摘要：A facile strategy was designed for the fabrication of Fe3O4-nanoparticle- decorated TiO2 nanofiber hierarchical heterostructures （FTHs） by combining the versatility of the electrospinning technique and the hydrothermal growth method. The hierarchical architecture of Fe3O4 nanoparticles decorated on TiO2 nanofibers enables the successful integration of the binary composite into batteries to address structural stability and low capacity. In the resulting unique architecture of FTHs, the 1D heterostructures relieve the strain caused by severe volume changes of Fe3O4 during numerous charge-discharge cycles, and thus suppress the degradation of the electrode material. As a result, FTHs show excellent performance including higher reversible capacity, excellent cycle life, and good rate performance over a wide temperature range owing to the synergistic effect of the binary composition of TiO2 and Fe304 and the unique features of the hierarchical nanofibers.

摘要：Targeted drug delivery has been widely explored for efficient tumor therapy with desired efficacy but minimized side effects. It is widely known that large numbers of DNA-toxins, such as doxorubicin, genes, reactive oxygen species, serving as therapeutic agents, can result in maximized therapeutic effects via the interaction directly with DNA helix. So after cellular uptake, these agents should be further delivered into cell nuclei to play their essential roles in damaging the DNA helix in cancer ceils. Here, we demonstrate the first paradigm estabJished in our laboratory in developing nucle- ar-targeted drug delivery systems （DDSs） based on MSNs for enhanced therapeutic efficiency in the hope of speeding their translation into the ctinics. Firstly, nuclear-targeting DDSs based on MSNs, capable of intranuclear accumulation and drug release therein, were designed and constructed for the first time, resulting in much enhanced anticancer effects both in vitro and in vivo. Such an MSNs-based and nuclear-targeted drug/agent delivery strategy was further applied to overcome multidrug resistance （MDR） of malignant tumors, intra-nuclearly deliver therapeutic genes, photosensitizers, radio-enhancement agents and photothermal agents to realize efficient gene therapy, photodynamic therapy, radiation therapy and photothermal therapy, respectively.

摘要：Thermodynamic theory was used to calculate the formation temperature and site fraction of MC carbides in Fe–C–Ni–V–Ti *** calculation results showed the theoretical formation conditions of core–shell MC ***-step and two-step heat treatment processes were used in Fe–C–Ni–V–Ti alloy to,respectively,obtain homogeneous and core–shell MC carbides,which was consistent with the thermodynamic calculation *** transmission electron microscopy observations showed that the core–shell MC carbide obtained by the two-step heat treatment process contained homogeneous(Ti,V)C as the core and basically VC as the *** mechanical test results proved that compared with homogeneous MC carbides,core–shell MC carbides could improve the basic mechanical properties of the alloy because VC shell greatly increased the bonding strength and separation work of Fe/MC ***,the core–shell MC carbide with a VC shell structure can be a better grain refiner and can be used in steels with a high standard of fracture toughness.

摘要：To ameliorate the disadvantages of imaging system coupled with imaging fiber bundle, a method by adding square aperture microlens arrays at both entrance and exit ends of the imaging fiber bundle is proposed to increase the system's coupling efficiency. The expressions for solving the parameters of both ends' microlens units are deducted particularly. The microlens arrays used for an infrared imaging fiber bundle with the single fiber diameter of 100 μm and core diameter of 70 μm are designed by this method. The simulation results show that compared with the system without microlens arrays, the fill factor of the imaging fiber bundle coupled microlens arrays system is increased from 44.4% to more than 90%, and the coupling efficiency is doubled too. So the design method is correct, and the introduction of microlens arrays into imaging fiber bundle coupled system is feasible and superior.

摘要：With the explosion of information nowadays, applying data storage safety requirements has become a new challenge, especially in high data available cluster environments. With the emergence of Storage Area Networks （SANs）, storage can be network-based and consolidated, and mass data movements via Fiber Channels （FCs） can be of very high speed. Based on these features, this paper introduces a dual-node storage cluster designed for remote mirroring as a concurrent data replication method to protect data during system failures. This design takes full advantage of a SAN system＇s benefits, and it adopts a synchronous protocol to guarantee a fully up-to-date data copy on the remote site. By developing a Linux kernel module to control the I/O flow and by using the technologies of software Logic Unit Number （LUN） masking, background online resynchronization and a self-management daemon, we have achieved a reliable mirroring system with the characteristics of server-free data replication, fault tolerance, online disaster recovery and high performance. In this study, we implemented the design in a remote mirror subsystem built on a software Fiber Channel Storage Area Network （FC-SAN） system.

摘要：In order to achieve lower emissions and extensive load in the homogeneous charge com- pression ignition (HCCI) engine system, a novel fuel design concept that high-octane number fuel and high-cetane number fuel are mixed real-time to con- trol HCCI combustion is proposed in this study. HCCI combustion fueled with iso-octane/n-heptane mix- tures controlled real-time on a single-cylinder HCCI combustion engine is studied. The test results show that the equivalence ratio of n-heptane in mixtures decides ignition and controls the combustion phase of HCCI combustion. The addition of iso-octane ex- tends knocking limit in equivalence ratio somewhat, but knocking occurrence mainly depends on the total concentration of mixture. Although operating range in equivalence ratio becomes narrow with the increas- ing proportion of iso-octane, the maximum load of HCCI combustion fueled with iso-octane/n-heptane mixtures controlled real-time is increased about 80% more than that of pure n-heptane. When iso-octane/ n-heptane mixtures are controlled in optimized method, it is proved that the load of HCCI combustion can be fully extended and emissions can be de- creased remarkably, while at the same time the higher indicated thermal efficiencies are obtained over the extensive operation range.
