摘要：Cylindrical nickel metal hydride （Ni-MH） battery with high specific volume capacity was prepared by using the oxyhydroxide Ni（OH）2 and AB5 type hydrogen storage alloy and adjusting the designing parameters of positive and negative electrodes. The oxyhydroxide Ni（OH）2 was synthesized by oxidizing spherical β-Ni（OH）2 with chemical method. The X-ray diffraction （XRD） patterns and the Fourier transform infrared （PT-IR） spectra indicated that 7-NiOOH was formed on the oxyhydroxide Ni（OH）2 powders, and some H2O molecules were inserted into their crystal lattice spacing. The battery capacity could not be improved when the oxyhydroxide Ni（OH）2 sample was directly used as the positive active materials. However, based on the conductance and residual capacity of the oxyhydroxide Ni（OH）2 powders, AA size Ni-MH battery with 2560 mA.h capacity and 407 W·h·L^-1 specific volume energy at 0.2C was obtained by using the commercial spherical β-Ni（OH）2 and AB5-type hydrogen-storage alloy powders as the active materials when 10% mass amount of the oxyhydroxide Ni（OH）2 with 2.50 valence was added to the positive active materials and subsequently the battery designing parameters were adjusted as well. The as-prepared battery showed 70% initial capacity after 80 cycles at 0.5C. The possibility for adjusting the capacity ratio of positive and negative electrodes from 1 ： 1.35 to 1 ： 1.22 was demonstrated preliminarily. It is considered the as-prepared battery can meet the requirement of some special portable electrical instruments.

摘要：从实际角度看,选择在用于标记-QTL 连锁分析的实验群体中是较普遍存在的。为获得 QTL 位置及其效应的无偏估计,有必要研究选择对连锁分析实验所造成的影响。该文在侧翼标记情况下利用广泛使用的半同胞设计提出了3种方差组分,即标记组间方差、组内多基因方差和组内重组方差及其构成。着重从理论上研究了各方差组分在不同选择强度下的变化规律,阐明了选择对各方差组分的效应。结果表明,各方差组分对选择强度的变化很敏感。随着选择强度的增加,所有方差组分都以二次曲线方式有不同程度的下降。比较而言,标记组间方差组分下降最快,标记组内多基因方差下降较慢,组内重组方差下降最慢。这意味着 QTL 连锁分析功效的降低。所以在实际群体中应采取必要措施尽量避免选择的发生,从而消除选择对QTL连锁分析的负面效应。

摘要：A new compound based on immobilizing of Pd6(RuL3)8(BF4)28 (L=2-(pyridin-3-yl)-1H-imidazo [4,5-f][1,10]-phenanthroline) cage (MOC-16) on g-C3N4 was synthesized. Infrared spectrum and powder X-ray diffraction were used to characterize structure of hybrid MOC-16/g-C3N4, as well as UV-vis absorption spectrum and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were carried out to unveil photocatalytic mechanism. With the introduction of MOC-16, the absorption edge of MOC-16/g-C3N4 in UV-vis spectrum extended apparently to long-wavelength region compared with pristine g-C3N4. H2 evolution yielded with MOC-16/g-C3N4 in aqueous solution containing TEOA was much higher than that with RuL3/g-C3N4, Pd/RuL3/g-C3N4 and mixture of MOC-16 and g-C3N4, showing that the octahedral cage structure with high-efficient electron transfer and the interface interaction between MOC-16 and g-C3N4 were significant for improvement of H2 evolution.

摘要：The circuit testable realizations of multiple-valued functions are studied in this letter. First of all,it is shown that one vector detects all skew faults in multiplication modulo circuits or in addi-tion modulo circuits,and n+1 vectors detect all skew faults in the circuit realization of multiple-valued functions with n inputs. Secondly,min(max) bridging fault test sets with n+2 vectors are pre-sented for the circuit realizations of multiple-valued logic functions. Finally,a tree structure is used instead of cascade structure to reduce the delay in the circuit realization,it is shown that three vec-tors are sufficient to detect all single stuck-at faults in the tree structure realization of multiple-valued logic functions.

摘要：All-inorganic perovskite nanocrystals(AIPNCs)possess the advantages of narrow emission spectrum,high quantum efficiency of luminescence and tunable luminescence position,which show a broad application prospect in the fields of optoelectronic materials and *** doping can tune their pristine crystal structures and luminescent properties or endow the AIPNCs with additional ***,a microfluidic reactor is designed to produce the Ce3+-doped AIPNCs based on the continuous-flow *** mechanism of the flow synthesis of Ce3+-doped AIPNCs is the efficient physical mixing of the precursor ions in the confined micro-channel,the reaction nucleation of crystal seeds in the poor solvent and the crystal growth of the doped AIPNCs along the flow *** synthesis process can be on-line monitored by an optical fiber absorption spectrometer and an optical fiber fluorescence *** doping concentration of Ce3+can be facilely controlled by changing the flow parameters in the microfluidic reactor,and the highest value reaches 1%.The Ce3+doping can improve the photoluminescence efficiency and the stability of the *** Ce3+-doped CsPbBr3AIPNCs can be used to manufacture green light-emitting diodes(LEDs)with a high color purity of93.3%and white LEDs with correlated color temperature(CCT)of 10,436 K,CIE color coordinates of(0.261,0.317)and color-rendering index(CRI)of *** continuous and controllable synthesis of AIPNCs by microfluidic reactor opens up new avenues for the application of the high-performance optoelectronic materials and devices.

摘要：The cis-acting regulatory elements, e.g., promoters and ribosome binding sites （RBSs） with various desired properties, are building blocks widely used in synthetic biology for fine tuning gene expression. In the last decade, acquisition of a controllable regulatory element from a random library has been established and applied to control the protein expression and metabolic flux in different chassis cells. However, more rational strategies are still urgently needed to improve the efficiency and reduce the laborious screening and multifaceted characterizations. Building precise computational models that can predict the activity of regulatory elements and quantitatively design elements with desired strength have been demonstrated tremendous potentiality. Here, recent progress on construction of cis- acting regulatory element library and the quantitative predicting models for design of such elements are reviewed and discussed in detail.

摘要：A rotary swaging machine was applied to fabricating pipe reduction for miniature inner grooved copper tube （MIGCT） heat pipes. Compared with conventional swaging method, the axial feed of the designed rotary swaging machine was reached by a constant pushing force. The deformation of grooves in pipe reduced section during rotary swaging was analyzed. The shrinkage and extensibility of pipe reduction were measured and calculated. Furthermore, four aspects, including outer diameter, surface roughness, extensibility and processing time of pipe reduction, which were influenced by the pushing force, were considered. The results show that the tube wall thickness increases gradually along the z-axis at sinking section. However, the outer diameters, surface roughness and micro-cracks at reduced section tend to decrease along the z-axis. Besides, the effect of variation in the pushing force on the extensibility is limited while an increase in the pushing force results in a decrease of surface roughness. Therefore, a large pushing force within the limit is beneficial to pipe reduction manufacturing during rotary swaging process.

摘要：To investigate influence of welding parameters on weld bead geometry in underwater wet flux cored arc welding （FCAW）, orthogonal experiments of underwater wet FCAW were conducted in the hyperbaric chamber at water depth from 0.2 m to 60 m and mathematical models were developed by multiple curvilinear regression method from the experimental data. Sensitivity analysis was then performed to predict the bead geometry and evaluate the influence of welding parameters. The results reveal that water depth has a greater influence on bead geometry than other welding parameters when welding at a water depth less than 10 m. At a water depth deeper than 10 m, a change in travel speed affects the bead geometry more strongly than other welding parameters.
