摘要：Proxy signature is an active cryptographic research area, and a wide range of literatures can be found nowadays suggesting improvement and generalization of existing protocols in various directions. However, from the efficiency view, many proposed proxy signature schemes in these literatures are not satisfying and cannot fit to the mobile communication. Therefore, there is a desire to design efficient proxy signature schemes. Based on Boneh et al＇s pairing-based short signature, this paper presents two proxy signature schemes. One is proxy-protected signature scheme, and the other is proxy aggregate signature scheme. Since both of them can achieve high efficiency, it is believed that they are specially suitable for mobile communication environment.

摘要：We have provided optical simulations of the evanescently coupled waveguide photodiodes integrated with a 13- channels AWGs. The photodiode could exhibit high internal efficiency by appropriate choice of layers geometry and refrac- tive index. Aseamless joint structure has been designed and fabricated for integrating the output waveguides of AWGs with the evanescently coupled waveguide photodiode array. The highest simulation quantum efficiency could achieve 92% when the matching layer thickfiess of the PD is 120 nm and the insertion length is 2 μm. The fabricated PD with 320-nm-thick *** layer and 2-μm-length insertion matching layer present a responsivity of 0.87 A/W.

摘要：Eased on the mechanism of temperature tactile sensing of human finger,a heat flux tactile sensor com- posed of a thermostat module and a heat flux sensor is designed to identify material thermal properties. The ther- mostat module maintains the sensor temperature invariable, and the heat flux sensor（Peltier device） detects the heat flux temperature difference between the thermostat module and the object surface. Two different modes of the heat flux tactile sensor are proposed, and they are simulated and experimented for different material objects. The results indicate that the heat flux tactile sensor can effectively identify different thermal properties.

摘要：This article addresses a production planning optimization problem of overall refinery. The authors formulated the optimization problem as mixed integer linear programming. The model considers the main factors for optimizing the production plan of overall refinery related to the use of run-modes of processing units. The aim of this planning is to decide which run-mode to use in each processing unit in each period of a given horizon, to satisfy the demand, such as the total cost of production and inventory is minimized. The resulting model can be regarded as a generalized lot-sizing problem where a run-mode can produce and consume more than one product. The resulting optimization problem is large-sized and NP-hard. The authors have proposed a column generation-based algorithm called branch-and-price （BP） for solving the interested optimization problem. The model and implementation of the algorithm are described in detail in this article. The computational results verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and the solution method.

摘要：A new concept of rare axis based on statistical facts is proposed, and an evaluation algorithm is designed thereafter. For the nested regular expressions containing rare axes, the proposed algorithm can reduce its evaluation complexity from polynomial time to nearly linear time. The distributed technique is also employed to construct the navigation axis indexes for resource description framework(RDF) graph data. Experiment results in Drug Bank and Bio GRID show that this method can improve the query efficiency significantly while ensuring the accuracy and meet the query requirements on Web-scale RDF graph data.

摘要：The major constraint on the performance of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing （OFDM） based underwater acoustic （UWA） communication is to keep subcarriers orthogonal. In this paper, Doppler estimation and the respective compensation technique along with various diversity techniques were deliberated for OFDM-based systems best suited for underwater wireless information exchange. In practice, for mobile communication, adjustment and tuning of transducers in order to get spatial diversity is extremely difficult. Considering the relatively low coherence bandwidth in UWA, the frequency diversity design with the Doppler compensation function was elaborated here. The outfield experiments of mobile underwater acoustic communication （UWAC） based on OFDM were carried out with 0.17 bit/（s-Hz） spectral efficiency. The validity and the dependability of the scheme were also analyzed.

摘要：A macro-micro dual-drive positioning system showing good potential for high acceleration and high precision positioning required in IC packaging applications is devised in this paper. The dual-drive positioning stage uses a VCM (voice coil motor) driven macro positioning stage and a PZT piezo-electric driven micro positioning stage. The coupling characteristics of the system are analyzed to produce a control structure with a micro positioning stage that can dynamically compensate for the positioning error produced by the macro positioning stage. Models of the two positioning stages are described. The models cover both the mechanism and the actuator. For the macro positioning stage, friction characteristics are taken into account, and a controller with an LQG (linear-quadratic-Gaussian) control algorithm combining a feed-forward compensation algorithm is derived. A PID controller is used to control the micro positioning stage. Detailed designs are derived for the proposed approach, and the performance is validated by simulation.

摘要：A 7.8-μm surface emitting second-order distributed feedback quantum cascade laser （DFB QCL） structure with metallized surface grating is studied. The modal property of this structure is described by utilizing coupled-mode theory where the coupling coefficients are derived from exact Floquet-Bloch solutions of infinite periodic structure. Based on this theory, the influence of waveguide structure and grating topography as well as device length on the laser performance is numerically investigated. The optimized surface emitting second-order DFB QCL structure design exhibits a high surface outcoupling efficiency of 22% and a low threshold gain of 10 cm-1. Using a π phase-shift in the centre of the grating, a high-quality single-lobe far-field radiation pattern is obtained.

摘要：A high-precision wavelength controller is presented in this paper. It is necessary to find out the difference between the central wavelength of a tunable fiber Fabry-Perot (FFP) filter and that of the input laser, while the wavelength control-ler operates at the states of wavelength-scanning and wavelength-locking modes. Firstly, a dynamic simulation model of tunable FFP filter is established, and the dynamic characteristic of tunable FFP filter modulated by an alternating current (AC) signal is simulated. Then the measuring time at wavelength-scanning mode compared with the theory time is discussed, and this time difference shows the difference between the central wavelength of a tunable FFP filter and that of the input laser. At last, the effects on wavelength-locking precision of time delays, including the time delay of opened-loop circuit, the time constant of the closed-loop circuit and the intrinsic hysteresis of piezoelectric (PZT) element, are analyzed. A wavelength controller of tunable FFP filter is designed and prepared. The experimental results at wavelength-locking mode show that a high locking precision is obtained.

摘要：将高锰酸钾与活性炭（AC）原位氧化还原制备的活性炭载锰氧化物（MnOx/AC）用作臭氧分解的催化剂.采用扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱、X射线衍射、电子自旋共振波谱、拉曼光谱以及程序升温还原研究了设计Mn负载量对负载锰氧化物性质（形貌、氧化态和晶体结构）的影响.结果表明, Mn负载量由0.44%增至11%,负载锰氧化物在活性炭表面由疏松的地衣状变为堆叠的纳米球状体,负载层的厚度由-180 nm增加至-710 nm,结构由氧化态＋2.9到＋3.1的低结晶β-MnOOH生长为由氧化态＋3.7到＋3.8的δ-MnO2结晶. MnOx/AC室温催化分解低浓度臭氧的活性与负载锰氧化物的形貌及含量密切相关. Mn负载量为1.1%的MnOx/AC具有疏松的地衣状形貌,催化分解臭氧的性能最高, Mn负载量为11%的MnOx/AC具有紧密的堆积结构,因而表现出最低的催化臭氧分解活性.
