摘要：Acidic oligosaccharide sugar chain （AOSC）, a D-mannuronic acid oligosaccharide, derived from brownalgaepolysaccharide, has been completed Phase I clinical trial in china as an anti-Alzheimer＇s Disease （AD） drug candidate. The identification of AOSC-binding protein（s） in neurons is very important for understanding its action mechanism. To determine the binding protein（s） of AOSC in neurons mediating its anti-AD activities, confocal microscopy, affinity chromatography, and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry （LC-MS/MS） analysis were used. Confocal microscopy analysis shows that AOSC binds to SH-SY5Y cells in concentration-, time-, and temperature-dependent fashions. The AOSC binding proteins were purified by affinity chromatography and identified by LC-MS/MS analysis. The results showed that there are 349 proteins binding AOSC, including clathrin, adaptor protein-2 （AP-2） and amyloid precursor protein （APP）. These results suggest that the binding/entrance of AOSC to neurons is probably responsible for anti-AD activities.

摘要：In the implementation of quality function deployment （QFD）, the determination of the target values of engineering characteristics is a complex decision process with multiple variables and multiple objectives that should trade off, and optimize all kinds of conflicts and constraints. A fuzzy linear programming model （FLP） is proposed. On the basis of the inherent fuzziness of QFD system, triangular fuzzy numbers are used to represent all the relationships and correlations, and then, the functional relationships between the customer needs and engineering characteristics and the functional correlations among the engineering characteristics are determined with the information in the house of quality （HoQ） fully used. The fuzzy linear programming （FLP） model aims to find the optimal target values of the engineering characteristics to maximize the customer satisfaction. Finally, the proposed method is illustrated by a numerical example.

摘要：We report the design and simulation results of a solid-core Bragg fiber with 3-bilayer periodic cladding. The simulation results present single mode bandgap guidance, a large effective area of -400 μm2 around 1.08 μm, a very low bend loss of 0.038dB/m at 1.08μm even under tight bend radius （R = 4cm）, and excellent beam quality. The results indicate that the proposed fiber could be a competitive solution for high-power fiber laser applications.

摘要：On the basis of Betti's theorem,the constitutive relation of multi- crack rockmass which considers the effect of crack-closure is developed in this paper. Meanwhile,based on mathematical elasticity,the paper gives an analytical formula for the compression transmitting coefficient and the shearing transmitting coefficient. A damage evolution equation of rock-mass is presented and an engineering application is given as well.

摘要：A broad angular response supermirror is designed by the simplex optimization method and fabricated by de magnetron sputtering. The negative effect of the interracial imperfection, mainly consulting from interface roughness and diffusion, is emerged in the calculation of the precise performance of the supermirror. The refleetvity of such a supermirror is measured by the x-ray diffraction instrument （XRD） at Cu Kα line （λ=0.154nm）. The experimental refleetivity is about 30% in a fixed broad grazing incident angular range （0.55°-0.85°）. The fitting data prove that the thickness of each layer, which is larger than the prospect 0.5 nm, is different from the designed one and the roughness in the supermirror is about 0.85 nm.

摘要：By using a plane wave expansion method, some important cobweb cladding structure are analysed. Taking a dielectric parameters of designing the hollow-core fibre with material PMMA, for example, the tolerance of the parameters is discussed. The results show that the parameters of the structure possess oneself of a regularity and limit, and have a larger tolerance for the structural parameters in fabrication.

摘要：Transmit waveform optimization is critical to radar system performance. There have been a fruit of achievements about waveform design in recent years. However, most of the existing methods are based on the assumption that radar is smart and the target is dumb, which is not always reasonable in the modern electronic warfare. This paper focuses on the waveform design for radar and the extended target in the environment of electronic warfare. Three different countermeasure models between smart radar and dumb target, smart target and dumb radar, smart radar and smart target are proposed. Taking the signal-to-interferenceplus-noise ratio(SINR) as the metric, optimized waveforms for the first two scenarios are achieved by the general water-filling method in the presence of clutter. For the last case, the equilibrium between smart radar and smart target in the presence of clutter is given mathematically and the optimized solution is achieved through a novel two-step water-filling method on the basis of minmax theory. Simulation results under different power constraints show the power allocation strategies of radar and target and the output SINRs are analyzed.

摘要：The nonlinear governing equations of the liquid sloshing modals in a cylindrical storage tank are established. Through analytical analysis, the analytical expressions of the solutions of this kind of system are obtained. With different parameters, the dynamical behaviors of the solutions are different from the trivial ones. To prevent system instability, two selection principles that the stiffness equations are positive-definite and the nonlinear terms of the system are not regenerative elements are given. Meanwhile, numerical simulations are also given, which confirm the analytical results.

摘要：This paper considers the problem of optimal multi-objective trajectory design for autonomous rendezvous. Total velocity cost and relative state robustness of close-looped control are selected as the objective functions. Based on relative dynamics equations, the state equations and measurement equations for angles-only relative navigation between spacecraffs are set forth. According to the method of linear covariance analysis, the close-looped control covariance of the true relative state from the reference relative state is analyzed, and the objective functions of relative state robustness are formulated. Considering the total velocity cost and the relative state robustness, the multi-objective optimization algorithm of NSGA-II is employed to solve this multi-impulsive rendezvous problem. Lastly, the validity of the objective functions and the covariance results are demonstrated through 1 00 times Monte Carlo simulation.

摘要：The hybrid-mode dispersion equation of the metal-grating periodic slow-wave structure for a rectangular Cerenkov maser is derived by using the Borgnis function and field-matching *** equivalent-circuit model for the taper of the groove depth that matches the smooth waveguide to the metal-grating structure is *** using the equivalentcircuit method,as well as the Ansoft high frequency structure simulator（HFSS） code,an appropriate electromagnetic mode for beam-wave interaction is selected and the equivalent-circuit analysis on the taper is *** calculated results show that a cumulative reflection coefficient of 0.025 for the beam-wave interaction structure at a working frequency of 78.1 GHz can be reached by designing the exponential taper with a TE z10 rectangular waveguide mode as the input and the desired TE x10 mode as the *** is worth pointing out that by using the equivalent-circuit method,the complex field-matching problems from the traditional field-theory method for taper design can be avoided,so the taper analysis process is markedly simplified.
