摘要：A low power 640×480 OLED-on-silicon chip design that used in microdisplay was presented. A novel pixel circuit was proposed to meet the special requirement of OLED-on-silicon. The novel pixel consists of three transistors and one capacitor （3T 1C）. It has simple structure and can effectively reduce the current glitch generated during the AC driving from 55 pA to 7.5 pA, so that it can improve the precision of grayscale of display as well as extend the lifetime of （]）LED material. Except for the pixel array, low power row driver, column driver and other functional modules were also integrated on the chip. Several techniques were adopted to reduce the power consumption and frequency requirement of the chip. Finally, a 16×3×12 resolution chip was fabricated with standard 0.35 μm CMOS process of CSM and the chip can operate correctly.

摘要：A device for superimposing vibration on workpiece in both horizontal and vertical directions during tungsten-arc inert gas （TIG） welding was developed, with maximum power output of 2 kW at frequency of 15 kHz. AZ31 sheets with thickness of I and 3 mm were used in the vibratory welding. Microstructures along with the mechanical properties of the weld joints under different vibrating conditions （vibration direction, vibration amplitude and groove angle） were examined. It is observed that the grain size in welding zone decreases remarkably with the application of vibration, while the amount of second phase β-Mg_17Al_12 within the zone decreases slightly; meanwhile, microhardness of the weld joints, macroscopic tensile strength and elongation of the weldment increase. Vibration, especially the one along vertical direction, has more impact on the performance of the thick weldments. Influence of vibration on mierostructure and mechanical properties of weldments is affected by wave energy transferring in the melt and depends on the processing and geometric parameters including amplitude and direction of vibration, thickness, and groove angles.

摘要：A novel horizontal trap-door test system was devised in this study to analyze the face stability of shield tunnels in *** test system can be used to investigate both the longitudinal and cross sections of the face failure simultaneously at one single apparatus and was employed to perform face stability tests on small-scaled tunnel models at single *** lateral support pressures and failure zones were studied with varying sand materials and earth *** results demonstrate that the tunnel face moves back,the lateral active earth pressure on the tunnel face decreases rapidly to a residual value,and the lateral pressure distribution can be categorized into three stages during the failure process:1)initial state;2)pressure dissipation stage;and 3)pressure zone diminution ***,face failure firstly develops from a stable condition to the local failure state,and then continues to develop to the global failure state that can be divided into two sub-zones with different failure mechanisms:rotational failure zone(lower zone)and gravitational failure zone(upper zone).Further discussion shows that under the effects of soil arching,the shape of the gravitational failure zone can adopt arch shaped(most frequent)and column shaped(in shallow tunnels).Limit support pressure for face stability usually appears atδ/D=0.2%−0.5%(ratio of face displacement to tunnel diameter).

摘要：Accurate and fast performance estimation is necessary to drive design space exploration and thus support important design decisions. Current techniques are either time consuming or not accurate enough. In this paper, we solve these problems by presenting a hybrid method for multimedia multiprocessor system-on-chip （MPSoC） performance estimation. A general coverage analysis tool GNU gcov is employed to profile the execution statistics during the native simulation. To tackle the complexity and keep the analysis and simulation manageable, the orthogonalization of communication and computation parts is adopted. The estimation result of the computation part is annotated to a transaction accurate model for further analysis, by which a gradual refinement of MPSoC performance estimation is supported. The implementation and its experimental results prove the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed method.

摘要：Brake friction materials with different zinc powder contents(0,2,4,6,8 wt.%)were fabricated via powder metallurgy *** results indicate that with the increasing zinc powder content,the density and thermal conductivity of the materials gradually increase,while the hardness decreases *** increasing zinc powder content,the curve of the nominal friction coefficient shows fluctuating trend but the lowest friction coefficient also shows an ***,the wear rate and braking noise of the friction material monotonously decrease with increasing zinc *** effect may be attributed to the transformation of the tribological mechanism from adhesive wear and abrasive wear to adhesive *** brake friction material with 4 wt.%zinc powder exhibits both the best tribological and noise performance.
