摘要：This work focuses on motion control of high-velocity autonomous underwater vehicle(AUV).Conventional methods are effective solutions to motion control of low-and-medium-velocity *** not taken into consideration in the control model,the residual dead load and damping force which vary with the AUV’s velocity tend to result in difficulties in motion control or even failure in convergence in the case of high-velocity *** full consideration given to the influence of residual dead load and changing damping force upon AUV motion control,a novel sliding-mode controller(SMC)is proposed in this *** stability analysis of the proposed controller is carried out on the basis of Lyapunov *** sea trials results proved the superiority of the sliding-mode controller over sigmoid-function-based controller(SFC).The novel controller demonstrated its effectiveness by achieving admirable control results in the case of high-velocity movement.

摘要：A novel series of diaryl urea derivatives bearing sulfonamide moiety have been designed and synthesized. Their in vitro antitumor effect against human cancer cell lines MX-1, A375, HepG2, Ketr3 and HT-29 was screened and evaluated by the standard MTT assay with sorafenib as the positive control. Some of the compounds showed significant inhibitory activity against multiple cell lines compared to sorafenib. In particular, 2,6-dimethyl-4-{6-[3-（4-chloro-3-（trifluoromethyl）phenyl）urealnaphthalen- 2-yllsulfonyl morpholine （10d） was found to be the most potent against A375, HepG2 and Ketr3 with ICs0 values of 0.65-0.97 μmol/L, which were 5-20-fold more potent than sorafenib. Compound 10d emerged as a valuable lead for further optimization.

摘要：The thioredoxin system plays a role in a variety of physiological functions, including cell growth, differenti- ation, apoptosis, tumorigenesis, and immunity. We previously confirmed that butaselen （BS）, a novel thioredoxin reductase inhibitor, can inhibit the growth of various human cancer cell lines, yet the underlying mechanism remains elusive. In this study, we investigated the anti-tumor effect of BS in vivo through regulating the immune system of KM mice. We found that BS inhibits tumor proliferation by promoting the activation of splenic lymphocytes in mice. BS can elevate the percentage of CD^4-CD8^＋ T lymphocytes and the secretion of downstream cytokines in mice via downregulating the expression of programmed death-ligand 1 （PD-L1） on the tumor cells＇ surface in vivo. Further study in HepG2 and BEL-7402 cells showed that decrease of PD-L1 level after BS treatment was achieved by inhibiting signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 （STAT3） phosphorylation. Taken together, our results suggest that BS has a role in promoting the immune response by reducing PD-L1 expression via the STAT3 pathway, and subsequently suppresses tumorigenesis.

摘要：An end-effector for a flexible drilling robot is designed, and a novel four-point algorithm of normal attitude regulation for this end-effector is presented. Four non-coplanar points can define a unique sphere tangent to them in spatial geometry, and the center point of the sphere and the radius can be calculated. The shape of a workpiece surface in the machining area is approximately regarded as such a sphere. A vector from the machining point to the center point is thus approximately regarded as a normal vector to the workpiece surface. By this principle, the algorithm first measures four coordinates on the curve in the drilling region using four sensors and calculates the normal vector at the drilling point, then calculates the error between the normal vector and the axis of the spindle. According to this error, the algorithm further figures out the angles of two revolving axes on the end- effector and the displacements of three linear axes on the robot main body, thus it implements the function of adjusting the spindle to be perpendicular to the curve at the drilling point. Simulation results of two kinds of curved surfaces show that accuracy and efficiency can be realized using the proposed algorithm.

摘要：In order to improve the strength and stiffness of shield cutterhead, the method of fuzzy mathematics theory in combination with the finite element analysis is adopted. An optimal design model of structural parameters for shield cutterhead is formulated,based on the complex engineering technical requirements. In the model, as the objective function of the model is a composite function of the strength and stiffness, the response surface method is applied to formulate the approximate function of objective function in order to reduce the solution scale of optimal problem. A multi-objective genetic algorithm is used to solve the cutterhead structure design problem and the change rule of the stress-strain with various structural parameters as well as their optimal values were researched under specific geological conditions. The results show that compared with original cutterhead structure scheme, the obtained optimal scheme of the cutterhead structure can greatly improve the strength and stiffness of the cutterhead, which can be seen from the reduction of its maximum equivalent stress by 21.2%, that of its maximum deformation by 0.75%, and that of its mass by 1.04%.

