摘要：针对近地圆轨道多航天器编队重构问题,提出一种使用凸优化方法的编队重构最优轨迹规划方法。基于相对轨道根数(ROE)推导了航天器在非球形引力摄动与差异大气阻力摄动影响下的相对运动模型,考虑微小型航天器推力限制与重构过程中的安全距离等约束,建立了多航天器重构机动的凸优化数学模型,设计了利用CVX软件的最优重构轨迹求解方法,最后通过数值仿真验证了提出的轨迹优化方法。结果表明,该方法解决了在地球引力摄动与差异大气阻力摄动影响及推力缺失、幅值限制与安全距离等工程约束下的多航天器编队协同重构轨迹优化问题,并且计算速度更快、求解精度更高。可为多航天器协同编队重构提供理论基础。

摘要：According to the basic requirements of underground mine personnel position systems and the working characteristics of active RFID tags,we studied the cause of concurrent collision of RFID tags and leak reading probability,by means of theoretical analysis and *** result shows that the probability of wireless collision increases linearly with an increase in the number of *** probability of collision and leak reading can be reduced by extending the working period of the duty cycle and using a backoff *** a practical application,a working schedule for available labels has been designed according to the requirement of the project.

摘要：Going beyond the analytical model of the holistic state in rule of law discussion, we can classify the rule of law into national and local levels based on the stages and increments of its execution. The phenomenon of the local rule of law reflects the stages and incremental progress of building a rule of law China. It has a realistic foundation in society and a profound basis in legal theory. Comprehensively advancing the rule of law in China necessitates giving encouragement and support to construction of the rule of law at the local level. The attempts and experiments of local government enable us to explore and innovate the developmental model of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. The rule of law at the local level is embodied in three dimensions： ＂text--action---concept.＂ Assessment mechanisms and indicators for the local construction of the rule of law should also be established in accordance with this framework. The building of the rule of law at the local level should be synchronized with assessment of the rule of law. We need to optimize top-level design, conduct evaluations of local legislation, improve local rule of law work performance assessment and use a nile of law index to assess the local rule of law in an overall manner.

摘要：The resilient modulus(MR)of subgrade soils is usually used to characterize the stiffness of subgrade and is a crucial parameter in pavement *** order to determine the resilient modulus of compacted subgrade soils quickly and accurately,an optimized artificial neural network(ANN)approach based on the multi-population genetic algorithm(MPGA)was proposed in this *** MPGA overcomes the problems of the traditional ANN such as low efficiency,local optimum and *** developed optimized ANN method consists of ten input variables,twenty-one hidden neurons,and one output *** physical properties(liquid limit,plastic limit,plasticity index,0.075 mm passing percentage,maximum dry density,optimum moisture content),state variables(degree of compaction,moisture content)and stress variables(confining pressure,deviatoric stress)of subgrade soils were selected as input *** MR was directly used as the output ***,adopting a large amount of experimental data from existing literature,the developed optimized ANN method was compared with the existing representative estimation *** results show that the developed optimized ANN method has the advantages of fast speed,strong generalization ability and good accuracy in MR estimation.

摘要：[Objective] To explore and analyze the theories and practical approaches to construct garden sites with regional cultural characteristics. [Method] Taking the landscape design of Xiweiyuan Park in Xianyang City as an example,how to express the regional characteristics in the modern garden designs was discussed from the perspective of design principle,layout of planning and landscape analysis. [Conclusion] Garden sites are bathing in certain regional cultures,which could demonstrate overall atmosphere through the spatial structure reflected by concrete material elements such as buildings,architectural oddments,plants and their combinations,thus the essence of garden characteristics is its territoriality. To regain the sense neglected by modernism,the danger of assimilation brought by globalization to the regional culture should be avoided; to solve the problems of losing distinctive characteristics and convergence of landscape design in the garden design,it should be started from natural environment,and then a garden site recognized by both culture and sensibility of people should be created for both mental and physical rest of people.

摘要：The p-xylene(PX) oxidation process is of great industrial importance because of the strong demand of the global polyester fiber.A steady-state model of the PX oxidation has been studied by many *** our previous work,a novel industrial p-xylene oxidation reactor model using the free radical mechanism based kinetics has been ***,the disturbances such as production rate change,feed composition variability and reactor temperature changes widely exist in the industry *** this paper,dynamic simulation of the PX oxidation reactor was designed by Aspen Dynamics and used to develop an effective plantwide control structure,which was capable of effectively handling the disturbances in the load and the temperature of the *** responses of the control structure to the disturbances were shown and served as the foundation of the smooth operation and advanced control strategy of this process in our future work.

摘要：伴随个人信息保护法律规范体系的建立,隐私政策的制定与实施、测评与完善,正经历着从形式合规到实质保护的升级考验。就此探析其与个人信息保护的底层逻辑,有溯源治本的规范效果。首先,厘定隐私政策法律性质的争议,从静态割裂的法律关系转向动态融合的场景应用,梳理合同授权、信用信托、自律规则、社会承诺等法律工具的内在体系性。其次,正视隐私政策的适用困境,剖析其存在的实践不足及成因,具体以告知同意机制的逻辑路径展开,揭示现行隐私政策合规中的价值错位。进而以问题导向,从设计思维破局,引入“经设计的隐私”。最后,从规范流程设计、优化意思表示、落实合规监督的内外结合视角完善隐私政策的制度配置,实现隐私政策价值转型。

摘要：“一带一路”沿线合作国家基础设施建设需求日益增加,越来越多的研究和工程在此背景下开展。气象参数作为暖通空调设计和工程建设的重要数据基础,室外计算参数资料如何获取是亟待解决的问题。本研究对目前“一带一路”沿线合作国家的气象资料的现状进行了综述,提出基于全球网格化大气再分析数据集生成室外计算参数资料的方法,并以欧洲中期天气预报中心的第五代再分析气象数据集(ERA5)为例,通过与地面台站观测数据的对比,对网格化大气再分析数据集作为逐时数据源生成暖通空调及建筑节能用气象参数的可用性进行讨论分析。对比结果表明,ERA5网格化大气再分析气象资料与地面台站观测数据资料有较好的一致性。另外本研究基于ERA5,采用目前我国现行暖通空调规范中室外空气计算参数的统计方法,统计得到“一带一路”沿线合作国家的室外计算参数集,为“一带一路”沿线合作国家基础设施建设相关研究及工程应用提供数据支持。
