摘要：基于双边市场理论模型和博弈分析方法,分析了垄断、竞争2种环境下广告定向契合度和消费者隐私信息保护对媒体平台价格策略、均衡利润和广告商广告策略的影响,以期为媒体平台和广告运营商做出正确的管理决策提供理论参考.研究结果表明,垄断环境下,媒体平台的均衡广告价格不依赖于广告定向契合度和消费者隐私信息保护程度.竞争环境下,当广告商单归属时,随着自身广告定向契合度和竞争对手广告定向契合度的增强,媒体平台的均衡广告价格和均衡利润将降低,消费者隐私信息保护程度对媒体平台均衡广告量的影响取决于媒体平台自身广告定向契合度与竞争对手广告定向契合度的对比;当广告商多归属时,媒体平台的均衡广告价格、均衡广告量、均衡利润与自身广告定向契合度呈正相关关系,与竞争对手的广告定向契合度呈负相关关系.媒体平台在参与市场竞争过程中,应综合考虑其广告定向契合度等因素,在其成长的不同时期,审慎制定价格策略.

摘要：Previous studies have suggested that the transforming growth factor-β receptor ALK5 is crucial for articular chondrogenesis by bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. Here, the wild-type ALK5 plasmids were mutated by overlapping extended PCR and transfected into bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. The knee joint osteoarthritis mouse model was constructed by cutting oft＂ the anterior cruciate ligament and divided into three groups： saline group, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and ALK5-transfected bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells group. HE staining showed that the articular cartilage lesions were more serious of saline group compared with that of mesenchymal stem cell group, and this trend was more pronounced as time goes on. Immunohistochemical staining showed that although the expression level of type II collagen in all three groups down-regulated gradually upon time, its expression in ALK5-transfected bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells group was significantly enhanced compared with the other two groups. Micro-CT also suggested that ALK5 transfection of mouse bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells would promote repairing the knee cartilage lesions with arthritis of the mice. Although the osteoarthritis mechanism underlying a variety of factors work together, and the appropriate proportion of ALKS/ALK1 was also emphasized for the treatment of osteoarthritis. This work therefore demonstrated that ALK5 transfection of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells could be a promising stem cell therapy for repair of cartilage lesions.

摘要：A robust anti-swing control method based on the error transformation function is proposed,and the problem is handled for the unmanned helicopter slung-load system(HSLS)deviating from the equilibrium state due to the disturbances in the lifting ***,the nonlinear model of unmanned HSLS is ***,the errors of swing angles are constructed by using the two ideal swing angle values and the actual swing angle values for the unmanned HSLS under flat flight,and the error transformation functions are investigated to guarantee that the errors of swing angles satisfy the prescribed ***,the nonlinear disturbance observers are introduced to estimate the bounded disturbances,and the robust controllers of the unmanned HSLS,the velocity and the attitude subsystems are designed based on the prescribed performance method,the output of disturbance observer and the sliding mode backstepping strategy,***,the Lyapunov function is developed to prove the stability of the closed-loop ***,the simulation studies are shown to demonstrate the effectiveness of the control strategy.

摘要：A vehicle intelligent terminal is designed to collect vehicle state information and driver behavior information based on the application of Internet of Vehicle in the insurance industry, and data of 12 risk factors affecting the traffic safety is extracted from the information. The Principal Component Analysis is improved and PCA based on the index significant priority is proposed, using which the data of risk factors is processed and 3 principal components are obtained as the pricing factor of the insurance industry.

摘要：It is a great challenge to use digital technology to inherit and reproduce Xinjiang Qiuci music and dance authentically. The thesis displays the cultural beauty of Qiuci music and dance through the change of vector images controlled by bones. The concrete methods are： first, get video images, do edge detection; then set up 2D character model based on anime studio, and build the skeleton according to the level, make key frames; finally use vector animation performance with the help of platform. Compared with Flash, this method is more flexible and natural. By setting up the skeleton libraries, it could lay the foundation for intellectualized design animation performance.

摘要：In this paper, the hybrid electric vehicle braking process is researched, by using variables consists of HEV speed, motor speed, and state of charge established, fimctions of mechanical braking force, regenerative braking force and efficiency of energy recovery are constructed, and the control goal is to maximization the energy recovery efficiency. Under the feedback control strategy, with the constrain condition of braking strength and braking stability, combining experiments in ADVISOR, in different experiments of different working conditions, we can see that in UDDS Cycle, the regenerative braking efficiency is the best. What＇s more, compared with strategies in ADVISOR, strategy proposed in this paper is obviously better.

摘要：Mobile platform is now widely seen as a promising multimedia service with a favorable user group and market prospect. To study the influence of mobile terminal models on the quality of scene roaming, a parameter setting platform of mobile terminal models is established to select the parameter selection and performance index on different mobile platforms in this paper. This test platform is established based on model optimality principle, analyzing the performance curve of mobile terminals in different scene models and then deducing the external parameter of model establishment. Simulation results prove that the established test platform is able to analyze the parameter and performance matching list of a mobile terminal model.

摘要：g-C3N4 is a hot visible light photocatalyst. However, the fast recombination of photogenerated electron- hole pairs leads to unsatisfactory photocatalytic efficiencies. In this study, Mg/O co-decorated amorphous carbon nitride (labeled as MgO-CN) with a unique electronic structure was designed and prepared via a combined experimental and theoretical approach. The results showed that the MgO-CN exhibited an increased light absorption ability and promoted charge separation efficiency. The Mg and O co-decoration created a unique structure that could generate localized electrons around O atoms and enhance the reactant activation capacities via the C→O←Mg route. This could dramatically promote the O2 molecule activation on the catalyst surface to generate reactive species (?O2 –/?OH). The optimized MgO-CN exhibited a high photocatalytic activity for the degradation of tetracycline hydrochloride in water, which was five times higher than that of pristine g-C3N4. The present work could provide a new strategy for modifying the electronic structure of g-C3N4 and enhancing its performance for environmental applications.
