摘要：In the process of multidisciplinary design optimization, there exits the calculation complexity problem due to frequently calling high fidelity system analysis models. The high fidelity system analysis models can be surrogated by approximate models. The sensitivity analysis and numerical noise filtering can be done easily by coupling approximate models to optimization. Approximate models can reduce the number of executions of the problem's simulation code during optimization, so the solution efficiency of the multidisciplinary design optimization problem can be improved. Most optimization methods are based on gradient. The gradients of the objective and constrain functions are gained easily. The gra- dient-based Kriging (GBK) approximate model can be constructed by using system response value and its gradients. The gradients can greatly improve prediction precision of system response. The hybrid optimization method is constructed by coupling GBK approximate models to gradient-based optimiza- tion methods. An aircraft aerodynamics shape optimization design example indicates that the methods of this paper can achieve good feasibility and validity.

摘要：Conformal domes that are shaped to meet aerodynamic requirements can increase range and speed for the host platform. Because these domes typically deviate greatly from spherical surface descriptions, a variety of aberrations are induced which vary with the field-of-regard （FOR） angle. A system for correcting optical aberrations created by a conformal dome has an outer surface and an inner surface. Optimizing the inner surface is regard as static aberration correction. A deformable mirror is placed at the position of the secondary mirror in the two-mirror all reflective imaging system, which is the dynamic aberration correction. An ellipsoidal MgF2 conformal dome with a fineness ratio of 1.0 is designed as an example. The FOR angle is 0°-30°, and the design wavelength is 4μm. After the optimization at 7 zoom positions by using the design tools Code V, the root-mean-square （RMS） spot size is reduced to approximately 0.99 to 1.48 times the diffraction limit. The design results show that the performances of the conformal optical systems can be greatly improved by the combination of the static correction and the dynamic correction.

摘要：We have studied the optical matching layers （OMLs） and external quantum efficiency in the evanescent coupling photodiodes （ECPDs） integrating a diluted waveguide as a fibre-to-waveguide coupler, by using the semi-vectorial beam propagation method （BPM）. The physical basis of OML has been identified, thereby a general designing rule of OML is developed in such a kind of photodiode. In addition, the external quantum efficiency and the polarization sensitivity versus the absorption and coupling length are analysed. With an optical matching layer, the absorption medium with a length of 30μm could absorb 90% of the incident light at 1.55μm wavelength, thus the total absorption increases more than 7 times over that of the photodiode without any optical matching layer.

摘要：A continuously tunable gain and bandwidth analog front-end for ambulatory biopotential measurement systems is presented. The front-end circuit is capable of amplifying and conditioning different biosignals. To optimize the power consumption and simplify the system architecture, the front-end only adopts two-stage amplifiers. In addition, careful design eliminates the need for chopping circuits. The input-referred noise of the system is only 1.19 μVrms （0.48-2000 Hz）. The chip is fabricated via a SMIC 0.18μm CMOS process. Although the power consumption is only 32.1 μW under a 3 V voltage supply, test results show that the chip can successfully extract biopotential signals.

The detectionswarm consists of multiple unmanned aerial vehicles （UAVs）and unmanned ground vehicles （UGVs）. The UAVs can accessa detected object quickly for high mobility, while the UGVs cancomprehensively investigate the object due to the variety of carriedequipment. In addition, the integrated air-ground detectionswarm is capable of detecting from the ground and the air *** accomplish the coordination of the UGVs andUAVs, they are all regarded as individuals of the artificial *** individuals make control decisions independently of othersbased on the self-organizing strategy. The overall requirements forthe detection swarm are analyzed, and the theoretical model ofthe self-organizing strategy based on a combined individual andenvironmental virtual function is established. The numerical investigationproves that the self-organizing strategy is suitable andscalable to control the detection swarm. To further inspect the engineeringreliability, an experiment set is established in laboratory,and the experimental demonstration shows that the self-organizingstrategy drives the detection swarm forming a close range and multiangularsurveillance configuration of a landing spot.

摘要：Walking is the most basic and essential part of the activities of daily living. To enable the elderly and non-ambulatory gait-impaired patients, the repetitive practice of this task, a novel gait training robot(GTR) was designed followed the end-effector principle, and an active partial body weight support(PBWS) system was introduced to facilitate successful gait training. For successful establishment of a walking gait on the GTR with PBWS, the motion laws of the GTR were planned to enable the phase distribution relationships of the cycle step, and the center of gravity(COG) trajectory of the human body during gait training on the GTR was measured. A coordinated control strategy was proposed based on the impedance control principle. A robotic prototype was developed as a platform for evaluating the design concepts and control strategies. Preliminary gait training with a healthy subject was implemented by the robotic-assisted gait training system and the experimental results are encouraging.

Numerical simulations have been performed to optimize the parameters of the drift layer and DMOSFET cell structure of active area. The n-type epilayer is 33μm thick with a doping of 2.5 × 10^15 cm-3. The devices were fabricated with a floating guard ring edge termination. The drain current 1d= 5 A at Vg = 20 V, corresponding to vd = 2.5 v.
