摘要：The selective hydrogenation of quinolines to 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinolines(py-THQ) and its derivatives has attracted a considerable amount of attention as they show great versatility in many pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and fine chemicals. Over the past few decades, great breakthroughs have been achieved in the controlled synthesis of efficient heterogeneous catalysts used for the selective hydrogenation of functionalized quinoline compounds, which allow one to correlate the structure-property relationships. In this review, we will summarize the recent significant progress achieved in this field covering the synthetic strategies, microstructural and chemical features, catalytic performance, and internal relationships. State-of-the-art noble metal-based single(Pd, Pt, Ru, Rh, Ir and Au) and bi/multi-metallic catalysts(RuCu, AuPd, and PdNi) are first introduced, followed by a summary of earth-abundant metal-based catalysts(Co, Fe, Ni, and Cu). Finally, the dehydrogenation of N-heterocycles is introduced to form a reversible hydrogenation/dehydrogenation system for H2 storage, which can be employed in a liquid organic hydrogen system. Furthermore, the reaction mechanism and future research direction in these areas are also discussed. This review will deepen our understanding of the catalytic transformation of N-heterocycles and provide guidance for researchers on the rational design of catalysts.

摘要：查尔酮合成酶(chalcone synthase,CHS)是黄酮类物质合成的第一关键酶。为了获得CHS基因,我们在ACGM标记所扩增的PCR片段内设计锚定引物,并结合RACE技术首次克隆了柳杉属3种植物的CHS基因,包括柳杉(Cryptomeria japonica ***,CjsCHS)、短茸柳杉(***,CjaCHS)和日本柳杉(***,CjCHS),并对其进行分析。结果表明:3个基因长都为1 176bp,编码391个氨基酸,它们都含有CHS高度保守活性位点以及CHS标签序列GFGPG,其编码蛋白的相似度达99%,与其他植物相似度在79%以上,表明CHS基因在进化上具有相对保守性。

摘要：该管道机器人是为了提高地方水利员人工检测水库(山塘)涵管隐患的工作效率而设计的,做到机器换人,大幅度提高野外检测效率。水库涵管检测用十字结构全向型管道机器人的结构是由一个十字结构作为机器人的基本框架,在十字的各个驱动腿顶端安装驱动轮,可以根据管壁具体地形自适应变化。该机器人的通行平面是管道中心水平面,可以最大限度地避开山塘涵管淤泥问题,且能大幅度提高管道错位越障能力。

摘要：Poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)holds unique bioresorbability and competent biomechanical properties for tissueengineering ***,PCL is hydrophobic intrinsically and poor in cell-biomaterial *** this study,we prepared a composite based on PCL and bioactive tantalum(Ta)to understand the effects of direct laser micropatterning on composite surface *** PCL/Ta composite after preparation was surface-patterned by femtosecond laser and characterized with surface morphology,crystal structure,chemical composition,wettability and cellular response of *** was found that laser micropatterning enlarged the difference of wetting properties(~15°)on PCL and PCL/Ta *** wetting changes was dependent on both material composition and lasermachined *** blending of Ta enhanced surface wettability with prolonged contact time on the laser-machined line and rectangle *** vitro culture results showed beneficial effects of laser micropatterning on cell morphology of the *** the PCL/Ta surfaces with line and rectangle microarrays,the cells were more likely to bridge the sidewalls of the microgrooves,showing adaptive 3D morphologies to the micro/nano topographies on the *** findings are envisaged to facilitate surface design and micropattern optimization for favorable tuning the cell response to biomedical PCL/Ta composites.

摘要：生存控制器被广泛地应用在关键的信息系统中。生存控制器的一个重要功能是做决策,也就是基于收益评价从用户给出的行动集合中选择相应的行动序列。因此,决策的质量决定了控制器的能力。寻找一个有效地解决方案来确定获得最大收益的行动序列(AS)。AS是一个背包问题(KP)和旅行商问题(TSP)的混合体。以GA有效解决组合优化问题的方法论为基础,针对AS问题设计了特殊的编码和有效的遗传操作。通过与贪心算法进行比较,模拟实验结果证明了遗传算法的有效性和实用性。

摘要：依据GJB4856—2003提供的中国男性直升机飞行员人体尺寸,建立飞行员的上肢6自由度运动学模型,通过旋量理论和指数积公式对飞行员操纵舒适性进行分析,求解出飞行员的可达空间和舒适操纵空间,利用其结果对飞机座舱的操纵杆进行优化布置。采用基于旋量理论的指数积运动学建模方法,只需建立基础坐标系和工具坐标系,使得运动模型更为简单,且具有更明确的物理和几何意义。该方法为飞行员驾驶工效的评估提供了一个新的思路,可用于驾驶室布局的优化设计。
