摘要：The dissolution behaviors of Ta2O5,Nb2O5 and their mixture in KOH and H2O system were investigated.A L9(34) orthogonal design was used to study the effects of reaction temperature,mass ratio of KOH to Ta2O5,and reaction time on the dissolution rate of *** was found that the effect of reaction temperature on the dissolution rate of tantalum was much greater than that of the other *** results of factorial experiments showed that Ta2O5 was mainly transformed into insoluble potassium tantalate at low temperature(350 ℃) and transformed into soluble potassium tantalate at high temperature(450 ℃).The insoluble potassium tantalate was analyzed by XRD,which was proved to be ***,almost all Nb2O5 was transformed into soluble potassium niobate at 350-450℃.As for the mixture of Ta2O5 and Nb2O5,the dissolution rate of tantalum increased and the dissolution rate of niobium decreased as an interaction existed between niobium and *** increasing the mole ratio of Nb2O5 to Ta2O5 in the mixture was beneficial to the dissolution of both Ta2O5 and *** addition,the mechanism of the interaction between niobium and tantalum was also investigated through phase and chemical analysis.

摘要：A SCSI target emulator is used in a storage area network （SAN） environment to simulate the behavior of a SCSI target for processing and responding to I/O requests issued by initiators. The SCSI target emulator works with general storage devices with multiple transport protocols. The target emulator utilizes a protocol conversion module that translates the SCSI protocols to a variety of storage devices and implements the multi-RAID-level configuration and storage visualization functions. Moreover, the target emulator implements RAM caching, multi-queuing, and request merging to effectively improve the I/O response speed of the general storage devices. The throughput and average response times of the target emulator for block sizes of 4 KB to 128 KB are 150% faster for reads and 67% faster for writes than the existing emulator. With a block size of 16 KB, the I/O latency of the target emulator is only about 20% that of the existing emulator.

摘要：The metabolic network has become a hot topic in the area of system biology and flux-based analysis plays a very important role in understanding the characteristics of organism metabolic networks. We review mainly the static methods for analyzing metabolic networks such as flux balance analysis (FBA), minimization of metabolic adjustment (MOMA), regulatory on / off minimization (ROOM), and dynamic flux balance analysis with linear quadratic regulator (DFBA-LQR). Then several kinds of commonly used software for flux analysis are introduced briefly and compared with each other. Finally, we highlight the applications of metabolic network flux analysis, especially its usage combined with other biological characteristics and its usage for drug design. The idea of combining the analysis of metabolic networks and other biochemical data has been gradually promoted and used in several aspects such as the combination of metabolic flux and the regulation of gene expression, the influence of protein evolution caused by metabolic flux, the relationship between metabolic flux and the topological characteristics, the optimization of metabolic engineering. More comprehensive and accurate properties of metabolic networks will be obtained by integrating metabolic flux analysis, network topological characteristics and dynamic modeling.

摘要：high-performance network processors are expected to play an important role in future high-speed routers. This paper focuses on two representative techniques needed for high-performance network processors: hardwired logic design and multithread design. Using hardwired logic, this paper compares a single-thread design with a multithread design, and proposes general models and principles to analyze the clock frequency and the resource cost for these environments. Then, two IP header processing schemes, one in single-thread mode and the other in double-thread mode, are developed using these principles and the implementation results verified the theoretical calculation.

摘要：A new technique of dimension reduction named projection pursuit is applied to model and evaluatewetland soil quality variations in the Sanjiang Plain, Helongjiang Province, china. By adopting the im-proved real-coded accelerating genetic algorithm (RAGA), the projection direction is optimized and multi-dimensional indexes are converted into low-dimensional space. Classification of wetland soils and evaluationof wetland soil quality variations are realized by pursuing optimum projection direction and projection func-tion value. Therefore, by adopting this new method, any possible human interference can be avoided andsound results can be achieved in researching quality changes and classification of wetland soils.

摘要：Most existing system-on-chip （SoC） architectures are for microprocessor-centric designs. They are not suitable for computing intensive SoCs, which have their own conflgurability, extendibility, perform- ance, and data exchange characteristics. This paper analyzes these characteristics and gives design princi- ples for computing intensive SoCs. Three architectures suitable for different situations are compared with selection criteria given. The architectural design of a high performance network security accelerator （HPNSA） is used to elaborate on the design techniques to fully exploit the performance potential of the ar- chitectures. A behavior-level simulation system is implemented with the C＋＋ programming language to evaluate the HPNSA performance and to obtain the optimum system design parameters. Simulations show that this architecture provides high performance data transfer.

摘要：To design approximately linear-phase complex coefficient finite impulse response （FIR） digital filters with arbitrary magnitude and group delay responses, a novel neural network approach is studied. The approach is based on a batch back-propagation neural network algorithm by directly minimizing the real magnitude error and phase error from the linear-phase to obtain the filter＇s coefficients. The approach can deal with both the real and complex coefficient FIR digital filters design problems. The main advantage of the proposed design method is the significant reduction in the group delay error. The effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated with two optimal design examples.
