摘要：Aimed at the problem of unbalanced energy existed in sensor networks, the clustered method is employed to enhance the efficient utilization of limited energy resources of the deployed sensor nodes. In this paper, we describe the network lifetime as a function of the communication and data aggregation energy consumption and analyze the lifetime of different transmission schemes in the homogeneous and heterogeneous sensor networks. The analysis carried out in this paper can provide the guidelines for network deployment and protocol design in the future applications.

摘要：In this paper a new theory referred to as the decrease-radix design （DRD） is proposed, which is found in the research of logic units of ternary （tri-valued） optical computer. Based on the theory proposed, the principles and the regulations of the DRD for making operation units of multi-valued operation with carrying/borrowing free are also presented. The research work has come to the following important conclusion： let D be a special state contained in n physical informative states, then one may figure out any multi-valued processors within n^（n×n） carrying/borrowing free n-valued units by the composition some of n×n×（n-1） simplest basic operating units according to the regulations of DRD proposed in this paper. The detailed systematic way of our design regulations is highlighted step by step in the paper with an example of design of a tri-valued logic optical operating unit. The real architecture, the procedure, and the experimental results of our sample in tri-valued logic operating unit are given. Finally, a re-constructible model of ternary logical optical processor is introduced. The theory proposed in the paper has laid down a solid foundation for the design of re-constructible carrying/borrowing free operating units in ternary optical computers and can be widely used as the designing reference in a variety of multi-valued logic operating units.

摘要：设计了一种含局部减薄半椭圆缺口的紧凑拉伸试样(ECT),以模拟压力容器接管区结构,并对16MnR钢的ECT试样进行了不同应力比的恒幅低周疲劳裂纹扩展试验。结果表明:ECT试样具有类似压力容器接管区的高应变分布场;低周疲劳裂纹扩展速率与由线积分定义计算的循环J积分,△J在双对数坐标中呈良好线性相关,且回归的材料参数与相同材质的高周疲劳试验获得的Paris常数基本一致。

摘要：Based on the strategies of receptor structure-guided neonicotinoid design, a series of novel cis-nitenpyram analogues bearing diglycine esters were designed and synthesized. Preliminary bioassays indicated that the insecticidal spectra of the target compounds were expanded compared with our previous work, while all the target compounds presented excellent insecticidal activities against Nilaparvata lugens and Aphis medicagini at 100 mg/L. Among these analogues, 6b showed 100% mortality against Nilaparvata lugens (LC 50 = 0.163 mg/L) and 90% against Aphis medicagini at 4 mg/L. SARs suggested that the insecticidal potency of our designed cis-nitenpyram analogues was dual-controlled by the size and species of the ester groups. The molecular docking simulations revealed that the structural uniqueness of these analogues may lead to a unique molecular recognition and binding mode compared with the previously designed compounds. Introduction of the peptide bond gave rise to more significant hydrogen bonds between the nitenpyram analogues bonding with the amino acid residues of insect nAChRs. The docking results explained the SARs observed in vitro, and shed light on the novel insecticidal mechanism of these cis-nitenpyram analogues.

摘要：背景:人类β-防御素主要定位于多种组织的表皮或上皮。在眼表中也存在防御素,但其在眼表中的分布及眼表疾病中的作用尚不十分清楚。目的:观察人类β-防御素在眼表组织中的分布,分析其在眼表疾病中的潜在作用。设计、时间及地点:以眼表组织为观察对象体外对照实验,于2006-10/2007-12在上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院中心实验室和中国科学院上海分院细胞生化所完成。材料:18个炎性结膜样本中包括6个胬肉表面球结膜、4个球结膜囊肿、4个酸烧伤结膜组织、2个热烧伤结膜组织和2个结膜肉芽肿组织;15个炎性角膜样本中包括6个病毒性角膜炎、4个霉菌性角膜炎、3个细菌性角膜炎和2个角膜穿孔伤后摘除眼球;9个尸体眼正常球结膜样本,8个尸体眼正常角膜样本。方法:RT-PCR法及免疫组织化学法检测50份样本人类β-防御素表达。主要观察指标:人类β-防御素1～3三种蛋白因子在正常及炎症眼表组织的表达和定位。结果:RT-PCR检测发现,人类β-防御素1,3在所有被检角结膜组织中均显示阳性;人类β-防御素2在大部分炎症眼表组织中显示阳性,在正常眼表组织几乎不表达。免疫组织化学结果显示,大多数炎性眼表组织中均同时表达人类β-防御素1,2,分布于上皮细胞层,以基底层为主,偶见基质细胞的浸润,仅少数无人类β-防御素2表达;正常角膜和球结膜样本中均有人类β-防御素1表达,分布于上皮细胞层,以基底层为主,仅极少数同时存在人类β-防御素2表达。结论:人类β-防御素1,3呈组成式表达于正常及炎性眼表组织上皮细胞表皮与基底上皮细胞表层和基底层,人类β-防御素2则呈诱导式表达于大多数炎性眼表组织上皮细胞表皮与基底上皮细胞表层和基底层,均以基底层居多;3种人类β-防御素在对抗眼表感染和促进眼表损伤修复中可能起重要作用。

摘要：氧化还原电动势是了解核酸中电荷/电子转移过程以及设计具有新型氧化还原活性的碱基类化合物的重要参数.本文对82个芳香化合物的氧化还原电动势进行理论预测,通过计算值和实验值的比较发现:气相采用B3LYP/6-311++G(2df,2p)//B3LYP/6-31+G(d)方法,液相采用HF-COSMORS/UAHF方法,对运用HF-CPCM/UAHF方法在水相重新优化的构型计算溶剂化能,能有效预测芳香化合物水相氧化还原电动势,该理论方法计算的绝对均方根误差(RMSD)为0.124V.运用该理论方法成功预测了属于芳香化合物的核酸碱基及其代谢物的水相氧化还原电动势.根据预测结果,讨论了核酸中电荷/电子转移过程以及结构改变对设计具有新型氧化还原活性的核酸碱基类化合物的影响.本文为设计具有氧化还原活性的新型核酸碱基类化合物提供了一种理论方法.

摘要：A low-sidelobe circularly-polarized(CP) microstrip patch array for 2.4 GHz radio frequency identification(RFID) readers is *** antenna array with a Chebyshev current distribution is composed of 6 microstrip *** CP operation is obtained by the quasi-square patch with difference in lengths of the two *** antenna has been investigated numerically and *** results show that the array has a Chebyshev pattern with the sidelobe level of-23 dB, the half-power beamwidth of 16° and an impedance bandwidth(S11≤-10 dB) of 130 MHz, which is suitable for RFID reader applications.
