摘要：We designed a new downhole electrokinetic logging tool based on numericalsimulations and petrophysical experiments. Acoustic and electric receivers cannot be arrangedat the same depth, and the proposed composite electrokinetic logging tool offers a solutionto this problem. The sound field characteristics of the detectors were tested in a water tank inthe laboratory. Then, we calculated the sound pressure of the radiated acoustic field and thetransmitting voltage response of the transmitting transducers; in addition, we analyzed thedirectivity and application of the acoustic transmitting probe based on linear phased *** results suggest that the sound pressure generated at 1500 mm spacing reaches up to 47.2k Pa and decreases with increasing acoustic source frequency. When the excitation signalsdelay time of adjacent acoustic transmitting subarrays increases, the radiation beam of themain lobe is deflected and its energy gradually increases, which presumably enhances theacoustoelectric conversion efficiency.

摘要：Cisplatin （CDDP）, a platinum-containing drug, has been widely used in the therapy of many types of cancers today. However, the side effects of CDDP have limited its clinical application. Butaselen （BS）, a TrxR inhibitor designed by our group, has shown anti-tumor effects in vivo and in vitro. In this study, we investigated the combinatory effects of BS and CDDP on BEL-7402 cells, LoVo cells, HeLa cells and A549 cells. We observed synergistic effects when BS and CDDP were used in combination, especially in BEL-7402 cells. Apoptosis analysis also revealed that the combination treatment of BS and CDDP （1：1） for 48 h induced higher apoptotic effects in BEL-7402 cells. A further study in BEL-7402 cells showed that the synergistic effect might be mediated by the sharp reduction of ratio of Bcl-2/Bax protein. Taken together, the combination of CDDP and BS might be of great potential for chemotherapy.

摘要：In the paper, we propose a surface wave suppression method in time-frequency domain based on the wavelet transform, considering the characteristic difference of polarization attributes, amplitude energy and apparent velocity between the effective signals and strong surface waves. First, we use the proposed method to obtain time-frequency spectra of seismic signals by using the wavelet transform and calculate the instantaneous polarizability at each point based on instantaneous polarization analysis. Then, we separate the surface wave area from the signal area based on the surface-wave apparent velocity and the average energy of the signal. Finally, we combine the polarizability, energy, and frequency characteristic to identify and suppress the signal noise. Model and field data are used to test the proposed filtering method.

摘要：We design and fabricate compact, low loss, and high port-count optical power splitters of 1 × 128 and 2 × 128 using silica-based planar lightwave circuit （PLC） technology on 6 inch quartz substrate. PLC technology is mainly based on plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition, photolithography, and etching. The measured results show that the insertion loss, uniformity, and wavelength-dependent loss of 1 ~ 128 and 2 x 128 optical power splitters are less than 23, 1.43, and 0.92 dB and 23.3, 1.8, and 1.3 dB, respectively, in the wavelength range from 1.26 to 1.65/ma. The polarization-dependent losses are less than 0.16 and 0.2 dB, respectively, in the wavelengths of 1.31, 1.49, and 1.55 l/in.

摘要：In order to enhance the glutathione peroxidase（GPX） catalytic activity of the selenium-containing single-chain variable fragments（Se-scFv）, a novel human scFv was designed on the basis of the structure of human antibody and optimized via bioinformatics methods such as homologous sequence analysis, three-dimensional（3D） model building, binding-site analysis and docking. The DNA sequence of the new human scFv was synthesized and cloned into the expression vector pET22b（＋）, then the scFv protein was expressed in soluble form in Escherichia coli BL21（DE3） and purified by Ni2＋-immobilized metal affinity chromatography（IMAC）. The serine residue of scFv in the active site was converted into selenocysteine（Sec） with the chemical modification method, thus, the human Se-scFv with GPX activity was obtained. The GPX activity of the Se-scFv protein was characterized. Compared with other Se-scFv, the new human Se-scFv showed similar efficiency for catalyzing the reduction of hydrogen peroxide by glutathione. It exhibited pH and temperature dependent catalytic activity and a typical ping-pong kinetic mechanism.

摘要：A heterojunction photocatalyst based on porous tubular g-C3N4 decorated with CdS nanoparticles was fabricated by a facile hydrothermal co-deposition *** one-dimensional porous structure of g-C3N4 provides a higher specific surface area,enhanced light absorption,and better separation and transport performance of charge carriers along the longitudinal direction,all of which synergistically contribute to the superior photocatalytic activity *** significantly enhanced catalytic efficiency is also a benefit originating from the fast transfer of photogenerated electrons and holes between g-C3N4 and CdS through a built-in electric field,which was confirmed by investigating the morphology,structure,optical properties,electrochemical properties,and photocatalytic *** degradation of rhodamine B(RhB)and photocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction were also carried out to investigate its photocatalytic *** can be degraded completely within 60 min,and the optimum H2 evolution rate of tubular g-C3N4/CdS composite is as high as 71.6μmol h^–1,which is about 16.3 times higher than that of pure bulk *** as-prepared nanostructure would be suitable for treating environmental pollutants as well as for water splitting.

摘要：针对镁合金管材热态内压成形存在的壁厚不均、膨胀率小等问题,提出利用温度差控制变形的差温内压成形新方法,设计差温内压成形模具设计,并沿管材轴向建立带有温度梯度的非均匀温度场,研究在一定的加载路径下,成形区和送料区的温度差对试件轴向壁厚均匀性的影响。研究结果表明:选择合适的温差可使成形件送料区增厚减小,壁厚均匀性提高,最佳温差为150°C。分析差温内压成形预制坯形状对极限膨胀率的影响,使用膨胀率为35%的变径管作为预制坯,可获得66.2%的极限膨胀率。

摘要：Lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide(LiFSI) is a promising replacement for lithium hexafluorosphate due to its excellent properties. A solution to the corrosion of aluminum(Al) current collectors by LiFSI at elevated temperatures is essential. The mechanisms of Al corrosion in LiFSI-based electrolyte at 45 ℃ were studied with density functional theory calculations and spectroscopic investigations. It is found that the irregular, loose and unprotected AlF3 materials caused by the dissolution of co-generated Al(FSI)3 can exacerbate Al corrosion with the increase of temperature. Lithium bis(oxalate)borate(LiBOB) can effectively inhibit the Al corrosion with a robust and protective interphase;this can be attributed to the interfacial interactions between the Al foil and electrolyte. Boron-containing compounds promote the change from AlF3 to LiF, which further reinforces interfacial stability. This work allows the design of an interface to Al foil using LiFSI salt in lithium-ion batteries.
