摘要：工作流模型作为工作流技术的基础,近来得到广泛的研究.本文先简要介绍建模工具RRFloDef的三维工作流模型,针对该模型对商务逻辑处理支持不强,提出在流程调用外部应用程序时增进Web Service支持,并给出了详细的设计方案,最后介绍了根据该方案对RRFloDef所作的改进.

摘要：β-1,3-葡聚糖酶是一种植物病程相关蛋白,在植物抵御病害中有重要作用。本研究以毛竹为实验材料,利用RACE技术,克隆毛竹β-1,3-葡聚糖酶基因的外显子序列,并在β-1,3-葡聚糖酶基因的编码区两端设计引物,以毛竹基因组DNA为模版扩增该基因的内含子序列。序列结果表明,该基因全长1693bp,包含两个外显子和一个内含子,命名为PheGLU(GenBank登录号GU238236)。该基因包含1个996bp的开放阅读框,编码332个氨基酸,相对分子质量为3.541×104Da,其等电点pI为6.389,是一个酸性蛋白且分泌到胞外;其中,该蛋白的二级结构中包含35.15%的α-螺旋,21.82%的β-转角,43.03%的延伸链和无规则卷曲等;三级结构同源建模预测显示,它与大麦β-1,3-葡聚糖酶(PDB number:1ghsA)具有80.4%的同源性;聚类分析显示,该基因序列与已报道的其它植物具有较的高氨基酸序列同源性。本研究为进一步鉴定毛竹β-1,3-葡聚糖酶基因的抗真菌病害能力奠定了基础。

摘要：摘要：本文计算和测试了合有聚苯乙烯微球的特殊乳化炸药的爆轰速度。此种乳化炸药是为合成超细锂锌氧化物而设计的低爆速炸药。主要成分有硝酸锂、硝酸锌、石蜡和燃料油。水分别为气相和液相时，爆热计算值相差586KJ／kg，计算值和实验值吻合较好。研究表明乳化膏体中硝酸锂和硝酸锌的加入降低了炸药的爆轰速度。

摘要：This study aimed to investigate the bacterial communities in mushroom compost piles composed of rice straw, corn stover, and cow dung. Bacterial com- munities of samples at the beginning of composting, at the end of fermentation phase I and II were collected and analyzed using Polymerase Chain Reaction-De- naturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis （PCR-DGGE） based on 16S rDNA universal primers from Escherichia coli. A total of 56 different clone sequences were obtained （GenBank accession number： KF630598-KF630653）. They were classified into seven phyla and 42 genera. Dominant microflora during composting belonged to phylum Proteobacteria, Firmicutes, and Actinobacteria, with the dominant genera of Bacillus, Paenibacillus, Thermomonospora, Thermasporomyces, Pseudomonas, and Cellvibrio. Bacterial diversity （Shannon index） analysis showed that bacterial species in com- post pile composed mainly of rice straw continuously increased during composting, while those in compost pile composed mainly of corn stover firstly increased and then reduced. Principal component analysis showed that corn stover compost sam- ples at the end of fermentation phase I and phase II were clustered into one group, suggesting that corn stover composted faster than anticipated. In general, rice straw compost has higher bacterial diversity but longer composting time period, while corn stover compost has lower bacterial diversity but shorter composting time period.

摘要：[Objective] This study aimed to make the effluent of constructed wetlands in a pond recirculating aquaculture system satisfy aquaculture requirements. [Method] A 150 m long, 0.5 m wide and 0.6 m deep ecological ditch was constructed on the basis of the periphyton reactor theory, to investigate the reoxygenation and deep purification effect of the ecological ditch on the effluent of constructed wetlands. [Result] Experimental results showed that the level of dissolved oxygen （DO） in the effluent of constructed wetlands increased to a range of 4.41-7.91 mg/L and pH val- ue increased significantly by flowing though the ecological ditch （P〈0.05）. DO level in the water of ecological ditch increased linearly with the increasing length of the ecological ditch within the range of 150 m （P〈0.05）. The ecological ditch showed further removal effect on NH4＋-N, IMn and PO4^3 -P in the effluent of the constructed wetlands, with the removal rate of 19.46%, 13.38% and 31.09%, respectively. The total coliform group was also eliminated with the removal rate ranging between 12.5% and 78.13%. [Conclusion] The ecological ditch based on periphyton reactor could improve DO level and further reduce N and P contents in the effluent of the constructed wetlands, which could be used as a matching water-reuse system of constructed wetlands. key words Water quality; Purification; Dissolved oxygen; Periphyton; Pond aquaculture
