摘要：The interior comer flow theory is fundamental for liquid management in space. In this paper, the interior comer flow theory is modified by correction of the curvature and shape parameters based on geometry relationship, so that it can be extended to a wide range of applications including different dihedral angles and contact angles. This modification is validated with the data provided by the references using capillary tube and drop tower. Besides, the errors between the theory and experiment value are analyzed for the case of small viscosity and the long-time flow, finding that the main reason causing the error is the transformation of the flow resistance along the flow path. At last, the theory of interior comer flow is applied to the primary design of the Propellant Management Device in satellite tank, and optimum design of the vanes is given in terms of maximum flow rate.

摘要：This paper proposed a novel humanoid robot eye, which is driven by six Pneumatic Artificial Muscles （PAMs） and rotates with 3 Degree of Freedom （DOF）. The design of the mechanism and motion type of the robot eye are inspired by that of human eyes. The model of humanoid robot eye is established as a parallel mechanism, and the inverse-kinematic problem of this flexible tendons driving parallel system is solved by the analytical geometry method. As an extension, the simulation result for saccadic movement is presented under three conditions. The design and kinematic analysis of the prototype could be a sig- nificant step towards the goal of building an autonomous humanoid robot eye with the movement and especially the visual functions similar to that of human.

摘要：Topology optimization of continuum structures with design-dependent loads has long been a challenge. In this paper, the topology optimization of 3D structures subjected to design-dependent loads is investigated. A boundary search scheme is proposed for 3D problems, by means of which the load surface can be identified effectively and efficiently, and the difficulties arising in other approaches can be overcome. The load surfaces are made up of the boundaries of finite elements and the loads can be directly applied to corresponding element nodes, which leads to great convenience in the application of this method. Finally, the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method is validated by several numerical examples.

摘要：The exact solution for the bending problem of a free-end point loaded film- substrate cantilever with arbitrary film-to-substrate thickness ratio is obtained by using the basic mechanical equilibrium equation. And then the problem of design and optimization for microactuator buildup of film-substrate cantilever is discussed by taking into account the effect of geometrical and physical parameters of the cantilever components. Furthermore, the optimal condition for actuator application is presented and some theoretical problems are clarified. The results show that, in general, the greater the film-to-substrate thickness ratio, the higher the ability of taking load, namely the larger the exerted force of the cantilever when the thickness of substrate is kept constant. When the total thickness of the cantilever is kept constant, however, the free-end exerted force will experience a maximum and this maximum value of the exerted force will decrease with the increasing film-to-sub- strate stiffness ratio. Meanwhile, the optimal thickness ratio corresponding to this maximum exerted force also decreases with the increasing stiffness ratio. Whether for the cases of fixed substrate or fixed total thickness, the influence of Poisson’s ratio of two cantilever components on the exerted force is remarkable, and should not be neglected.

摘要：In order to study the differences in vertical component between onshore and offshore motions,the vertical-to-horizontal peak ground acceleration ratio(V/H PGA ratio) and vertical-to-horizontal response spectral ratio(V/H) were investigated using the ground motion recordings from the K-NET network and the seafloor earthquake measuring system(SEMS).The results indicate that the vertical component of offshore motions is lower than that of onshore *** V/H PGA ratio of acceleration time histories at offshore stations is about 50%of the ratio at onshore *** V/H for offshore ground motions is lower than that for onshore motions,especially for periods less than 0.8 ***,based on the results in statistical analysis for offshore recordings in the K-NET,the simplified V/H design equations for offshore motions in minor and moderate earthquakes are proposed for seismic analysis of offshore structures.

摘要：In order to investigate the influence of three key molar ratios （n（SiO2）/n（Al2O3）, n（K2O）/n（Al2O3） and n（H2O）/n（K2O））, a total of nine potassium poly-sialate-disiloxo （K-PSDS） geopolymeric cement matrices were designed according to orthogonal design principle. Subsequently, XRD, ESEM-EDXA and MAS-NMR techniques were employed to further characterize the microstructure of the most fully reacted geopolymeric cement matrix. The experimental results show that n（K2O）/n（Al2O3） has the most significant effect on compressive strength amongst the three ratios. The highest compressive strength （20.1 MPa） can be achieved when n（SiO2）/n（Al2O3）=6.5, n（K2O）/n（Al2O3）=0.8 and n（HEO）/n（K2O）=10.0. The FTIR spectra of nine PSDS geopolymeric cement matrices also indicate that geopolymeric cement matrix with the highest strength is the most fully reacted one and possesses the largest amount of geopolymeric cement products. The microscopic analysis reveals that PSDS geopolymeric cement matrix possesses structural characteristics similar to gel substances in having a wide range of Si endowments, but predominantly the framework molecular chains of Si partially replaced by 4-coordinated Al tetrahedral.

摘要：This article presents a novel electrical/mechanical hybrid 4-redundancy brushless DC torque motor （BLDCM）, which has found applications in direct drive actuators （DDA） of aerial vehicles. This motor is characteristic of electrical/mechanical hybrid 4-redundancy by securing two stators along with two rotors on the same shaft. Each stator contains two sets of windings embed- ded in separated slots. Furthermore, compared to the scheme of two electrical dual-redundancy BLDCMs linked by a mechanical transmission, the proposed motor has lower volume and lighter weight, eliminates the nonlinearity caused by the gap of the me- chanical transmission, moderates the requirement for the torque balance between redundancies and reduces the cogging torque by shifting the magnets. Both magnetic circuit calculation and the finite element analysis （FEA） of the electromagnetic field are conducted to optimize the design process. A prototype motor has been produced and tested. The results indicate that its perform- ances comply with the requirements presented by designers. Moreover, the position frequency response of the prototype in the DDA＇s unloaded situation has also demonstrated the fulfillment of desired dynamic characteristics.

摘要：This paper presents a free viewpoint video （FVV） system based on ray-space interpolation method The new algorithm matches individual pixels in corresponding scanline pairs by using a ruing technique. A sparse intermediate view disparity map is projected from matched dynamic programpixels firstly, and the holes （occluded pixels） are filled in by propagating the disparity of neighboring background pixels. After interpolating dense view images, an arbitrary virtual view image can be easily rendered from the dense ray-space converted from these view images. The proposed method is evaluated on the Middlebury data set and compared with other methods, experimental results show that the better quality of the intermediate view is obtained and the corresponding computational complexity is reduced significantly.
