摘要：The steel plate shear wall system has been used in a number of buildings as an innovative lateral force resistant *** often exist in the steel plate shear walls due to the various functional requirements of *** openings may negatively impact the lateral stiffness of steel plate shear ***,an experimental research was instituted to investigate the seismic behavior of steel plate shear walls,with and without *** experimental results showed that steel plate shear walls have the satisfying seismic behavior,and,as expected,the strength and stiffness characteristics of the walls were reduced due to *** a single-story wall panel FE model and an analytical deep beam model are developed in order to find the critical factors dominating the thickness reduction coefficient of wall panels with the ***,extensive parametric analysis is conducted to derive a simplified formula for the determination of the thickness reduction coefficient of wall panels with the opening for substituting solid wall panels with reduced thickness for actual wall panels with the ***,the design method for calculating the lateral stiffness is verified by some experimental programs and recommended for the routine practice of steel plate shear walls.

摘要：XML data can be represented by a tree or graph and the query processing for XML data requires the structural information among nodes. designing an efficient labeling scheme for the nodes of Order-Sensitive XML trees is one of the important methods to obtain the excellent management of XML data. Previous labeling schemes such as region and prefix often sacrifice updating performance and suffer increasing labeling space when inserting new nodes. To overcome these limitations, in this paper we propose a new labeling idea of separating structure from order. According to the proposed idea, a novel Prime-based Middle Fraction Labeling Scheme(PMFLS) is designed accordingly, in which a series of algorithms are proposed to obtain the structural relationships among nodes and to support updates. PMFLS combines the advantages of both prefix and region schemes in which the structural information and sequential information are separately expressed. PMFLS also supports Order-Sensitive updates without relabeling or recalculation, and its labeling space is stable. Experiments and analysis on several benchmarks are conducted and the results show that PMFLS is efficient in handling updates and also significantly improves the performance of the query processing with good scalability.

摘要：Experimental design （dOE） was employed to precisely determine the content of rubidium in chloride type brine of Qionglai （A city in Sichuan province, southwest of china） using atomic absorption spectrometry （AAS） technique. From the statistical analysis of six factors, it was found that K＋ and CI- were the significant interfering elements for the determination of rubidium. A model was established to eliminate the interference effects of K＋ and Cl . The experimental results indicate that, under the optimal conditions, the developed method for the rubidium determination possesses the advantages of low detection limit （0.019 μg·mL^-1 at a significant level of 0.05） and higher recovery （97.2%--103.4%）.

摘要：Observations from clinical trials have frequently demonstrated that light therapy can be an effective therapy for seasonal and non-seasonal major depression. despite the fact that light therapy is known to have several advantages over antidepressant drugs like a low cost,minimal side-effects, and fast onset of therapeutic effect,the mechanism underlying light therapy remains *** far, it is known that light therapy modulates mood states and cognitive functions, involving circadian and noncircadian pathways from retinas into brain. In this review,we discuss the therapeutic effect of light on major depression and its relationship to direct retinal projections in the brain. We finally emphasize the function of the retino-raphe projection in modulating serotonin activity,which probably underlies the antidepressant effect of light therapy for depression.

摘要：Current electro spun membranes used for pulp capping still lack the sustained-release capability and long-term anti-inflammatory effects that are favorable for dental pulp *** this work,a single-layered poly(lac tic acid)(PLA)electro spun membrane loaded with amorphous calcium phosphate(ACP)and aspirin(PLA/ACP/Aspirin membrane,i.e.,PA A membrane)is sandwiched between two poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA)electro spun membranes as a novel sandwich-structured PLGA and PA A composite electro spun membrane(PLGA-PAA membrane)to resolve the need for sustained-release design and anti-inflammatory *** angle measurements indicate that the PLGA-PAA membrane is more hydrophilic than the PAA *** in vitro release study reveals that PLGA membranes coated on PAA membrane could slightly slow down ion release,while signiificantly prolonging aspirin *** also co-cultured membranes with dental pulp stem cells(dPSCs)and human monocytic THP-1 cells to evaluate their osteogenic ability and anti-inflammatory effects,*** with the PAA membrane,the PLGA-PAA membrane promotes cell adhesion,proliferation,and osteogenic differentiation.A prolonged anti-inflammatory effect of up to 18 days is also observed in the PLGA-PAA *** results suggest a promising strategy for fabricating an electro spun membrane system with controlled release capabilities and long-term anti-inflammatory effects for use as pulp-capping material for regeneration of the dentin-pulp complex.

摘要：Three-dimensional(3d)tumor models prepared from patient-derived cells have been reported to imitate some of the biological development processes of in situ tumors in *** 3d tumor models share several important characteristics with their in vivo tumor ***,their applications in tumor modeling,drug screening,and precision-targeted treatment are ***,the establishment of tumormodels is subject to several challenges,including advancements in scale size,repeatability,structural precision in time and space,vascularization,and the tumor ***,bioprinting technologies enabling the editorial arrangement of cells,factors,and materials have improved the simulation of tumormodels in *** the 3d bioprinted tumor models,the organoidmodel has been widely appreciated for its advantages of maintaining high heterogeneity and capacity for simulating the developmental process of tumor *** this review,we outline approaches and potential prospects for tumor model bioprinting and discuss the existing bioprinting technologies and bioinks in tumor model *** multidisciplinary combination of tumor pathology,molecular biology,material science,and additive manufacturing will help overcome the barriers to tumor model construction by allowing consideration of the structural and functional characteristics of in vitro models and promoting the development of heterogeneous tumor precision therapies.
