摘要：活塞往复式压缩机是石化行业的关键设备,通常采用旁路回流的方式进行气量调节,能耗很大。本文基于无级调节系统对其进行节能改造,论述了气量调节的原理,阐明了利用部分行程顶开进气阀实现气量无级调节的工艺流程。以西门子S7-200 SMART PLC为下位机,SMART 1000 IE触摸屏为上位机,通过PROFIBUS总线采集温度和压力传感器信号,利用串级PID算法开发了调节程序,实现了气量在进气阀0～100%开度的连续调节。经企业实际应用,气量调节精度高,节能降耗效果明显。

摘要：Four different welding sequences of double-pulse MIG welding were conducted for 6061-T6 aluminum alloy automobile bumpers by using nonlinear elastoplasticity finite element method based on ABAQUS *** post-welding residual stress and deformation were definitely different among the four welding *** results showed that the highest temperature in Solution A was approximately 200℃higher than the melting point of base *** residual stress was resulted from this large temperature gradient and mainly concentrated on the welding vicinity between beam and crash *** welding deformation primarily occurred in both of the contraction of two-ends of the beam and the self-contraction of crash *** with other welding sequences,the residual stress in Solution A was the smallest,whereas the welding deformation was the ***,the optimal sequence was Solution B because of the effective reduction of residual stress and good assembly requirements.

摘要：With the increasing complexity of industrial processes, the high-dimensional industrial data exhibit a strong nonlinearity, bringing considerable challenges to the fault diagnosis of industrial processes. To efficiently extract deep meaningful features that are crucial for fault diagnosis, a sparse Gaussian feature extractor(SGFE) is designed to learn a nonlinear mapping that projects the raw data into the feature space with the fault label dimension. The feature space is described by the one-hot encoding of the fault category label as an orthogonal basis. In this way, the deep sparse Gaussian features related to fault categories can be gradually learned from the raw data by SGFE. In the feature space,the sparse Gaussian(SG) loss function is designed to constrain the distribution of features to multiple sparse multivariate Gaussian distributions. The sparse Gaussian features are linearly separable in the feature space, which is conducive to improving the accuracy of the downstream fault classification task. The feasibility and practical utility of the proposed SGFE are verified by the handwritten digits MNIST benchmark and Tennessee-Eastman(TE) benchmark process,respectively.

摘要：A design of different microtextures on the surface of the crankpin bearing(CB)is proposed to ameliorate the lubrication and friction performance(LFP)of *** the basis of the CB s hydrodynamic lubrication model,the bearing surface of CB using different microtextures,such as wedge-shaped textures(WSTs),square textures(STs),circular textures(CTs),and combined square-circular textures(CSCTs),is simulated and assessed under various external loads of the CB at an engine speed of 2000 r/*** pressure of the oil film,the frictional force,the force of the solid asperity contact,and the friction coefficient of the CB are used as objective *** indicate that the bearing surface designed by the STs remarkably improves the CB s LFP in comparison with other structures of WSTs,CTs,and ***,the average values of the frictional force,solid asperity contact,and friction coefficient of the CB using the STs are greatly reduced by 28.5%,14.5%,and 33.2%and by 34.4%,26.3%,and 43.6%in comparison with the optimized CB dimensions and CTs,***,the application of the STs on the CB surfaces can enhance the LFP of engines.

摘要：The problem of satellite formation tracking control is studied by using the tool, the satellite tool kit （STK ） *** fight against gravitational perturbation rejection, a sliding mode controller for each satellite is proposed to accomplish the orbit trace and is then verified by the *** the purpose of accomplishing the formation tracking mission with bidirectional communication in STK,a time-share orderly calling plug-in is designed by C ＋＋,which gives solutions to the problems of the monopolization of computing resource and no return of the satellite identifier in the calculation center. The effectiveness of the decoupling approach is tested and verified by the *** simulation results obtained by the STK are more meaningful than those obtained by Matlab.

摘要：An incremental redundancy hybrid automatic repeat- request （IR-HARQ）scheme based on irregular repeat-accumulate （IRA）codes is proposed. The design of rate compatible punctured IRA codes suitable for an IR-HARQ scheme is well formulated and efficiently solved by a linear-programming method, along with a one-dimensional approach for density evolution. Compared to IR-HARQ schemes based on turbo codes, simulation shows that the proposed IR-HARQ schemes based on IRA codes may achieve almost the same performance at a block size of 1 024, but better throughput at a block size of 4 096. The advantages of the proposed scheme in implementation, including decoding complexity and parallelism, make it more attractive in practice than the IR-HARQ schemes based on both turbo and LDPC codes.

摘要：Due to the good balance between high efficiency and accuracy, meta-model based optimization algorithm is an important global optimization category and has been widely applied. To better solve the highly nonlinear and computation intensive en- gineering optimization problems, an enhanced hybrid and adaptive meta-model based global optimization （E-HAM） is first proposed in this work. Important region update method （IRU） and different sampling size strategies are proposed in the opti- mization method to enhance the performance. By applying self-moving and scaling strategy, the important region will be up- dated adaptively according to the search results to improve the resulting precision and convergence rate. Rough sampling strategy and intensive sampling strategy are applied at different stages of the optimization to improve the search efficiently and avoid results prematurely gathering in a small design space. The effectiveness of the new optimization algorithm is verified by comparing to six optimization methods with different variables bench mark optimization problems. The E-HAM optimization method is then applied to optimize the design parameters of the practical negative Poisson＇s ratio （NPR） crash box in this work. The results indicate that the proposed E-HAM has high accuracy and efficiency in optimizing the computation intensive prob- lems and can be widely used in engineering industry.
