摘要：目的:研究余热回收中的新型烧结矿立式冷却装置填充床的阻力特性,揭示烧结矿填充床宏观特性参数和空隙流动状态,提出适用于烧结矿的阻力特性公式。创新点:1.采用实验方法,获取全面的复杂异形烧结矿颗粒宏观特性数据;2.通过实验测量,提出适用于烧结矿填充床的修正型Ergun阻力方程。方法:1.采用多种实验方法,测量烧结矿的颗粒粒度、球形度和堆积空隙率等宏观特性参数;2.通过阻力实验数据分析,得到烧结矿填充床的宏观特性参数和堆积空隙流动状态;3.通过实验数据拟合,提出适用于烧结矿的阻力特性公式。结论:1.表观流速为0.4?2.4 m/s时烧结矿填充床堆积空隙流动状态由层流过渡到湍流;***方程的不规则异形颗粒的阻力预测值比实验值偏低约40%;3.提出的修正型Ergun预测公式能够预测颗粒雷诺数500至12 000的烧结矿填充床阻力,预测误差在10%以内。

摘要：提出了一种基于三导体耦合线结构的毫米波Marchand巴伦的新型宽带模型.基于c模和π模理论,对三导体耦合线进行了分析并采用传输线和理想变压器对其建立了模型.通过电磁场仿真提取了模型参数并使用该耦合线模型建立了Marchand巴伦的模型.基于该模型,使用GaAs工艺设计了一种毫米波Marchand巴伦并进行了流片制造,所设计的巴伦工作在15~55 GHz频率范围,测试结果表明该巴伦具有较好的幅值和相位平衡度,同时验证了模型的准确性.

摘要：Different from the traditional one dimensional extreme value statistical method, practical design criteria for nearshore structure design are presented based on joint probability theory in this paper. The proposed procedure considers the combined effect of tide level, huge waves and wind affecting coastal structures. The Importance Sampling Procedure (ISP) is utilized to solve the joint distribution of non Gaussian correlated multivariate distributions. The calculation results show that the ISP is a simulating technique with the advantages of efficiency and high convergency. Finally the environmental conditions are given using this technique for near shore structure design in the Qingdao area.

摘要：背景:在细胞获取、培养、移植等体外环境体系下,骨髓基质干细胞能否有效的应用于局部基因治疗尚不清楚。目的:课题创新性提出构建外源性hBMP-7基因真核表达载体,并期望可提高被转染的兔骨髓基质干细胞诱导成骨能力。设计、时间及地点:细胞-基因学体外观察,于2006-07/2007-07在哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院科研实验中心完成。材料:人健康新鲜胎盘组织由哈尔滨医科大学附属二院妇产科提供,产妇知情同意。健康雄性新西兰大耳白兔1只,由哈尔滨医科大学动物中心提供。方法:从人胎盘组织中克隆出hBMP-7基因,与真核表达载体pcDNA3.1连接,构建重组pcDNA3.1-hBMP-7真核表达载体。从兔骨髓中分离培养骨髓基质干细胞,分为3组:pcDNA3.1-hBMP-7转染组、空载体pcDNA3.1转染组、未转染组。转染前1d取第2代骨髓基质干细胞5×106个,接种到60mm3含无抗生素培养基的培养皿中进行转染。主要观察指标:使用RT-PCR、免疫组织化学等方法检测hBMP-7在骨髓基质干细胞中的表达,检测各组细胞碱性磷酸酶、胶原、骨钙蛋白的合成情况。结果:转染72h后,pcDNA3.1-hBMP-7转染组于1.3kb处出现特异性条带,细胞胞浆有棕色的颗粒出现,另2组均呈阴性。pcDNA3.1-hBMP-7转染组骨髓基质干细胞碱性磷酸酶活性于转染后第2天显著增高,第8天达峰值,各时间点pcDNA3.1-hBMP-7转染组骨髓基质干细胞碱性磷酸酶活性、羟脯氨酸合成量、骨钙蛋白含量均明显高于其他2组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:实验成功构建了pcDNA3.1-hBMP-7真核表达载体。结局证明了外源性hBMP-7基因可在兔骨髓基质干细胞中充分、高效表达,并且这种外源性hBMP-7基因具备促进兔骨髓基质干细胞向成骨细胞转化的能力。

