摘要：背景:组织工程皮肤对于大面积皮肤缺损的修复与重建具有重要作用,含有中药的组织工程皮肤支架对于细胞黏附及创面感染控制的作用研究并不多见。目的:利用角质形成细胞与成纤维细胞筛选生肌液应用浓度,观察生肌液-明胶-壳聚糖载药皮肤支架对细胞黏附及生物相容性影响。设计、时间及地点:以角质形成细胞与成纤维细胞为观察对象,随机对照实验,于2005-02/08在天津市天津医院骨科研究所细胞工程室完成。材料:健康大耳白兔1只,用于获取皮肤种子细胞;生肌液、当归提取液及生地提取液(自行提取,1.5g/mL),明胶-壳聚糖支架及生肌液-明胶-壳聚糖支架由天津大学提供。方法:①以dispaseⅡ-胰蛋白酶-EDTA消化法获取第3代角质形成细胞与成纤维细胞。②实验分为5组,对照组为普通培养液(含体积分数为0.1胎牛血清的基础培养基);生肌液组为含有生肌液质量浓度分别为5,6,8,12g/L的培养液;当归组为含有当归提取液质量浓度为8g/L的培养液;生地组为含有生地提取液质量浓度为8g/L的培养液;表皮生长因子组为含有10μg/L表皮生长因子的培养液;分别用于培养第3代角质形成细胞和成纤维细胞,于1,3,5,7d用MTT法检测细胞的增殖情况。③制备基质中生肌液质量浓度分别为50,60,80,120g/L的载药支架组,将上述细胞在支架上培养,分别于7,14d用半定量方法观察细胞与支架的黏附情况。④60,80g/L载药支架组种植角质形成细胞,分别于4,7,14d取材,进行苏木精-伊红染色和扫描电镜观察。主要观察指标:①生肌液对皮肤种子细胞增殖的影响。②载药支架对细胞黏附的影响。③细胞与载体的相容性。结果:①MTT检测结果表明,5、6、8g/L的生肌液组细胞增殖较快,与对照组相比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。②第3代角质形成细胞与成纤维细胞在60、80g/L的载药支架上可获得较多增殖。③支架上的角质形成细胞形态良好,与支架紧密贴附,药物对细胞无明显毒性作用。结论:生肌液质量浓度为60,80g/L的明胶-壳聚糖载药支架可有效促进角质形成细胞和成纤维细胞的黏附和增殖。

摘要：研究关于掌纹鉴别系统的性能评测问题,设计并实现了一个用于性能评测的自动测试系统(ASPE),此系统采用的是掌纹识别系统的处理核心。同时还提出了一种基于特征点(终点和分叉点)的评测方法和用于量化评估的俩个主要指标-召回率和准确率.此系统可以直接在样张上显示标准特征点和提取特征点,方便开发人员的对比并发现问题,从速度和精确度的测试结果看出自动的性能评测在效率和准确上都大大超过了人工测试。

摘要：Organic solar cells (OSCs) have drawn great attention for their low cost, light weight, solution processability and flexibility [1-3]. Over the last decade, fullerene and their derivatives have been the dominant electron acceptors for OSCs due to their excellent electron-transport properties, but limited by their disadvantages of poor light absorption, high synthesis cost, and difficulties in property tunability.

摘要：基于"功能基元"+"序构"的设计思想,提出了一种在纤芯引入等差分层微结构的太赫兹超高双折射光子晶体光纤.光纤包层由三角晶格排列的圆形空气孔组成;纤芯由三角晶格排列,尺寸满足等差分层条件的椭圆空气孔组成.数值模拟结果显示,当入射光频率为0.5-1.5 THz时,光纤能够实现超高模式双折射;在0.9 THz,模式双折射达到最大值4.07×10-2,此时基模x,y偏振模式的有效材料损耗(EML)分别为0.075 cm-1和0.062cm-1.与6种不同尺寸的均匀微结构纤芯光子晶体光纤的模式双折射特性进行对比研究.结果显示,提出的分层微结构纤芯光子晶体光纤,能够在很宽的工作频段,实现更稳定的超高模式双折射,且具有较低的材料吸收损耗.对于通信、传感、测量等领域的有限长度光纤器件应用,能够起到优化设计,显著提高器件性能的作用.

