摘要：This paper introduces a fully integrated low power consumption radio receiver frontend circuit for a Compass（Beidou） and GPS dual mode dual channel system with 2.5 dB NF,1.02 mm^2 areas,and 8 mA of current in 0.18μm TSMC CMOS *** for a few passive components for input matching,other components such as an off-chip low noise amplifier or a balun are not *** a non-tunable passive image rejection filter,the receiver frontend can achieve around 60 dB gain and 34 dB image rejection.

摘要：Increasing attention has been paid to the air pollution more recently. Smog chamber has been proved as a necessary and effective tool to study atmospheric processes, including photochemical smog and haze formation. A novel smog chamber was designed to study the atmospheric photochemical reaction mechanism of typical volatile organic compounds(VOCs) as well as the aging of aerosols. The smog chamber system includes an enclosure equipped with black lights as the light source, two parallel reactors(2 m^3 of each) with separate control of light source and temperature, with a series of coupled instruments for online monitoring of gas phase and particle phase reactants and products. Chamber characterization, including air source stability, effective light intensity, temperature stability, as well as gas phase and particle phase wall losses, were carried out before further research. The results showed that our smog chamber systems developed by other domestic and international groups. It was also observed that the wall loss of aromatic VOCs varied with different functional groups as well as the isomerism. The results of preliminary simulation experiment from styrene-NO_x demonstrated that the chamber can be well utilized to simulate gas-particle conversion progresses in the atmosphere.

摘要：An energy-storage system comprised of lithium-ion battery modules is considered to be a core component of new energy vehicles,as it provides the main power source for the transmission ***,manufacturing defects in battery modules lead to variations in performance among the cells used in series or parallel *** variation results in incomplete charge and discharge of batteries and non-uniform temperature distribution,which further lead to reduction of cycle life and battery capacity over *** solve this problem,this work uses experimental and numerical methods to conduct a comprehensive investigation on the clustering of battery cells with similar performance in order to produce a battery module with improved electrochemical *** were first performed by dismantling battery modules for the measurement of performance *** kmeans clustering and support vector clustering(SVC)algorithms were then employed to produce battery modules composed of 12 cells *** verification of the results obtained from the clustering analysis was performed by measuring the temperature rise in the cells over a certain period,while air cooling was *** was found that the SVC-clustered battery module in Category 3 exhibited the best performance,with a maximum observed temperature of 32℃.By contrast,the maximum observed temperatures of the other battery modules were higher,at 40℃for Category 1(manufacturer),36℃for Category 2(manufacturer),and 35℃for Category 4(k-means-clustered battery module).

摘要：A novel structure, called a ＂freeform surface,＂ is integrated into a direct type light-emitting diode backlight. By applying the Taguchi method, the performance of this backlight is optimized. The Taguchi experiments are configured in L9（3^4） orthogonal arrays and are simulated via LightTool analysis software. After that, the influence of the design parameters on the luminance and uniformity are separately evaluated by analysis of variance （ANOVA）. Next, the parameters are optimized, and a new backlight structure with desirable performance is designed at last. LightTool simulation shows that this new type of backlight is just 15 mm thick and has 310.3 nits luminance and 83.5% uniformity.

摘要：Cylindrical nickel metal hydride （Ni-MH） battery with high specific volume capacity was prepared by using the oxyhydroxide Ni（OH）2 and AB5 type hydrogen storage alloy and adjusting the designing parameters of positive and negative electrodes. The oxyhydroxide Ni（OH）2 was synthesized by oxidizing spherical β-Ni（OH）2 with chemical method. The X-ray diffraction （XRD） patterns and the Fourier transform infrared （PT-IR） spectra indicated that 7-NiOOH was formed on the oxyhydroxide Ni（OH）2 powders, and some H2O molecules were inserted into their crystal lattice spacing. The battery capacity could not be improved when the oxyhydroxide Ni（OH）2 sample was directly used as the positive active materials. However, based on the conductance and residual capacity of the oxyhydroxide Ni（OH）2 powders, AA size Ni-MH battery with 2560 mA.h capacity and 407 W·h·L^-1 specific volume energy at 0.2C was obtained by using the commercial spherical β-Ni（OH）2 and AB5-type hydrogen-storage alloy powders as the active materials when 10% mass amount of the oxyhydroxide Ni（OH）2 with 2.50 valence was added to the positive active materials and subsequently the battery designing parameters were adjusted as well. The as-prepared battery showed 70% initial capacity after 80 cycles at 0.5C. The possibility for adjusting the capacity ratio of positive and negative electrodes from 1 ： 1.35 to 1 ： 1.22 was demonstrated preliminarily. It is considered the as-prepared battery can meet the requirement of some special portable electrical instruments.

摘要：The development of solid-state materials with switchable luminescence in response to stimuli remains a challenge,especially for organic *** crystal water significantly impacts the absorption spectra of organic crystals,it is unclear whether the emission spectra of organic luminescent materials can be systematically manipulated by *** this study,we successfully obtained curcumin monohydrate(Form X),a channel-type hydrate exhibiting crystallization-induced emission(CIE)at 608 nm(orange fluorescence),which contrasted with the conventional forms of aggregation-caused quenching(ACQ).Thermal treatment induced the release of hydration water,resulting in a new anhydrate(Form IV)that emitted yellow-green fluorescence with the emission peak at 575 ***,this approach can be used to track the absorption of curcumin crystals following subcutaneous or intramuscular *** hydratemediated single-crystal-to-single-crystal transition(SCSC)and its associated luminescence transition were reversible and responsive to temperature,offering a green approach for synthesizing and designing aggregation-induced-emission(AIE)-based intelligent luminescent devices for detecting air humidity or drug absorption.
