摘要：This paper describes the design and fabrication of superconducting hot electron bolometer (HEB) mixer based on ultra-thin superconducting NbN films. The high quality films were epitaxially grown on high resistance Si substrates. The device was fabricated by magnetron sputtering, electron beam lithography (EBL), reactive ion etching (RIE), lithography, and so on. The device's resistance-tempera-ture (R-T) curves and current-voltage (I-V) curves were studied. The results of THz response of the device are presented. Y-factor technique was used to measure the device's noise temperature. When the device was irradiated with a laser radiation of 2.5 THz, the obtained lowest noise temperature of the device was 2213 K.

摘要：The four-parameter lag-lead compensator design has received much attention in the last two decades. However, most approaches have been either trial-and-error or only for special cases. This paper presents a non-trial-and-error design method for four-parameter lag-lead compensators. Here, the compensator design problem is formulated into a polynomial function optimization problem and solved by using the recently developed sum-of-squares （SOS） techniques. This result not only provides a useful design method but also shows the power of the SOS techniques.

摘要：根据低电压集成电泳芯片柱端非接触高频电导器的结构和非接触高频电导检测的基本原理,设计了非接触电导检测电路。该电路包括AC激励信号发生器、I-V转换器、乘法运算器、低通滤波器和差分放大器。运用较少的元器件和较简单的电路形式实现了检测功能,解决了低电压电泳芯片微弱的非接触电导信号检测困难的问题。通过调节电路参数分别得到了频率为450kHz和1MHz,幅值为10V的正弦信号。在此激励信号下,在集成低电压电泳芯片上对一系列不同浓度的K+溶液进行了非接触电导响应信号的测试。实验结果表明,电路能分辨的离子浓度的下限为10-9;离子浓度为10-9～10-5时,电路响应具有很高的线性度和分辨率。该电路亦可用于其它微弱电导信号检测领域。

摘要：A Weighted Essentially Non-Oscillatory scheme(WENO) is a solution to hyperbolic conservation laws,suitable for solving high-density fluid interface instability with strong intermittency. These problems have a large and complex flow structure. To fully utilize the computing power of high Performance Computing(HPC) systems, it is necessary to develop specific methodologies to optimize the performance of applications based on the particular system’s architecture. The Sunway TaihuLight supercomputer is currently ranked as the fastest supercomputer in the world. This article presents a heterogeneous parallel algorithm design and performance optimization of a high-order WENO on Sunway TaihuLight. We analyzed characteristics of kernel functions, and proposed an appropriate heterogeneous parallel model. We also figured out the best division strategy for computing tasks,and implemented the parallel algorithm on Sunway TaihuLight. By using access optimization, data dependency elimination, and vectorization optimization, our parallel algorithm can achieve up to 172× speedup on one single node, and additional 58× speedup on 64 nodes, with nearly linear scalability.

摘要：采用高压18V CMOS集成电路工艺,设计了一种开关电容闭环加速度计接口电路芯片。芯片电路中包括开关电容型电荷敏感放大器,PID控制电路以及相关双采样电路。采用相关双采样技术并用大面积PMOS晶体管作前级放大器输入级来消除放大器的1/f噪声、失调电压及KT/C噪声;用高环路增益及静电力平衡技术消除后级电路的1/f噪声、电荷注入和时钟馈通。在相同电极的条件下,利用电荷检测与静电力反馈时域分离法,有效地消除了驱动馈通的影响。设计的芯片采用18V电源电压供电,闭环加速度计刻度因子为420mV/g,噪声密度为10μg/2～1/(Hz) ,芯片面积为15.2mm2。

摘要：Geological adaptability matching design of a disc cutter is the prerequisite of cutter head design for tunnel boring machines(TBMs)and plays an important role in improving the tunneling efficiency of *** main purpose of the cutter matching design is to evaluate the cutter performance and select the appropriate cutter *** this paper,a novel evaluation method based on multicriteria decision making(MCDM)techniques was developed to help TBM designers in the process of determining the cutter *** analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and matter element analysis were applied to obtaining the weights of the cutter evaluation criteria,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)approaches were employed to determine the ranking of the cutters.A case application was offered to illustrate and validate the proposed *** results of the project case demonstrate that this method is reasonable and feasible for disc cutter size selection in cutter head design.

摘要：Several physical and chemical detection methods were used to study the basic properties of sintering dust （ESP dust） collected from Baogang Steel Corporation. The result shows that the major constituents of the ESP dust are KCl, NaCl, Fe2O_3 and Fe3O_4. Water leaching experiment on the sintering dust shows that KCl in the ESP dust can be separated and recovered by water leaching and fractional crystallization. Component analysis of leaching solution indicates that the massive calcium sulfate in the leaching solution should be removed first in order to obtain the pure potassium salt. In order to provide theoretical guidance to inhibit the dissolution of calcium ions from the sintering dust, the water leaching experiment of ESP dust and the dissolution behavior of CaSO_4 in the potassium chloride, sodium chloride, potassium sulfate and their mixed salt solution were studied. It is found that, a lower liquid-solid ratio should be chosen in the leaching process to inhibit the dissolution of calcium sulfate dehydrate. Using sodium carbonate solution as a precipitating agent, the influences of the concentration of sodium carbonate solution, reaction temperature, stirring speed and equilibrium time on the preparation of the spherical calcium carbonate were studied. Spherical calcium carbonate with good dispersing performance and grain size distribution in nanometer range of less than 10 μm was obtained. Furthermore, a potassium recovery process with joint production of spherical calcium carbonate was designed. This process is technically viable and considerable in economic benefit.

摘要：基于高场非对称波形离子迁移谱原理设计了一种由离子源,迁移区和检测器3部分组成的生化传感器。传感器采用真空紫外灯作离子源,高纯氮(99.999%)为载气,在常压下工作。加工了两种由两平行金属极板组成的迁移区,一种由两平板铜块组成,尺寸为25 mm×10 mm×1 mm;另外一种由微机电(MEMS)工艺加工,尺寸为20 mm×10 mm×1.5 mm。MEMS工艺加工的迁移区间距为1.5 mm,电场强度10 000 V/cm。当方波非对称射频电压峰峰值为1 600 V,频率为195.8 kHz,占空比为30%,补偿电压为-8.63 V时,采用平板铜块迁移区实现了丙酮离子的位移补偿,实验结果验证了传感器的性能。
