摘要：Photocatalytic technology holds great promise in renewable energy and environmental ***,we report the synthesis of a class of polyaniline-sensitized BiOCI core/shell nanosheets with visible-light photocatalytic activity by a one-step oxidative polymerization method and show how the hybrid nanosheet boosts the photocatalytic activity and stability for degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB).In this unique structure,the ultrathin polyaniline (PANI)as a shell with the thickness of about 1-2nm,can widen the response of the catalyst to visible light to boost photocatalysis and the BiOCI core can promote the separation of photogenerated carriers from the *** demonstrate that the optimized BiOCl/ PANI core/shell photocatalyst shows nearly three times higher photocatalytic activity for the degradation of RhB than pure BLOC1and also shows high *** work provides a new strategy for the design of a highly efficient hybrid photo- catalyst driven by visible light.

摘要：Intrinsic broadband photoluminescence(PL)of self-trapped excitons(STEs)are systematically studied in lead-free double perovskite nanocrystals(NCs).It is clarified that bandgap(direct/indirect)has important influence on the PL properties of STEs:indirect bandgap NCs exhibit strong exciton-phonon coupling which results in non-radiative STEs,while direct bandgap NCs exhibit moderate exciton-phonon coupling,inducing bright STE ***,by alloying K+and Li+ions in Cs2AgInCl6 NCs,the NCs exhibit broadband white-light ***-carrier dynamics study indicates that the efficient white-light emission originates from the further suppressed non-radiative processes of the STEs in the direct bandgap *** work may deepen the understanding of STEs and guide the design of highperformance lead-free perovskites.

摘要：Creep deformation can be classified as homogeneous flow and inhomogeneous flow in bulk metallic glass(BMG).In order to understand the conversion conditions of the two types of creep deformation,the effect of loading rate on the creep behavior of a Ti_(40)Zr_(10)Cu_(47)Sn_(3)(at.%)BMG at ambient temperature was investigated using nanoindentation and molecular dynamic *** indicate that at low loading rates,many serrations appear in loading stage,leading to inhomogeneous serrated flow in the creep *** the loading rate is high enough,the creep deformation tends to be *** related mechanism responsible for the rate-dependent creep behavior is attributed to the number of pre-existing major shear bands which is influenced significantly by the loading rate.

摘要：A polymer directional coupler （DC） electro-optic switch with push-pull electrodes and rib waveguides is designed based on the conformal transforming method, image method, coupled mode theory, and electro-optic modulation theory. Its structure and principle are described, the design and optimization are performed, and the characteristics are analyzed, including the coupling length, switching voltage, output power, insertion loss, and crosstalk. To realize normal switching function,the fabrication tolerance,wavelength shift, and coupling loss between a single mode fiber （SMF） and the waveguide are discussed. Simulation results show that the coupling length is 3082μm; the push-pull switching voltage is 2.14V;and the insertion loss and crosstalk are less than 1.14 and -30dB,respectively. The proposed analytical technique on waveguides and electrodes is proven to be accurate and computationally efficient when compared with the beam propa- gation method （BPM） and the experimental results.

摘要：为了实现对激光惯性约束聚变中物理过程的诊断,建立了X射线显微成像系统.对该系统所采用的超环面镜成像特性、系统的光学设计、像差分析、公差分析和装调方法进行了研究.首先,以等离子体诊断的要求为依据确定了部分光学系统参数,设计了由U型排布的两个超环面镜和一个用于谱选择的平面镜构成的显微成像系统.根据消像散聚焦初步确定三个反射镜的结构参数,并利用光学设计软件进行了优化.接着,分析了X射线显微镜的球差、彗差、视场倾斜和像散.通过分析系统参数变化对成像质量的影响,根据系统精度要求确定了合理的公差.最后,针对离线超环面镜离轴掠入射装调问题,设计了一种辅助光学系统,并为在线高精度系统装调设计了一种双向双目交汇瞄准系统.实验结果表明:显微成像系统在物方视场500μm处的分辨率优于5μm,基本满足激光等离子体X射线成像的大视场和高分辨等要求.
