摘要：Information content security is a branch of cyberspace security. How to effectively manage and use Weibo comment information has become a research focus in the field of information content security. Three main tasks involved are emotion sentence identification and classification,emotion tendency classification,and emotion expression extraction. Combining with the latent Dirichlet allocation(LDA) model,a Gibbs sampling implementation for inference of our algorithm is presented,and can be used to categorize emotion tendency automatically with the computer. In accordance with the lower ratio of recall for emotion expression extraction in Weibo,use dependency parsing,divided into two categories with subject and object,summarized six kinds of dependency models from evaluating objects and emotion words,and proposed that a merge algorithm for evaluating objects can be accurately evaluated by participating in a public bakeoff and in the shared tasks among the best methods in the sub-task of emotion expression extraction,indicating the value of our method as not only innovative but practical.

摘要：Breaching of embankments has recently drawn more and more attention due to its importance in the development of early warning systems for embankment failures,in the evacuation plans of people at risk,in the design method of embankments based on a risk-approach,etc. The erosion process observed during embankment breaching tests in the laboratory and the analysis of the results are described in this paper. Five embankments,one constructed with pure sand,four with different sand-silt-clay mixtures were tested. The height of the embankments was 75 cm and the width at the crest was 60 cm. Examination of the data from these tests indicated that headcut erosion played an important role in the process of breach growth in the embankments made of cohesive soil mixtures. Flow shear erosion,fluidization of the headcut slope surface,undermining of the headcut due to impinging jet scour and discrete soil mechanical slope mass failure from the headcut were all observed during these tests. For the embankment constructed with pure sand,the breach erosion process was dominated by shear erosion,which led to a gradual and relatively uniform retreat of the downstream slope. The cohesive proportion in the sand-silt-clay mixtures strongly slowed down the erosion process.

摘要：广告隐喻研究越来越流行,但仍有一些尚未解决的争论,例如不同模态元素之间的相互作用。本研究由三个行为实验组成,旨在通过观察认知和情感指标,即广告理解度和广告喜爱度,来确定语言参照(本义参照、隐喻参照和无关参照)对图像隐喻加工的影响。研究结果表明:1)图像隐喻比言语形式的隐喻识别速度快;2)语言参照促进参与者对图像隐喻的理解和喜爱;3)适度新奇的隐喻在本义参照下引起最有利的认知反应。本研究不仅丰富了现有的广告多模态隐喻理论框架,而且提出了图像隐喻与语言要素的最佳匹配,为广告主和制造商设计有效的多模态广告提供了依据。

摘要：目的介绍基于社交媒体的艾滋病知识传播平台的构建,评估其传播效应以及用户对平台的反馈和偏好。方法开发了一个基于社交媒体的艾滋病知识传播平台(“李辉时空”微信公众号),传播艾滋病相关信息和知识,并为用户提供个性化咨询。2021年8—9月,选取784名平台用户进行调研,评估其对平台的体验,偏好。平台包括个人层面(健康自我管理)、社区层面(社会功能)和社会层面(新闻和政策)3个内容框架的艾滋病相关信息和知识,并通过文字、图片、视频和网站进行传播。应用描述性统计分析评价平台的传播效应,分析用户的评估分数。结果至2021年9月16日,平台的微信传播指数为923.60,关注人数为100008,过去1个月的总阅读量为724000。研究对象对平台的整体评价为(23.36±3.06,得分范围5~25)分,可读性为(18.46±2.63,得分范围4~20)分,功能评价为(13.93±1.92,得分范围3~15)分,设计和结构为(22.96±3.36,得分范围5~25)分,互动性为(12.56±2.69,得分范围3~15)分,评价较为满意。结论该基于社交媒体的HIV知识传播平台可以在微信中免费订阅,在传播艾滋病知识和解决获取医疗保健资源差距方面是一个很有前景的工具。

摘要：针对市场需求与广告、货架展示量均相关的两层供应链系统,运用博弈理论研究了合作决策均衡、Nash均衡和Stackelberg均衡这3种模型.理论分析表明合作决策下供应链系统及参与企业的利润均达到最优水平,而非合作博弈下参与企业的决策结果与渠道收益均不理想.通过构建基于合作满意度的Nash协商收益分配机制能激励参与企业积极进行广告合作,实现了货架展示量与广告投入水平的Pareto优化.最后,通过数值算例对最优广告分担比例的存在性与惟一性作了进一步验证和分析.

