摘要：Nowadays, genome editing tools are indispensable for studying gene function in order to increase our knowledge of biochemical processes and disease mechanisms. The extensive availability of mutagenesis and transgenesis tools make Drosophila melanogaster an excellent model organism for geneticists. Early mutagenesis tools relied on chemical or physical methods,ethyl methane sulfonate(EMS) and X-rays respectively, to randomly alter DNA at a nucleotide or chromosomal level. Since the discovery of transposable elements and the availability of the complete fly genome, specific genome editing tools, such as P-elements, zinc-finger nucleases(ZFNs) and transcription activator-like effector nucleases(TALENs), have undergone rapid development. Currently, one of the leading and most effective contemporary tools is the CRISPR-cas9 system made popular because of its low cost, effectiveness, specificity and simplicity of use. This review briefly addresses the most commonly used mutagenesis and transgenesis tools in Drosophila, followed by an in-depth review of the multipurpose CRISPR-Cas9 system and its current applications.

摘要：This paper studies the consensus problem of multi-agent systems in which all agents are modeled by a general linear system. The authors consider the case where only the relative output feedback between the neighboring agents can be measured. To solve the consensus problem, the authors first construct a static relative output feedback control under some mild constraints on the system model. Then the authors use an observer based approach to design a dynamic relative output feedback control. If the adjacent graph of the system is undirected and connected or directed with a spanning tree, with the proposed control laws, the consensus can be achieved. The authors note that with the observer based approach, some information exchange between the agents is needed unless the associated adjacent graph is completely connected.

摘要：Gelman and Bloom found that adults and children's object naming was sensitive to how an object was created (man-made or not), but they did not reveal on which specific level of conceptual system this effect was. Using a free-naming task and a force-choice task, two experiments were conducted to test a hypothesis that this effect was specifically on domain level ("artifact/non-artifact" distinction). In Experiment 1, participants were asked to name shortly-depicted objects, rate their confidence, and report their reasons for each naming response. Results showed that most of the naming responses in "man-made" condition were in artifact domain, and most in "natural" condition were in non-artifact domain, although in both conditions names were very divergent on basic level. In Experiment 2, another group of participants were asked to choose one from two names (one in artifact domain and the other in non-artifact domain) to match the same shortly-depicted objects presented in the first experiment. Re-sults of Experiment 1 on domain level were replicated in Experiment 2. These convergent findings supported the hypothesis that the effect of object's origin is specifically on domain level of conceptual system of objects. Reasons explicitly reported for naming responses in Experiment 1 suggested that participants might automatically infer objects' functions in "man-made" condition but not in "natural" condition. Here the function-based hypothesis of artifacts classification is discussed.

摘要：The deformation and failure mechanical mechanism in soft rock roadway is related to the stability of supported tunnels, which is important to coal mine production and construction. By physical mechanics experiments and X-ray diffraction （XRD） tests, the engineering mechanical properties of soft rock, as well as main mineral composition of the surrounding soft rock of Qigou Coal Mine, were obtained. Based on analysis results, a method using bolt-beam-net combination to support was put forward. Mechanical analysis of the support form was done by using the calculation software FLAC3D. Results show that clay minerals of this mine are kaolinite and illite mixed layer, of which the water absorption is relatively obvious and presented mudding characteristic after absorbing water, with the plasticity index of 0.35, with small expansibility, which is weakly consolidated colloid with strong connected force in unit cell. The rock blocks have the characteristics of moisture absorption softening, and the deformation mechanical mechanism of which is with the coexistence of molecular expansive mechanism, colloid expansive mechanism, and weak layer trend type. The calculation results show that the bolt-beam-net support structure makes the bolt, beam, and roof deform compatibly. The beams make the force in the bolt relatively homogeneous, which restricts the displacement of the tunnel roof as well. Finally, using in situ monitoring, the numerical results were verified.

摘要：This article investigates transmitter design in Rayleigh fading multiple input multiple output （MIMO） channels with spatial correlation when there are channel uncertainties caused by a combined effect of channel estimation error and limited feedback. To overcome the high computational complexity of the optimal transmit power allocation, a simple and suboptimal allocation is proposed by exploiting the transmission constraint and differentiating a bound based on Jensen inequality on the channel capacity. The simulation results show that the mutual information corresponding to the proposed power allocation closely approaches the channel capacity corresponding to the optimal one and meanwhile the computational complexity is greatly reduced.

摘要：A group of leaf springs which provides the flexible support of stator is designed to satisfy the requirement of low vibration motor at megawatt （MW） level. Spring steel 65Mn is chosen as the material of the leaf spring. The size of the leaf spring is obtained by calculation and load analysis according to a deflection formula. The deflection and stiffness of the single leaf spring is calculated with both theoretical method and finite element analysis （FEA）. A deflection test platform is established based on actual force and boundary condition to verify the deflection and stiffness of the leaf spring. The results show that the maximal deflection of the three pieces of 1.2 mm leaf spring group is 0.71 mm and the stiffness of the leaf spring group is 364 N/mm, which satisfies the requirements of the motor. The design method is also applicable for other MW power level motors.

摘要：The general performance characteristics of an irreversible quantum refrigeration cycle using many non-interacting spin-1/2 systems as the working substance and consisting of two adiabatic and two isomagnetic field processes are investigated, based on the quantum master equation and semi-group approach. Expressions for several important performance parameters such as the coefficient of performance, cooling rate and power input are derived. By using numerical solutions, the cooling rate of the refrigeration cycle subject to the finite cycle duration is optimized. The maximum cooling rate and the corresponding parameters are calculated numerically. The optimal region of the coefficient of performance and the optimal ranges of the temperatures of the working substance and the times spent on the two isomagnetic field processes are determined. Moreover, the optimal performance of the cycle in the high-temperature limit is also analysed in detail. The results obtained here are further generalized, so that they may be directly used to describe the performance of the quantum refrigeration cycle using spin-J systems as the working substance.

摘要：Statistical energy functions are general models about atomic or residue-level interactions in biomolecules, derived from existing experimental data. They provide quantitative foundations for structural modeling as well as for structure-based protein sequence design. Statistical energy functions can be derived computationally either based on statistical distributions or based on variational assumptions. We present overviews on the theoretical assumptions underlying the various types of approaches. Theoretical considerations underlying important pragmatic choices are discussed.
