摘要：New energy sources such as solar energy and hydrogen energy have been applied to the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV), which could be formed as the hybrid power sources due to the requirement of miniaturization, lightweight, and environmental protection issue for UAV. Hybrid electrical propulsion technology has been used in UAV and it further enforces this trend for the evolution to the Hybrid-Powered System(HPS). In order to realize long endurance flight mission and improve the energy efficiency of UAV, many researching works are focused on the Energy Management Strategy(EMS) of the HPS with digital simulation, ground demonstration platforms and a few flight tests for the UAV in recent years. energy management strategy, in which off-line or on-line control algorithms acted as the core part, could optimize dynamic electrical power distribution further and directly affect the efficiency and fuel economy of hybrid-powered system *** order to give the guideline for this emerging technology for UAV, this paper presents a review of the topic highlighting energy optimal management strategies of UAV. The characteristics of typical new energy sources applied in UAV are summarized firstly, and then the classification and analysis of the architecture for hybrid power systems in UAV are presented. In the context of new energy sources and configuration of energy system, a comprehensive comparison and analysis for the state of art of EMS are presented, and the various levels of complexity and accuracy of EMS are considered in terms of real time, computational burden and optimization performance based on the optimal control and operational modes of UAV. Finally, the tendency and challenges of energy management strategy applied to the UAV have been forecasted.

摘要：SiC floating junction Schottky barrier diodes were simulated with software MEDICI 4.0 and their device structures were optimized based on forward and reverse electrical characteristics. Compared with the conventional power Schottky barrier diode, the device structure is featured by a highly doped drift region and embedded floating junction region, which can ensure high breakdown voltage while keeping lower specific on-state resistance, solved the contradiction between forward voltage drop and breakdown voltage. The simulation results show that with opti- mized structure parameter, the breakdown voltage can reach 4 kV and the specific on-resistance is 8.3 mΩ·cm2.

摘要：The internal flow field of an axial-flow pump under low flow rate conditions is extremely turbulent. The unstable flow region is formed due to the tip leakage and the rotating stall, and is distinguished by a saddle patterned zone in its flow-head curve that demonstrates restrictions in its workable flow range. It is therefore important to understand and improve the operational characteristics of an axial-flow pump under low flow rate conditions. In this study, experiments are performed for the performances of an axial-flow pump at the flow rate in a range between 0.8Qd and 1.2Qd, with the internal flow field measured by the particle image velocimetry (PIV), and with the pump performances and the internal flow field simulated by the Ansys CFX. The simulation results agree well with the experimental results. From the predicted heads at the flow rate in the range between 0.1Qd and 0.7Qd by the numerical simulation, the complete flow-head curves are obtained. The streamlines and the velocity contours in the region in front of the impeller leading edge under different flow conditions are analyzed. By adopting the double-inlet structures, the flow-head characteristics are studied by varying the values of δ and σ respectively, where δ denotes the gap between the inner cylinder end and the impeller leading edge, and σ denotes the gap between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder. The findings indicate that with the double-inlet design, the velocity distribution can be effectively improved in the region in front of the impeller leading edge, as well as the head performance under the low flow rate conditions, and the positive slope value of the head curve is reduced in the unstable flow range. The optimal δ and σ values are determined.

摘要：A typhoon leading is an important natural disaster to many disasters to China. A giant wave caused by it has brought large threat for an offshore project. Based on the maximum entropy principle,one new model which has 4 undetermined parameters is constructed,which is called the discrete maximum entropy probabilistic model. In practical applications,the design wave height is considered as soon as possible in a typhoon affected sea areas,the result fits the observed data well. Further more this model does not have the priority compared with other distributions as Poisson distribution. The model provides a theoretical basis for the engineering design more reasonable when considering typhoon factors comprehensively.

摘要：A novel series of eight SMS and sPLA2 dual inhibitors containing indole and a-amino cyanide fragments of different length and substitution position was synthesized and evaluated by three different in vitro assays. Biological evaluation showed that all compounds provided inhibitory effects against SMS （about 50% inhibition at 100 μmol/L） and sPLA2 （14-32 μmol/L）. All the compounds had the SMS activity better than the positive control compound D609 in SMS2 homogenate, with compounds 5b and fie ideal for liver homogenate and SMS2 high expression cell homogenate, respectively.

