摘要：100 pieces of 26650-type Lithium iron phosphate（LiFePO4） batteries cycled with a fixed charge and discharge rate are tested, and the influence of the battery internal resistance and the instantaneous voltage drop at the start of discharge on the state of health（SOH） is discussed. A back propagation（BP） neural network model using additional momentum is built up to estimate the state of health of Li-ion batteries. The additional 10 pieces are used to verify the feasibility of the proposed method. The results show that the neural network prediction model have a higher accuracy and can be embedded into battery management system（BMS） to estimate SOH of LiFePO4 Li-ion batteries.

摘要：In order to achieve a wheelchair lift function, this paper designs a tri-scissors mechanism. Through the so-called H-type transmission and L-type swing rod, the three scissors mechanisms lift in the same rate with only one liner motor while ensuring the stability of the lift. Finite element analysis in ANSYS is performed to verify the material strength. The control system with Sunplus SCM achieves the voice control of wheelchair walking and lifting.

摘要：As to motorized spindle system, this paper builds a simplified 3D model of spindle and bearing, performs structure modal analysis, reveals its dynamic characteristics under the free model; furthermore, modifies bearing radial stiffness and number of model and studies the change of modal parameters. On this basis, through the harmonic response analysis of the finite element model, dy- namic response characteristic caused by imbalance of monitored spindle system and law of vibration response to different amount of unbalance is analyzed.

摘要：In order to achieve a wheelchair climb stairs function, this paper designs a star-wheel stair-climbing mechanism. Through the effect of the lock coupling, the star-wheel stair-climbing mechanism is formed to be fixed axis gear train or planetary gear train achieving flat-walking and stair-climbing functions. Crossing obstacle analysis obtains the maximum height and minimum width of obstacle which the wheelchair can cross. Stress-strain analysis in Solidworks simulation is performed to verify material strength.

摘要：In order to reduce nursing intensity and improve freedom of the elderly and the disabled, a multi-function nursing wheelchair which can switch chair to bed and realize many kinds of posture transformation is designed. This paper introduces the mechanical structure design （position adjustment mechanism and variable wheelbase mechanism） and control design of posture transformation unit of multifunctional nursing wheelchair.

摘要：This paper develops a strong secondary development based on ADAMS feature which creates high-speed rail bearings for simulation analysis module. This thesis is in the case of non-circular pattern instructions of how to achieve rapid roller modeling, with analysis of functions and parameters required for the design of the simulation module of the high-speed rail bearing, as well as the design of dialog boxes, the environment and file structure. The specific modules is based on the secondary development language provided by ADAMS ! View. Through the menus, dialog boxes which input parameters, it can achieve high iron bearing automatic modeling, dynamic analysis and post-processing to simplify the analysis of high-speed rail bearing operations, as well as improving the high-speed rail bearing development efficiency.
