摘要：To support and serve engineering design, creative design based on knowledge management is proposed. The key knowledge factors of creative design are analyzed and discussed, and knowledge extraction tools are utilized to distill the important knowledge to serve for knowledge resource of creative design. The implementation of creative design mode is described and executed, which can promote the intelligent asset of the enterprise and shorten the period of creative design. With this study, design afflatus and conceptual design can be achieved expediently and effectively.

摘要：Uniting dual-modality of fluorescence and photoacoustic(PA)imaging into theranostic nanoprobes is imperative for spatiotemporally tracking of drug delivery,distribution,and ***,we present a rational design strategy of molecularly precise amphiphilic prodrugs BP_(n)-Cy-S-CPT(n=0,5,and 20,refers to the degree of polyethylene glycol(PEG)polymerization;CPT=camptothecin)to tune their self-assembly behaviour,innovatively integrating dual-modal PA and near-infrared(NIR)fluorescence imaging in a single-molecular *** these elaborately designed prodrugs,it is found that only BP_(20)-Cy-S-CPT could form uniform and highly stable self-assemblies,especially in showing synergistically enhanced PA and dualchannel NIR *** detail,PA signal is employed to trace the in vivo delivery with high spatial resolution,meanwhile the glutathione(GSH)-triggered dual-channel fluorescence response could real-timely monitor drug distribution and release without"blind spot".The results of in vivo dual-modal PA/NIR imaging have verified that BP_(20)-Cy-S-CPT displayed synergistic targeting(including passive,active,and activatable targeting)for tumor-specific delivery,and thereby executed CPT release in the tumor ***,our molecularly precise BP_(20)-Cy-S-CPT self-assemblies could make a breakthrough to spatiotemporally track the in vivo drug release profile,expanding the intelligent theranostic toolbox for precise cancer treatment.

摘要：Due to the increasing amount and complexity of knowledge in product design, the know-ledge map based on design process is presented as a tool to reuse product design process, promote the product design knowledge sharing. The relationship between design task flow and knowledge flow is discussed; A knowledge organizing method based on design task decomposition and a visualization method to support the knowledge retrieving and sharing in product design are proposed. And a knowledge map system to manage the knowledge in product design process is built with Visual C＋＋ and SVG. Finally, a brief case study is provided to illustrate the construction and application of knowledge map in fuel pump design.

摘要：Aim To evaluate the effects of maxillary sinus floor elevation by a tissue-engineered bone complex of β-tricalcium phosphate （β-TCP） and autologous osteoblasts in dogs. Methodology Autologous osteoblasts from adult Beagle dogs were cultured in vitro. They were further combined with β-TCP to construct the tissue-engineered bone complex. 12 cases of maxillary sinus floor elevation surgery were made bilaterally in 6 animals and randomly repaired with the following 3 groups of materials： Group A （osteoblasts/D-TCP）; Group B （β-TCP）; Group C （autogenous bone） （n=4 per group）. A polychrome sequential fluorescent labeling was performed post-operatively and the animals were sacrificed 24 weeks after operation for histological observation.Results Our results showed that autologous osteoblasts were successfully expanded and the osteoblastic phenol- types were confirmed by ALP and Alizarin red staining. The cells could attach and proliferate well on the surface of the ~3-TCP scaffold. The fluorescent and histological observation showed that the tissue-engineered bone complex had an earlier mineralization and more bone formation inside the scaffold than β-TCP along or even autologous bone. It had also maximally maintained the elevated sinus height than both control groups. Conclusion Porous 13-TCP has served as a good scaffold for autologous osteoblasts seeding. The tissue-engineered bone complex with β-TCP and autologous osteoblasts might be a better alternative to autologous bone for the clinical edentulous maxillary sinus augmentation.

摘要：In order to develop efficient photocatalysts,great efforts have been made to reduce hexavalent chromium to trivalent *** photocatalytic efficiency of this reduction depends largely on the adsorption and diffusion of hexavalent chromium ions on the surface of the *** this paper,polyanilineTiO2 composite can effectively improve the photocatalytic reduction performance and stability of hexavalent chromium *** effect of polyaniline(PANI) thickness on Cr(VI) activity and stability of photocatalytic reduction was studied by adjusting the content of PANI on Mesoporous TiO2(MT) *** the irradiation conditions,the reaction results showed that the reduction rate was 100%,and the maximum reaction rate reached 0.62 min-1 when the PANI modification was 3.0%.Moreover,the results showed that the reduction performance remained 100% after ten *** main reason is that the PANI modified on the surface of TiO2 is rich in positively charged amino group,which can efficiently adsorb the reactant Cr(VI),and make the product Cr(III) leave the reaction interface quickly,thus ensuring the performance of photocatalyst.

摘要：A heat pipe type adsorption ice maker with two adsorbers for fishing boats is designed by using ammonia as refrigerant and compound of activated carbon-CaCl2 as adsorbent. This type of heat pipe adsorber can solve the problem of incompatibility between ammonia, copper, seawater and steel. The working process of the ice maker with 8.7kg adsorbent per bed is simulated. The results show that the optimal semi-cycle time is about 9 min at the evaporating temperature of -15℃, where the corresponding cooling power, specific cooling power per kilogram adsorbent SCP and coefficient of refrigerant performance COP are respectively 3.6kW, 217W·kg-1 and 0.404.

摘要：表面聚合物涂层作为保护层广泛应用于表面防腐、防渗透和抗冲击等各种领域,如何在已有材料体系和工艺条件下提高涂层机械力学性能,是一个重要但具有挑战性的问题.受自下而上的制造工艺和生物体的层级结构的能量耗散机制的启发,本文开发了一种具有自褶皱表面形态和梯度交联结构的光固化涂层.理论模拟和实验结果表明,表面自褶皱的独特形貌和体系内梯度交联结构有助于提升涂层的力学性能及抗冲击性.这种光固化自褶皱涂层为设计功能抗冲击聚合物涂层材料开辟了新的途径.