摘要：Developing highly efficient heterostructural photocatalysts for direct CO_(2)reduction coupled with water oxidation remains challenging,the key to which is to establish an efficient interfacial charge transport ***,we present a Cs_(3)Sb_(2)Br_(9)/Sb–C_(3)N_(4)Z-scheme heterojunction prepared with an in-situ growth method based on the Sb atomic pinning *** revealed by the analysis of experimental and theoretical calculation results,the introduction of Sb anchors on C_(3)N_(4)leads to the formation of an Sb–N charge transfer bridge between Cs_(3)Sb_(2)Br_(9)and C_(3)N_(4),promoting interfacial charge communication over Cs_(3)Sb_(2)Br_(9)/Sb–C_(3)N_(4)***,it can induce the heterojunction interfacial charge transfer pathway between Cs_(3)Sb_(2)Br_(9)and C_(3)N_(4)to change from type II to the type Z-scheme,enabling the change of the catalytic site from C_(3)N_(4)to Cs_(3)Sb_(2)Br_(9),thus promoting the CO_(2)*** a result,Cs_(3)Sb_(2)Br_(9)/Sb–C_(3)N_(4)achieves efficient CO_(2)to CO photocatalytic conversion using water as the electron source under simulated solar light irradiation(100 mW·cm^(−2)),with the yield of 198.4μmol·g^(−1)·h^(−1),which is nearly 3-fold and 9-fold over the counterpart synthesized catalyst without Sb anchors(Cs_(3)Sb_(2)Br_(9)/g–C_(3)N_(4))and pure g–C_(3)N_(4),*** work provides a new alternative solution for the design of highly efficient heterojunction photocatalysts.

摘要：目的运用实时荧光定量PCR法检测日本血吸虫。方法根据日本血吸虫18S小亚基单位核糖体核酸(18SrRNA)基因设计特异性引物,PCR扩增出1450bp序列,经TA克隆后转入大肠埃希菌DH5α,提取重组质粒,鉴定后作为模板制作荧光定量PCR标准曲线。方法重现性评价,用初始循环数(Ct,拷贝/反应)进行标准差分析,并计算变异系数(CV)。结果制作的标准曲线循环阈值与模板浓度具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9987。方法重现性评价,在1.05×107～1.05×103个拷贝范围内,对应的Ct平均值分别为17.55、20.93、24.32、27.59和30.95;CV值分别为1.31%、1.53%、0.90%、1.85%及0.90%,在重复性试验中试验间数据平均变异系数为1.27%,无非特异性扩增。在试验检测范围内(Ct≤30.95),可检测的日本血吸虫基因组浓度为6.15pg,3h内完成。结论运用荧光定量PCR方法检测日本血吸虫DNA,快速、灵敏、特异性高。

摘要：With the development of power plants towards high power and intelligent operation direction,the vibrations or failures of blades,especially the last stage blades in steam turbines,happen more frequently due to the unstable operating conditions brought by flexible operation.A vibration measuring method for the shrouded blades of a steam turbine based on eddy current sensors with high frequency response is proposed,meeting the requirements of non-contact heath *** eddy current sensors produce the signals which are related to the area changing of every blade’s shroud resulting from the rotation of *** an improved blade tip timing(BTT)technique is proposed to detect the vibrations of shrouded blades by measuring the arrival time of each area changing signal.A structure of eddy current sensors is developed in steam turbines and an amplitude modulation/demodulation circuit is designed to improve the response bandwidth up to 250 *** tests for the last stage blades of a steam turbine were carried out and the results validate the efficiency of the improved BTT technique and the high frequency response of the eddy current sensors presented.
