摘要：In the trust management scheme of the distributed cognitive radio networks, the absence of the central control devices cause many problems such as a lack of standardized control for trust computation, and the absence of the decision makers in trust evaluation and collaborative decision making. A trust management mechanism based on the jury system for distributed cognitive radio networks is proposed in this paper. The "jury user" is designed to collaboratively examine the reputation of the cognitive user in the networks and to perform data fusion and spectrum allocation for distributed cognitive radio networks. Simulation analysis results show that the proposed scheme can ensure accuracy and fairness in trust evaluation and improve effectiveness and flexibility of spectrum allocation.

摘要：The 60-GHz traveling-wave tube （TWT） prevails nowadays as the amplifier for the satellite communication and electronic countermeasures. The folded waveguide （FW） is a promising all-metal slow-wave structure （SWS） for the 60-GHz TWT with advantages of robust performance, fine heat dissipation, considerable power and bandwidth. A novel FW periodically loaded with rectangular grooves is analyzed for the purpose of gaining higher power and gain. The rf characteristics are investigated by numerical simulation, and the nonlinear large- signal performance of such a TWT is analyzed by a 3I） particle-in-cell code MAGIC. Compared with normal circuits, relatively higher continuous-wave power （40-56 W） and similar bandwidth （5 GHz） are predicted by simulation. Meanwhile, the designed operation voltage is 10.5 kV, which keeps the low-voltage advantage of the popular helix TWT competitor. 摘要：Electronic structures in two kinds of boron structures are investigated by the first-principle density functional theory(DFT) calculations. One structure is from theoretical prediction, and the other is from experimental investigation. Binding energy calculations suggest that the boron structure designed from theory is more stable than that made by experiment. Elastic constants calculations show that both structures are mechanically stable. The electronic structure results show that the theoretical designed structure exhibits semi-metal behavior, while the other structure exhibits metallic character. No magnetic phenomenal is discovered from them. All the calculations are carried out by the first principles calculation through the Mat Cloud platform, which is developed by our research group.
