础上,实现事件类型体系的自动构建及事件类型识别和事件元素的抽取。创新点:本文首次提出基于聚类的事件类型自动发现方法。和传统事件抽取技术相比,该方法无需预先定义事件类型,无需先验的领域知识。因此,该方法是对领域移植的一个尝试,尤其适用于知识和资源有限的领域。方法:该方法依据谓语动词是对领域事件刻画的重要单元的特点,利用依存句法信息抽取领域事件词,利用《知网》(How Net)对领域事件词进行聚类从而获取不同的事件类型(图2),随后进行事件元素的抽取。本文提出基于Bootstrapping的事件元素抽取框架,该框架核心有三部分:(1)模式获取:该模块负责将事件种子放在互联网上去检索,获得事件实例,并根据事件实例,按照一定的规则生成初始的事件模式(图3);(2)模式泛化:初始事件模式由于过于死板,导致遗漏掉很多事件的匹配,因此,本文设计模式泛化方法,将原有的事件模式按照一定规则,进行一定程度上的泛化,使其在保证准确率不变的情况下尽量提高召回率(算法3);(3)模式过滤:经泛化后的模式会在一定程度上引入噪声,因此,本文提出一套过滤规则,尽量减少泛化带来的噪声(表3)。结论:提出自底向上的事件抽取系统。该系统在公开的ACE语料数据集上取得了优于当前最好基线方法的结果。同时在我们手工构造的音乐领域和金融领域数据集上也取得了优秀的实验结果。这表明该方法可以很好地进行领域自适应。

摘要：目的:施工进度-成本-质量均衡是面板堆石坝工程成功的关键。目前的均衡研究建立在静态经验数据上,仅针对规划和设计阶段,难以适应施工过程的动态性和不确定性。基于面板堆石坝施工质量实时监控技术,考虑动态决策偏好,本文提出施工进度-质量-成本动态均衡方法,以实现面向过程管理的进度-质量-成本均衡。创新点:1.提出基于面板堆石坝施工质量实时监控技术的施工进度、质量和成本动态预测方法;2.提出施工决策偏好动态量化方法;3.提出施工进度-质量-成本多目标均衡求解算法。方法:1.通过分析实时监控数据,更新仿真模型参数,仿真得到施工进度,再推导出质量和成本(图4、公式(8)和(10));2.采用层次分析法,动态量化施工过程中的管理者决策偏好,得到进度-质量-成本三目标间的权重(图5);3.采用改进的带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(公式(13)),求解动态均衡问题的Pareto解,并运用逼近理想解的排序法筛选出最优折衷方案(图5)。结论:1.基于实时监控进行施工进度、质量和成本的动态预测,提高了均衡结果与实际施工过程的一致性;2.动态量化决策偏好,并在优化求解中予以考虑,有助于最优折衷方案的筛选;3.在施工过程中任意阶段开展的施工进度-质量-成本动态均衡适应了施工条件的动态变化,可有效指导现场施工管理。