摘要：Performance analysis and kinematic design of the 3-PUU pure translational parallel mechanism with vertical guide-ways are investigated. Two novel performance indices, the critical slider stroke and the main section area of workspace, are defined; The expressions of two other indices, i.e. the global dexterity and global force transfer ratio are revised based on the main section of workspace. Using these indices, performance changes versus the varieties of dimensional parameters of mechanism are investigated in detail and the graphic descriptions of change tendencies of the performance indices are illustrated. By means of these obtained graphic descriptions, kinematic parameters for the 3-PUU pure translational parallel mechanism with better characteristics can be directly acquired.

摘要：To investigate the robust fault detection （RFD） observer design for linear uncertain systems, the H_index and H∞ norm are used to describe this observer design as optimization problems. Conditions for the existence of such a fault detection observer are given in terms of matrix inequalities. The solution is obtained by new iterative linear matrix inequality （ILMI） algorithms. The RFD observer design over finite frequency range in which Of does not have full column rank for a system is also considered. Numerical example demonstrates that the designed fault detection observer has high sensitivity to the fault and strong robustness to the unknown input.

摘要：The present climate simulation and future projection of the mixed layer depth(MLD)and subduction process in the subtropical Southeast Pacific are investigated based on the geophysical fluid dynamics laboratory earth system model(GFDL-ESM2 M).The MLD deepens from May and reaches its maximum(>160 m)near(24°S,104°W)in September in the historical *** MLD spatial pattern in September is non-uniform in the present climate,which shows three characteristics:(1)the deep MLD extends from the Southeast Pacific to the West Pacific and leads to a"deep tongue"until 135°W;(2)the northern boundary of the MLD maximum is smoothly near 18°S,and MLD shallows sharply to the northeast;(3)there is a relatively shallow MLD zone inserted into the MLD maximum eastern boundary near(26°S,80°W)as a weak"shallow tongue".The MLD nonuniform spatial pattern generates three strong MLD fronts respectively in the three key regions,promoting the subduction *** global warming,the variability of MLD spatial patterns is remarkably diverse,rather than deepening *** all the key regions,the MLD deepens in the south but shoals in the north,strengthing the MLD *** a result,the subduction rate enhances in these *** MLD antisymmetric variability is mainly influenced by various factors,especially the potential-density horizontal advection non-uniform *** that the freshwater flux change helps to deepen the MLD uniformly in the whole basin,so it hardly works on the regional MLD *** study highlights that there are regional differences in the mechanisms of the MLD change,and the MLD front change caused by MLD non-uniform variability is the crucial factor in the subduction response to global warming.

摘要：The three-dimensional discontinuous deformation analysis(3D-DDA) is a promising numerical method for both static and dynamic analyses of rock systems. Lacking mature software, its popularity is far behind its ability. To address this problem, this paper presents a new software architecture from a software engineering viewpoint. Based on 3D-DDA characteristics, the implementation of the proposed architecture has the following merits. Firstly, the software architecture separates data, computing, visualization, and signal control into individual modules. Secondly, data storage and parallel access are fully considered for different conditions. Thirdly, an open computing framework is provided which supports most numerical computing methods; common tools for equation solving and parallel computing are provided for further development. Fourthly, efficient visualization functions are provided by integrating a variety of visualization algorithms. A user-friendly graphical user interface is designed to improve the user experience. Finally, through a set of examples, the software is verified against both analytical solutions and the original code by Dr. Shi Gen Hua.

摘要：A new integer linear program （ILP） formulation was developed to solve the problem of shared cycles design for optical networks with and without wavelength conversion. Numerical studies show that the shared cycles design requires much lower redundancy compared with p-cycle design when the maximum number of spans allowed in the cycles is relatively small, but the difference in the redundancy between the two designs becomes smaller or disappears as the maximum number of spans allowed in the cycles increases.
