摘要：A new bipyridine fused rhodamine-like chelating ligand and the corresponding transition metal complexes of platinum(Ⅱ)and iridi-um(Ⅲ)have been designed,synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray *** photophysical properties and acid-or metal ion-promoted spirocarbon ring-opening properties have been *** platinum(Ⅱ)and iridium(Ⅲ)complexes show a drastic color change in solution with Hg^(2+) ions and emergency of an absorption band at around 450-600 nm,assignable to the absorption band of the ring-opened rhodamine-like *** platinum(Ⅱ)complex was suggested to undergo dissociation with Hg^(2+) ion,based on the corresponding absorption titration *** titration studies of iridium(Ⅲ)complexes were found to suffer from the quenching process,probably due to the presence of a lower-lying non-emissive excited state from the ring-opened form of ligand.

摘要：T lymphocytes are crucial for antiviral responses and provide a promising repertoire for potential therapies of viral diseases such as cytomegalovirus(CMV)infection1 and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2.^(2) CMV-related diseases occur once the host immune system is impaired or lacks a protective repertoire of virus-specific T lymphocytes.3 Adoptive transfer of T-cell receptor(TCR)-engineered T cells(TCR-Ts)provides an encouraging alternative treatment option for patients with CMV reactivation.^(4) However,generating TCR-Ts requires the identification of epitope-specific and functional TCR *** single-cell sequencing techniques open up the ability to unravel TCR repertoires,^(5 )which offers a potential opportunity to screen functional TCR pairs for TCR-T ***,we report an efficient approach that combines ex vivo CD8+T-cell stimulation with single-cell RNA and TCR V(D)J sequencing to identify CMV-specific TCRs for generating TCR-Ts.

摘要：Observations from clinical trials have frequently demonstrated that light therapy can be an effective therapy for seasonal and non-seasonal major depression. Despite the fact that light therapy is known to have several advantages over antidepressant drugs like a low cost,minimal side-effects, and fast onset of therapeutic effect,the mechanism underlying light therapy remains *** far, it is known that light therapy modulates mood states and cognitive functions, involving circadian and noncircadian pathways from retinas into brain. In this review,we discuss the therapeutic effect of light on major depression and its relationship to direct retinal projections in the brain. We finally emphasize the function of the retino-raphe projection in modulating serotonin activity,which probably underlies the antidepressant effect of light therapy for depression.

摘要：机械能回收是指将海浪、风和人体运动等各种形式的机械能转化为电能的一种方法.这为解决化石燃料的枯竭和环境问题提供了一个可行性方案.然而,将机械能直接转化为电能的主要障碍是大多数机械能源的低频率(≤5赫兹)会导致能量转换效率、输出功率和输出电流偏低.近年来,许多研究报道了利用工作机制创新来改进能量收集技术的方法.本综述旨在深入分析基于摩擦电、电化学、压电和介电弹性体效应的低频能量回收技术的研究进展.从概述与低频能量回收有关的困难开始,阐明了影响机械能量回收器低频回收性能的关键因素,包括工作机制、环境因素和设备组成,同时比较和总结了不同机制在低频能量回收中的优缺点.此外,该综述还阐述了通过优化材料成分、结构和装置设计来提高低频能量回收性能的策略,并展示了机械能回收器在波浪能、风能和人体运动能量回收方面的应用.最后,针对不同应用场景,提供了对机械能回收机制选择的推荐,为新一代能量回收器的改进和制造提供了思路.

摘要：近几年隧道工程向长大深、多场多相耦合方向发展,隧道在施工和运营时极易诱发结构失稳病害。针对山岭隧道、水下隧道和城市地铁隧道阐述隧道工程结构模型试验系统设计的研究现状,并指出目前存在的相关问题。结果表明:山岭隧道模型试验考虑了隧道穿越不良地质体,承受高地应力、高岩溶水压力和高地震动等荷载条件,但受装置尺寸限制,无法模拟围岩高地应力水平。山岭隧道模型试验以平面应变模型为主,缺乏大型真三维应力条件下多种错动形式的活化错动断层的模拟。水下隧道模型试验已实现稳定的高水压力加载,但仍无法实现应力场与渗流场耦合的真三维水下环境模拟且试验箱可视性较差,仅能通过洞口涌水量表征隧道的渗透水状态,无法得到围岩内部变形规律。城市地铁隧道运营时一般受列车动荷载、路面荷载、邻近施工扰动的共同影响,目前模型试验通常考虑单一荷载下隧道的振动响应,且往往忽视了管片接缝和裂隙等结构特征,需要设计新颖、高效的局部加载装置,得到管片薄弱环节的极限变形特征,保障地铁运营安全。最后,总结隧道工程模型试验遇到的瓶颈问题,提出需要研制透明相似材料改善模型内部可视化功能,针对高地应力条件下不良地质条件研制尺寸可拓展的三维静动耦合加载模型试验系统,并结合微型低功耗无线监测传感元件与三维可视化结果展示平台,建立适用于复杂环境中的隧道工程结构模型试验系统。