摘要：This paper is mainly concerned with the model predictive control （MPC） of networked control systems （NCSs） with uncertain time delay and data packets disorder. The network-induced time delay is described as bounded and arbitrary process. For the usual state feedback controller, by considering all the possibilities of delays, an augmented state space model of the closed-loop system, which characterizes all the delay cases, is obtained. The stability conditions are given according to the Lyapunov method based on this augmented model. The stability property is inherited in MPC which explicitly considers the physical constraints. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed MPC.

摘要：Systems that are subject to both time-delay in state and input saturation are considered. We synthesize the anti-windup gain to enlarge the estimation of domain of attraction while guaranteeing the stability of the closed-loop system. An ellipsoid and a polyhedral set are used to bound the state of the system, which make a new sector condition valid. Other than an iterative algorithm, a direct designing algorithm is derived to compute the anti-windup compensator gain, which reduces the conservatism greatly. We analyze the delay-independent and delay-dependent cases, respectively. Finally, an optimization algorithm in the form of LMIs is constructed to compute the compensator gain which maximizes the estimation of domain of attraction. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach.

摘要：背景:穿透性角膜移植后即使没有发生免疫排斥反应,植片内皮细胞密度也会以超生理的速度进行性下降,即发生植片内皮细胞慢性失功。目的:评价穿透性角膜移植后局部糖皮质激素眼液对植片内皮细胞慢性失功的影响。设计、时间及地点:临床对比分析,于2004-05/2009-05在同济大学附属同济医院眼科内实施。对象:穿透性角膜移植患者54例(54只眼)。方法:对穿透性角膜移植病例术后以妥布霉素地塞米松眼液治疗:6次/d,1个月;4次/d,2个月;2次/d,1个月,之后分为停药组和长期组。长期组以2次/d,再持续治疗直到术后12个月,停药组停止以任何激素或免疫抑制药物眼局部或全身治疗。主要观察指标:对患者内皮细胞密度进行随访,随访时间(3.12±0.28)年。结果:停药组和长期组在穿透性角膜移植后36个月内植片内皮细胞密度均有显著降低,内皮细胞密度在各随访时间点与前次随访结果相比均显著下降(P均0.05)。结论:局部糖皮质激素眼液治疗不能缓解植片内皮细胞慢性失功的进展速度。

摘要：Graphical representation is a very efficient tool for visual analysis of protein sequences. In this paper, a novel 2D graphical representation scheme is proposed on the basis of a newly introduced concept, named characteristic model of the protein sequences. After obtaining the 2D graphics of protein sequences, two numerical characterizations of them is designed as descriptors to analyze the nine DN5 protein sequences, simulation and analysis results show that, comparing with existing methods, our method is not only visible, intuitional, and simple, but also has no circuit or degeneracy, and even more important, since the storage space required by our method is constant and has nothing to do with the length of protein sequences, then it can keep excellent visual inspection for long protein sequences.

摘要：研究了芳香席夫碱的设计合成、界面相行为以及与铜离子的配位过程,并与离位合成的铜复合物的界面组装行为进行了对比.利用表面压-面积等温线、紫外光谱、红外光谱、原子力显微镜等一系列实验方法来详细表征组装膜.结果表明,席夫碱配体与铜复合物均可在气液界面上形成稳定的有序组装膜,并可以转移到固体基片上构筑多层膜.进而,席夫碱配体在纯水界面上表现出奇特的相变.在相变点前后,二维的平膜变化成了三维的纤维状组装结构.然而,对于铜离子亚相上的组装过程却没有出现较大的变化.两者之间明显的差异可归因于在气液界面超分子组装过程中的分子构型以及疏水性能的不同引起的.目前的工作为制备和调控有序组装膜提供了有益探索.
