摘要：Intellectualization has become a new trend for telecom industry, driven by intelligent technology including cloud computing, big data, and Internet of things. In order to satisfy the service demand of intelligent logistics, this paper designed an intelligent logistics platform containing the main applications such as e-commerce, self-service transceiver, big data analysis, path location and distribution optimization. The intelligent logistics service platform has been built based on cloud computing to collect, store and handling multi-source heterogeneous mass data from sensors, RFID electronic tag, vehicle terminals and APP, so that the open-access cloud services including distribution, positioning, navigation, scheduling and other data services can be provided for the logistics distribution applications. And then the architecture of intelligent logistics cloud platform containing software layer(SaaS), platform layer(PaaS) and infrastructure(IaaS) has been constructed accordance with the core technology relative high concurrent processing technique, heterogeneous terminal data access, encapsulation and data mining. Therefore, intelligent logistics cloud platform can be carried out by the service mode for implementation to accelerate the construction of the symbiotic win-winlogistics ecological system and the benign development of the ICT industry in the trend of intellectualization in china.

摘要：An investigation of the effect of simplifying bogie regions on the aerodynamic performance of a high-speed train was carried out by studying four train models,to explore possible ways to optimise the train underbody structure,improve the underbody aerodynamic performance,and reduce the aerodynamic *** shear stress transport(SST)k-ωturbulence model was used to study the airflow features of the high-speed train with different bogie regions at Re=2.25×10^(6).The calculated aerodynamic drag and surface pressure were compared with the experimental benchmark of wind tunnel *** results show that the SST k-ωmodel presents high accuracy in predicting the flow fields around the train,and the numerical results closely agree with the experimental *** with the train with simplified bogies,the aerodynamic drag of the train with a smooth surface and the train with enclosed bogie cavities/inter-carriage gaps decreases by 38.2%and 30.3%,respectively,while it increases by 10.8%for the train with cavities but no ***,enclosing bogie cavities shows a good capability of aerodynamic drag reduction for a new generation of highspeed trains.

摘要：As the base of modern electronic industry,field-effect transistor(FET) requires the channel material to have both moderate bandgap and high mobility. The recent progresses indicate that few-layer black phosphorus has suitable bandgap and higher mobility than two-dimensional(2D) MoS_2, but the experimentally achieved maximal mobility(1000 cm^2 V^(-1) s^(-1)) is still obviously lower than those of classical semiconductors(1,400 and 5,400 cm^2 V^(-1) s^(-1) for Si and InP). Here, for the first time, we report on monolayer antimonide phosphorus(SbP) as a promising 2D channel material with suitable direct bandgap, which can satisfy the on/off ratio, and with mobility as high as 10~4 cm^2 V^(-1) s^(-1)based on density functional theory calculation. In particular,α-Sb_(1-x)P_x monolayers possess 0.3–1.6 eV bandgaps when0.1 ≤ x ≤ 1, which are greater than the minimum bandgap(0.4 eV) required for large on/off ratio of FET. Surprisingly,the carrier mobilities of α-Sb_(1-x)P_x monolayers exhibit very high upper limit approaching 2×10~4 cm^2 V^(-1) s^(-1) when 0 ≤x ≤ 0.25 due to the ultra-small effective mass of holes and electrons. This work reveals that 2D SbP with both suitable bandgap and high mobility could be a promising candidate as eco-friendly high-performance FET channel materials avoiding short-channel effect in the post-silicon era, especially when considering the recent experimental success in realizing arsenide phosphorus(AsP) with similar structure.

摘要：Global illumination is the core part of photo-realistic rendering. The photon mapping algorithm is an effective method for computing global illumination with its obvious advantage of caustic and color bleeding rendering. It is an active research field that has been developed over the past two decades. The deficiency of precise details and efficient rendering are still the main challenges of photon mapping. This report reviews recent work and classifies it into a set of categories including radiance estimation, photon relaxation, photon tracing, progressive photon mapping, and parallel methods. The goals of our report are giving readers an overall introduction to photon mapping and motivating further research to address the limitations of existing methods.

摘要：Surface phonon polaritons(SPh Ps) are potentially very attractive for subwavelength control and manipulation of light at the infrared to terahertz wavelengths. Probing their propagation behavior in nanostructures is crucial to guide rational device design. Here, aided by monochromatic scanning transmission electron microscopy-electron energy loss spectroscopy technique, we measure the dispersion relation of SPh Ps in individual Si C nanorods and reveal the effects of size and shape. We find that the SPh Ps can be modulated by the geometric shape and size of Si C nanorods. The energy of SPh Ps shows redshift with decreasing radius and the surface optical phonon is mainly concentrated on the surface with large radius. Therefore, the fields can be precisely confined in specific positions by varying the size of the nanorod, allowing effective tuning at nanometer scale. The findings of this work are in agreement with dielectric response theory and numerical simulation, and provide novel strategies for manipulating light in polar dielectrics through shape and size control, enabling the design of novel nanoscale phononphotonic devices.