摘要：A wideband dual-feedback low noise amplifier （LNA） was analyzed, designed and implemented using SiGe heterojunction bipolar transistor （HBT） technology. The design analysis in terms of gain, input and output matching, noise and poles for the amplifier was presented in detail. The area of the complete chip die, including bonding pads and seal ring, was 655 μm × 495 μm. The on-wafer measurements on the fabricated wideband LNA sample demonstrated good performance： a small-signal power gain of 33 dB with 3-dB bandwidth at 3.3 GHz was achieved; the input and output return losses were better than - 10 dB from 100 MHz to 4 GHz and to 6 GHz, respectively; the noise figure was lower than 4.25 dB from 100 MHz to 6 GHz; with a 5 V supply, the values of OPtdB and OIP3 were 1.7 dBm and 11 dBm at 3-dB bandwidth, respectively.

摘要：Images are widely used by companies to advertise their products and promote awareness of their *** automatic synthesis of advertising images is challenging because the advertising message must be clearly conveyed while complying with the style required for the product,brand,or target *** this study,we proposed a data-driven method to capture individual design attributes and the relationships between elements in advertising images with the aim of automatically synthesizing the input of elements into an advertising image according to a specified *** achieve this multi-format advertisement design,we created a dataset containing 13280 advertising images with rich annotations that encompassed the outlines and colors of the elements,in addition to the classes and goals of the *** our probabilistic models,users guided the style of synthesized advertisements via additional constraints(e.g.,context-based keywords).We applied our method to a variety of design tasks,and the results were evaluated in several perceptual studies,which showed that our method improved users’satisfaction by 7.1%compared to designs generated by nonprofessional students,and that more users preferred the coloring results of our designs to those generated by the color harmony model and Colormind.

摘要：合成生物学已成为《生物多样性公约》(以下简称《公约》)缔约方大会的重要谈判议题,但合成生物学生成物能否适用《卡塔赫纳生物安全议定书》(以下简称《议定书》)却尚未达成共识。在《公约》框架下提出“四层次分析+三步检验法”作为判断合成生物学生成物与《议定书》适用关系的方法:第一层次是活性生物体,与《议定书》界定的改性活生物体最相似,根据其所处发展阶段、生成物种类和所依赖的技术基础三步进行检验,以判断其是否适用《议定书》。第二层次是基因物质,如果其以生成生物实体为目的,那么可以将其纳入“活性生物体”范畴考虑,运用三步检验法进行具体分析。第三层次是生物系统,生物系统中的生物活体部分,可以适用《议定书》。第四层次是由合成生物技术生成的组成部分和产品,由DNA测序技术生成的组成部分和产品无需适用《议定书》;基于DNA合成技术、基因组设计、合成与组装、基因编辑技术生成的组成部分和产品,可以参照因物质层次的分析方法进行判断;基于元件工程、回路工程生成的组成部分和产品,由生物元件与基因回路组成后生成更高层级的生物系统且具有生成生物实体可能的部分,可以适用《议定书》。

摘要：Based on a stochastic wire length distributed model, the interconnect distribution of a three-dimensional integrated circuit （3D IC） is predicted exactly. Using the results of this model, a global interconnect design window for a giga-scale system-on-chip （SOC） is established by evaluating the constraints of 1） wiring resource, 2） wiring bandwidth, and 3） wiring noise. In comparison to a two-dimensional integrated circuit （2D IC） in a 130-nm and 45-nm technology node, the design window expands for a 3D IC to improve the design reliability and system performance, further supporting 3D IC application in future integrated circuit design.
