摘要：β-Lapachone (β-Lap) is a promising orthonaphthoquinone drug for cancer treatment and has been inclinical trials. Its application is constrained by the low aqueoussolubility, and severe side effects. Even prodrug designation isan effective approach to render it with tumor selectivity, it islimited by the lack of modifiable groups on β-Lap. Herein, anovel azo bond primary cleavage and carbon–carbon (C–C)bond secondary cleavage-based polymeric β-Lap prodrug(Azo-Lap NP) is designed, in which the self-immolated paraaminobenzyl linker is connected to poly(L-glutamic acid)(PGlu) via azo linkage and the responsive drug release of β-Lapagainst tumors can be achieved under high NAD(P)H:quinoneoxidoreductase 1 (NQO1) expression and low pH environmentin tumors. The effective covalent loading of β-Lap by Azo-LapNPs permitted a high administration dose of β-Lap and enabled significant tumor retention time. Moreover, Azo-LapNPs markedly reduced the side effects of β-Lap by avoidinghemolysis and the production of methemoglobin. The safety ofAzo-Lap NPs administration is validated in the antitumorexperiment of mice. In the 4T1 model, Azo-Lap NPs exhibiteda markedly higher tumor suppression rate than β-Lap. Thiswork provides an effective and safe polymeric prodrug fortumor selective delivery of β-Lap.

摘要：One of the core semiconductor devices is the electrostatic chuck. It has been widely used in plasma- based and vacuum-based semiconductor processing. The electrostatic chuck plays an important role in adsorbing and cooling/heating wafers, and has technical advantages on non-edge exclusion, high reliability, wafer planarity, particles reduction and so on. This article extracts key design elements from the existing knowledge and techniques of electrostatic chuck by the method proposed by Paul and Beitz, and establishes a design space systematically. The design space is composed of working objects, working principles and working structures. The working objects in- volve electrostatic chuck components and materials, classifications, and relevant properties; the working principles involve clamping force, residual force, and temperature control; the working structures describe how to compose an electrostatic chuck and to fulfill the overall functions. The systematic design space exhibits the main issues during electrostatic chuck design. The design space will facilitate and inspire designers to improve the design quality and shorten the design time in the conceptual design.

摘要：Based on a stochastic wire length distributed model, the interconnect distribution of a three-dimensional integrated circuit （3D IC） is predicted exactly. Using the results of this model, a global interconnect design window for a giga-scale system-on-chip （SOC） is established by evaluating the constraints of 1） wiring resource, 2） wiring bandwidth, and 3） wiring noise. In comparison to a two-dimensional integrated circuit （2D IC） in a 130-nm and 45-nm technology node, the design window expands for a 3D IC to improve the design reliability and system performance, further supporting 3D IC application in future integrated circuit design.

摘要：This article investigates the problem of robust H∞ controller design for sampled-data systems with time-varying norm-bounded parameter uncertainties in the state matrices. Attention is focused on the design of a causal sampled-data controller, which guarantees the asymptotical stability of the closed-loop system and reduces the effect of the disturbance input on the controlled output to a prescribed H∞ performance bound for all admissible uncertainties. Sufficient condition for the solvability of the problem is established in terms of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs）. It is shown that the desired H∞ controller can be constructed by solving certain LMIs. An illustrative example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

摘要：A wideband dual-feedback low noise amplifier （LNA） was analyzed, designed and implemented using SiGe heterojunction bipolar transistor （HBT） technology. The design analysis in terms of gain, input and output matching, noise and poles for the amplifier was presented in detail. The area of the complete chip die, including bonding pads and seal ring, was 655 μm × 495 μm. The on-wafer measurements on the fabricated wideband LNA sample demonstrated good performance： a small-signal power gain of 33 dB with 3-dB bandwidth at 3.3 GHz was achieved; the input and output return losses were better than - 10 dB from 100 MHz to 4 GHz and to 6 GHz, respectively; the noise figure was lower than 4.25 dB from 100 MHz to 6 GHz; with a 5 V supply, the values of OPtdB and OIP3 were 1.7 dBm and 11 dBm at 3-dB bandwidth, respectively.

摘要：By using coordinate transformation method, this paper obtains an useful equation of designing meta-material cloaks embedded in anisotropic medium. This equation is the generalization of what was introduced early by Pendry et al （2006 science 312 1780） and can be more widely used. As an example of its applications, this paper deduces the material parameter equation for cylinder cloaks embedded in anisotropic medium, and then offers the numerical simulation. The results show that such a cylinder cloak has perfect cloaking performance and therefore verifies the method proposed in this paper.

摘要：Lorenz systems family unifying Lorenz system, Chen system and Lü system is a typical chaotic family. In this paper, we consider impulsive control Lorenz chaotic systems family with time-varying impulse intervals. By establishing an effective tool of a set of inequalities, we analyze the asymptotic stability of impulsive control Lorenz systems family and obtain some new less conservative conditions. Based on the stability analysis, we design a novel impulsive controller with time-varying impulse intervals. Illustrative examples are provided to show the feasibility and effectiveness of our method. The obtained results not only can be used to design impulsive control for Lorenz systems family, but also can be extended to other chaotic systems.

摘要：To gain a deep insight into the hot drawing process of aluminum alloy sheet, simulations of cylindrical cup drawing at elevated temperatures were carried out with experimental validation. The influence of four important process parameters, namely,punch velocity, blank holder force(BHF), friction coefficient and initial forming temperature of blank on drawing characteristics(*** thickness and thickness deviation) was investigated with the help of design of experiments(DOE), analysis of variance(ANOVA) and analysis of mean(ANOM). Based on the results of ANOVA, it is shown that the blank holder force has the greatest influence on minimum thickness. The importance of punch velocity for thickness deviation is 44.35% followed by BHF of 24.88%,friction coefficient of 15.77% and initial forming temperature of blank of 14.995%. After determining the significance of each factor on forming characteristics, how the individual parameter affects characteristics was further analyzed by ANOM.
