摘要：探索具有深紫外相位匹配能力的新型非线性光学材料是当前研究热点.本文从硼氧阴离子框架出发,发现由π共轭BO_(3)基团组成一维(BO_(2))∞链的电子离域导致了极化特性增强,可实现非线性光学性能的优化.据此,本文预测了以(BO_(2))∞链为阴离子框架的CaBO_(2)F体系.重点研究了三种能量最低的结构CaBO_(2)F-Ⅰ,CaBO_(2)F-Ⅱ和CaBO_(2)F-Ⅲ,设计了热力学上可进行的反应路径.第一原理计算表明,CaBO_(2)F-Ⅰ,CaBO_(2)-F-Ⅱ和CaBO_(2)F-Ⅲ具有较宽的带隙,合适的双折射(0.076–0.108@1064 nm)和较大的倍频系数(2.1–2.7×KDP).其中,计算得到CaBO_(2)F-Ⅰ的最短相位匹配波长在约为195 nm(基于HSE06带隙修正剪刀算符),证明了含有定向电子离域的(BO_(2))∞链是深紫外非线性光学材料的潜在阴离子框架.本文通过将机理研究与验证性的结构预测相结合实现了自上而下设计深紫外非线性光学结构模板,该研究为探索新型非线性光学材料提供了新的策略.

摘要：Two improved algorithms are proposed to extend a diffractive optical element （DOE） to work under the broad spec- trum of sunlight. An optimum design has been found for the DOE, with a weighted average optical efficiency of about 6.8% better than that of the previous design. The optimization of designing high optical efficiency DOEs will pave the way for future designs of high-efficiency, low-cost lateral multijunction solar cells based on such a DOE.

摘要：A low power VCO with a wide tuning range and low phase noise has been designed and realized in a standard 90 nm CMOS technology. A newly proposed current-reuse cross-connected pair is utilized as a negative conductance generator to compensate the energy loss of the resonator. The supply current is reduced by half compared to that of the conventional LC-VCO. An improved inversion-mode MOSFET（IMOS） varactor is introduced to extend the capacitance tuning range from 32.8% to 66%. A detailed analysis of the proposed varactor is provided. The VCO achieves a tuning range of 27–32.5 GHz, exhibiting a frequency tuning range（FTR） of 18.4%and a phase noise of –101.38 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset from a 30 GHz carrier, and shows an excellent FOM of –185dBc/Hz. With the voltage supply of 1.5 V, the core circuit of VCO draws only 2.1 m A DC current.

摘要：Two essential blocks for the PLLs based on CP, a phase-frequency detector （PFD） and an improved current steering charge-pump （CP）, are developed. The mechanisms for widening the phase error detection range and eliminating the dead zone are analyzed and applied in our design to optimize the proposed PFD. To obtain excellent current matching and minimum current variation over a wide output voltage range, an improved structure for the proposed CP is developed by fully utilizing many additional sub-circuits. Implemented in a standard 90-nm CMOS process, the proposed PFD achieves a phase error detection range from -354° to 354° and the improved CP demonstrates a current mismatch of less than 1.1% and a pump-current variation of 4% across the output voltage, swinging from 0.2 to 1.1 V, and the power consumption is 1.3 mW under a 1.2-V supply.

摘要：Flow characteristics inside a cyclone filter were investigated by the use of computational fluid dynamics(CFD). For computations, SST model was adopted. Parametric study was carried out considering the filtering performance. Revolution speeds were changed from 100 to 550 with 50 increments. A skirt is the driving source for cyclone operation. The influence of several design factors, such as the skirt length, the skirt gap and the return length to filtering performance was investigated under the particle diameter 100μm of debris material(Al, s.g.=2.7). The filtering performance was also investigated with the skirt length 28 mm changing the debris diameters from 1μm to 50μm. The flow rate of the working fluid was maintained at 0.55kg/s. It has been verified that the most influential factors to the filtering efficiencies was the skirt gap between the cyclone generator and the cyclone vessel.

摘要：This paper is concerned with the reliable H∞ filtering problem against sensor failures for a class of discrete-time systems with sector-bounded nonlinearities. The resulting design is that the filtering error system is asymptotically stable and meets the prescribed H∞ norm constraint in normal case as well as in sensor failure case. Sufficient conditions for the existence of the filter are obtained by using appropriate Lyapunov functional and linear matrix inequality (LMI) ***, in order to reduce the design conservativeness and get better performance, we adopt the slack variable method to realize the decoupling between the Lyapunov matrices and the system dynamic matrices. A numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed designs.
