摘要：提出了一种基于三导体耦合线结构的毫米波Marchand巴伦的新型宽带模型.基于c模和π模理论,对三导体耦合线进行了分析并采用传输线和理想变压器对其建立了模型.通过电磁场仿真提取了模型参数并使用该耦合线模型建立了Marchand巴伦的模型.基于该模型,使用GaAs工艺设计了一种毫米波Marchand巴伦并进行了流片制造,所设计的巴伦工作在15~55 GHz频率范围,测试结果表明该巴伦具有较好的幅值和相位平衡度,同时验证了模型的准确性.

摘要：热障涂层(TBC)被广泛应用于热端金属部件表面,使其免受高温气体侵蚀,其微观组织结构及服役性能与制备工艺和服役状态密切相关并相互作用。本文从热生长氧化物(TGO)增厚、相变、烧结等方面讨论了各种应力诱因导致的TBC失效机理,综述了目前常用于陶瓷层柱状结构制备的方法及其在缓和TBC服役过程中应力的应用。由于TBC制备工艺及服役条件不尽相同,通过与标准TBC比较,评价了不同工艺下制备的TBC使用寿命,总结了柱状结构TBC的长寿命服役机理。本文综述了柱状热障涂层的应力源、微观结构、制备工艺和使用性能的相互作用关系,为高性能TBC设计提供了参考。

摘要：The urban-rural integrated area in Sanshui District of Foshan City was selected for research, and the impact of landscape pattern around the No.269 provincial highway was analyzed based on the land-use data in 2014 using the spatial analysis in GIS and the moving window method. The results showed that:(1) within the scope of a 2 km-range buffer zone, with a low degree of heterogeneity, land for construction use and water area were the dominant land-use types, while with a high degree of fragmentation, cultivated land, wooded land, grassland, garden land, land for other farm uses, and land unused were scattered;(2) the 250-m square moving window could well detect the change characteristics of landscape pattern on both sides of the road;(3) the gradient analysis of landscape pattern in urban-rural integrated area, which was conducted with the aid of a 750-m transect on both sides of the road, indicated that there were significant differences between landscape indexes both in the urban-rural integrated area and on both sides of the road;(4) the road that had an obvious cutting and fragmentation impact on the landscape was an important factor leading to the increasing fragmentation and heterogeneity to regional landscapes.

摘要：The metal grille, commonly composed of an amount of diamond holes, has been growingly used as a key structure on stealth aircraft. Electrochemical machining(ECM) promises to be increasingly applied in aircraft manufacturing on the condition that process stability is *** this work, a flow field model was designed to improve the process stability. This model is endowed with a variety of flow channel features, together with vibrating feeding modes. The flow field distribution on the bottom surface of the diamond hole was discussed and evaluated as *** numerical results show that a short arc flow channel could significantly enhance the uniformity of electrolyte velocity distribution and a vibrating feeding of the cathode enables to reduce both fluctuations of the electrolyte velocity and pressure on the bottom surface of the diamond ***, the flow field mutations were eliminated. It is verified from the experimental results that a short arc flow channel, when combined with vibrating feeding, is capable of improving machining localization and process stability markedly. What is more, the side gap on the bottom surface of the diamond hole could also be reduced by the abovementioned approach.

摘要：近年来分数阶微积分理论在永磁同步电机(PMSM)中的应用得到广泛研究。PMSM是典型的多变量耦合、非线性系统,且其运行过程中存在参数摄动和负载扰动。为提高PMSM的动态性能以及对负载扰动的鲁棒性,设计了基于改进型指数趋紧率的PMSM分数阶滑模控制器(FOSMC)。构建了硬件在环实时仿真试验系统,然后在Simulink/Qua RC环境下,对所设计的控制器进行试验验证,并和传统整数阶滑模控制器(SMC)做了性能比较。试验结果表明,所设计控制器具有良好的动态性能,且可以减少系统抖振,并对负载扰动具有更强的鲁棒性。

摘要：Modeling of seismic responses of variable permeability on the basis of the patchy-sa^ration model provides insights into the seismic characterization of fluid mobility. We linked rock-physics models in the frequency domain and seismic modeling on the basis of the propagator matrix method. For a layered patchy-saturated reservoir, the seismic responses represent a combination of factors, including impedance contrast, the effect of dispersion and attenuation within the reservoir, and the tuning and interference of reflections at the top and bottom of the reservoir. Numerical results suggest that increasing permeability significantly reduces the P-wave velocity and induces dispersion between the high- and low-frequency elastic limit. Velocity dispersion and the layered structure of a reservoir lead to complex reflection waveforms. Seismic reflections are sensitive to permeability if the impedance of the reservoir is close to that of the surroundings. For variable layer thickness, the stacked amplitudes increase with permeability for high-velocity surrounding shale, whereas the stacked amplitudes decrease with permeability for low-velocity surrounding shale.
