摘要：Hamamatsu R1924A is one of the most widely used photomultiplier tubes(PMTs) in nuclear *** the active base suitable for R1924A is still not available in market, an active base is designed for Hamamatsu R1924A PMT, and the test results at high counting rates are presented. The active bases with two different sets of resistor chains were tested and compared by a frequency-controlled green straw hat LED light. A stable signal output up to 100 kHz is achieved using frequency-controlled LED pulsed light. The temperature of bases, which reflects the power consumption and is crucial for applications in vacuum, is also monitored with the same LED pulsed light. The temperature of the active base with smaller resistances reaches about twice of that of the active base with larger resistances in the resistor chain. For the applications in vacuum, the active base with resistance between the two sets of resistor chains may be preferable.

摘要：All commercial electron spin polarimeters work in single channel mode, which is the bottleneck of researches by spin-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy. By adopting the time inversion antisymmetry of the magnetic field, we developed a multichannel spin polarimeter based on normal incident very low energy electron diffraction （VLEED）. The key point to achieve the multi-channel measurements is the spatial resolution of the electron optics. The test of the electron optics shows that the designed spatial resolution can be achieved and an image type spin polarimeter with 100 times 100, totally ten thousand channels is possible to be realized.

摘要：Three sources of uncertainty in model projections of precipitation change in China for the 21st century were separated and quantified: internal variability,inter-model variability,and scenario *** from models involved in the third phase and the fifth phase of the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project(CMIP3 and CMIP5) were compared to identify improvements in the robustness of projections from the latest generation of *** significant differences were found between CMIP3 and CMIP5 in terms of future precipitation projections over China,with the two datasets both showing future *** uncertainty can be attributed firstly to internal variability,and then to both inter-model and internal *** analysis revealed that the uncertainty in CMIP5 models has increased by about 10%–60% with respect to CMIP3,despite significant improvements in the latest generation of *** increase is mainly due to the increase of internal variability in the initial decades,and then mainly due to the increase of inter-model variability thereafter,especially by the end of this *** change in scenario uncertainty shows no major role,but makes a negative contribution to begin with,and then an increase later.

摘要：Single-component anode materials can barely satisfy the growing demand for next-generation Li-ion batteries with higher capacity and cyclability. Thus developing multi-component synergistic electrodes has become a critical issue. Herein, inspired by natural corn, a ternary hierarchical self-supported array design is proposed. Based on a sequential transformation route, Si/C-modified C0304 nanowire arrays are constructed on 3D Ni foams to form a binder-free integrated electrode. Specifically, an ionic liquid-assisted electrodeposition strategy is employed to prepare discrete ultrafine Si nanoparticles on nanoscale array substrates, which follow the Volmer-Weber island growth mode. In this corn-mimetic system, kernel-like Si nanoparticles and a husk-like carbon coating layer function as enhancing and protecting units, respectively, to improve the capacity and stability of the cobalt oxide basic unit. Taking advantage of a synergistic effect, the ternary nanoarray anode achieves a significant performance enhancement compared to pristine Co304, showing a special capacity as high as -1,000 mAh·g^-1 at 100 mA·g^-1. By extending this corn-mimetic hierarchical array design to other basic, enhancing, and protecting units, new ideas for constructing synergistic nano-architectures for energy conversion and storage field are developed.

摘要：Flow rate and temperature are important parameters for design and operation of liquid lead–bismuth(Pb Bi) experimental loop. The PREKY facility was designed to study test technique of flow rate and local temperature of Pb Bi loop. In this work, flow rate monitoring of molten Pb Bi was performed, and temperatures of the Pb Bi and pipe surface were measured. The results show that the flow rate of the venturi-nozzle flow meter had an uncertainty of ±5 % in the range of 0.6–2.0 m/s, and the maximum temperature difference between the Pb Bi and pipe surface was about 8 ℃.

摘要：Ruthenium （Ru）‐based catalysts are widely employed in several types of gas‐solid reactions because of their high catalytic activities. This review provides theoretical research on Ru‐based catalysts and an analysis of their basic properties and oxidation behavior. There is particular emphasis on Ru‐catalyzed gas‐solid catalytic reactions, including the catalytic oxidation of VOCs, preferential oxidation of CO, synthesis of ammonia, oxidation of HCl and partial oxidation of CH4. Recent litera‐ture on catalysis is summarized and compared. Finally, we describe current challenges in the field and propose approaches for future development of Ru‐based catalysts.

摘要：Three "double-cable" conjugated polymers with thienopyrroledione-based backbone and perylene bisimide as side units were designed as electron acceptor for polymer-polymer solar cells. The polymers show broad absorption spectra and low-lying frontier energy levels due to both aromatic backbone and side units. The new double-cable polymers can be used as electron acceptor to combine with several electron donors, in which power conversion efficiencies above 3% could be achieved.

摘要：Projections of potential submerged area due to sea level rise are helpful for improving understanding of the influence of ongoing global warming on coastal areas. The Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition method is used to adaptively decompose the sea level time series in order to extract the secular trend component. Then the linear relationship between the global mean sea level （GMSL） change and the Zhujiang （Pearl） River Delta （PRD） sea level change is calculated： an increase of 1.0 m in the GMSL corresponds to a 1.3 m （uncertainty interval from 1.25 to 1.46 m） increase in the PRD. Based on this relationship and the GMSL rise projected by the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 5 under three greenhouse gas emission scenarios （representative concentration pathways, or RCPs, from low to high emission scenarios RCP2.6, RCP4.5, and RCP8.5）, the PRD sea level is calculated and projected for the period 2006-2100. By around the year 2050, the PRD sea level will rise 0.29 （0.21 to 0.40） m under RCP2.6, 0.31 （0.22 to 0.42） m under RCP4.5, and 0.34 （0.25 to 0.46） m under RCP8.5, respectively. By 2100, it will rise 0.59 （0.36 to 0.88） m, 0.71 （0.47 to 1.02） m, and 1.0 （0.68 to 1.41） m, respectively. In addition, considering the extreme value of relative sea level due to land subsidence （i.e., 0.20 m） and that obtained from intermonthly variability （i.e., 0.33 m）, the PRD sea level will rise 1.94 m by the year 2100 under the RCP8.5 scenario with the upper uncertainty level （i.e., 1.41 m）. Accordingly, the potential submerged area is 8.57x103 km2 for the PRD, about 1.3 times its present area.