摘要：选用Fe Cr Al合金中具有代表性的C35M合金为研究对象,建立小型燃料棒模型,基于用户材料子程序(UMAT),将C35M合金的辐照蠕变模型嵌入子程序中,通过有限元软件ABAQUS计算了其在中子辐照下的热力耦合行为。选用Zr-2合金作为对比,分析了包壳的温度场、应力场、位移场以及间隙距离随时间的演变。结果表明,2种合金的温度场、应力场分布相同,温度分布主要受冷却剂影响,应力场则与温度、蠕变速率有关。在运行过程中,Zr-2合金以辐照生长为主,C35M合金则为辐照蠕变以及少量的热膨胀变形。Zr-2合金的间隙闭合速率远大于C35M合金,这表明C35M合金可以延长事故反应时间,但为了适应反应堆内的复杂环境,材料仍需继续优化,提高其强度以及蠕变速率。

摘要：To evaluate the efficiencies of different sampling methods for a rare and clustered population, we investigated the sampling effects for the two species Tamarix chinensis (Salt cedar) and Elaeagnus angustifolia (Russian olive) in western Inner Mongolia with two-stage sequential sampling, which is a new sampling method, traditional simple random sampling and two-stage sampling. Based on two-stage sequential sampling and two-stage sampling, each population was partitioned into four primary sampling units, and then two of them were randomly selected. Sampling designs were simulated based on the conditions of five secondary sampling unit areas, two criterion values, five initial secondary sampling units and two sequential secondary sampling units in 1000 repetitions. To evaluate the performance of the sampling designs for each method, the variance and relative error of the density estimates were used. The relative sampling efficiencies of the three sampling methods were compared using the same final sampling sizes. We analyzed the sampling efficiency generated by two-stage sequential sampling and found that it yielded smaller variances than those of simple random sampling and two-stage sampling in all sampling designs, and that two-stage sampling was more efficient than simple random sampling. Density estimates from the two-stage sequential sampling were very close to the true values. We also determined the optimum secondary sampling unit areas for the two species in the two-stage sequential sampling. It was best for Tamarix chinensis and Elaeagnus angustifolia when the secondary sampling unit areas were 200 and 100 m2 , respectively.

摘要：Previous studies have suggested that the transforming growth factor- $$\upbeta $$ receptor ALK5 is crucial for articular chondrogenesis by bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. Here, the wild-type ALK5 plasmids were mutated by overlapping extended PCR and transfected into bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. The knee joint osteoarthritis mouse model was constructed by cutting off the anterior cruciate ligament and divided into three groups: saline group, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and ALK5-transfected bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells group. HE staining showed that the articular cartilage lesions were more serious of saline group compared with that of mesenchymal stem cell group, and this trend was more pronounced as time goes on. Immunohistochemical staining showed that although the expression level of type II collagen in all three groups down-regulated gradually upon time, its expression in ALK5-transfected bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells group was significantly enhanced compared with the other two groups. Micro-CT also suggested that ALK5 transfection of mouse bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells would promote repairing the knee cartilage lesions with arthritis of the mice. Although the osteoarthritis mechanism underlying a variety of factors work together, and the appropriate proportion of ALK5/ALK1 was also emphasized for the treatment of osteoarthritis. This work therefore demonstrated that ALK5 transfection of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells could be a promising stem cell therapy for repair of cartilage lesions.

摘要：针对一类具有复合非线性特征的不确定系统,提出了一种自适应反推多滑模近似变结构控制方案。基于模型分解的方法建立了具有复合非线性特征的执行器模型。论文设计径向基函数神经网络近似系统的未建模项,借鉴Nussbaum增益设计技术解决控制增益未知的问题,使用自适应律估计不确定干扰和神经网络近似误差的上边界。自适应近似变结构控制能够有效削弱控制信号的抖振,同时增强控制器的鲁棒性。基于Lyapunov稳定性理论,证明了整个控制系统的稳定性。该控制方案的主要创新点在于考虑并解决了不确定系统具有复合非线性特征的控制问题。最后,仿真结果证明了控制方案的有效性。
