摘要：As a core part of subsea production systems,subsea control modules(SCMs)are costly,difficult,and expensive to install and inconvenient to use in underwater ***,performance and function tests must be carried out before launching *** study developed a testing device and an SCM test by investigating SCMs and their *** testing device includes four parts:a hydraulic station,an SCM test stand,a signal generating device,and an electronic test ***,the basic indices of the testing device were determined from the performance and working parameters of the ***,the design scheme of the testing device for the SCM was tentatively proposed,and each testing device was ***,a practical measurement of the SCM,in combination with the hydraulic station,SCM test stand,signal generator,electronic unit,and highpressure water tank,was carried out according to the test *** measurement mainly involved equipment inspection before testing and an experimental test for the *** validity and feasibility of the testing device and method were simultaneously verified through an association test.

摘要：分析了文本分类过程中存在的混淆类现象,主要研究混淆类的判别技术,进而改善文本分类的性能.首先,提出了一种基于分类错误分布的混淆类识别技术,识别预定义类别中的混淆类集合.为了有效判别混淆类,提出了一种基于判别能力的特征选取技术,通过评价某一特征对类别之间的判别能力实现特征选取.最后,通过基于两阶段的分类器设计框架,将初始分类器和混淆类分类器进行集成,组合了两个阶段的分类结果作为最后输出.混淆类分类器的激活条件是:当测试文本被初始分类器标注为混淆类类别时,即采用混淆类分类器进行重新判别.在比较实验中采用了Newsgroup和863中文评测语料,针对单标签、多类分类器.实验结果显示,该技术有效地改善了分类性能.

摘要：通过拨动细胞实现遗传物质的移动,并在对卵母细胞的拨动机理进行深入分析的基础上,根据极体是否可见将卵母细胞的自动拨动过程分为翻动和转动两部分。进一步的,对翻动过程中的卵母细胞进行建模,并通过实验首次提出并实现了四种卵母细胞的自动拨动轨迹。随后,对影响卵母细胞翻动幅度的因素进行了研究,并通过实验证实翻动的幅度可以通过拨动微针的离焦高度进行控制。最后,绵羊的大批量核移植操作应用结果表明,使用设计的自动拨动轨迹的移动遗传物质的成功率可达95%以上。同时,拨动过程中极体出现的位置也和本文提出的翻动模型计算的结果一致,从而验证了本文工作的有效性。

摘要：首先从视频传感器节点方向性感知特性出发,设计了一种方向可调感知模型,并以此为基础对有向传感器网络覆盖增强问题进行分析与定义;其次,提出了一种基于虚拟势场的有向传感器网络覆盖增强算法PFCEA(potential field based coverage-enhancing algorithm).通过引入"质心"概念,将有向传感器网络覆盖增强问题转化为质心均匀分布问题,以质心点作圆周运动代替传感器节点传感方向的转动.质心在虚拟力作用下作扩散运动,以消除网络中感知重叠区和盲区,进而增强整个有向传感器网络覆盖.一系列仿真实验验证了该算法的有效性.

摘要：The process of division, growth and death for tumour cell mass in the early is simulated. An integrated GUI is provided for users to set the value of each parameters, which are cell growth rates, cell mass division rates, cell mass death rates, simulate type, maximum running time, polarity and cell colour. It can display the growth process of each cell on result GUI. Also, it can display the values of each parameters for observing and analysing in current life cycle on result GUI, which are cell mass division times, cell mass death rate, cell mass division rate and cell mass growth rate. In the process of simulation, The cell growth rate is described by the approach to combine the exponential model with the linear model. In addition, a linked list data structure to store the tumour cells is used by the cellular automata for a reference to determine the position of each cell. It sets up two linked list to store the cells, one of them save the new small division cells and the other one save the big cell. That can make the painting process of cells on result GUI clearer and more organized. At last, the polarity oftumour growth is described for determining the growth direction of cells.

摘要：This paper proposes a new cell intuition simulation method which is a combination of intuitive simulation calculation method and the operation of binary image, and applied it in the innovation of the graphic design process. First of all, we study how to express a variety of graphics, and establish the definition of cell intuitive model, work out the cell intuitive operation process and many new cellular operators such as a variety of matrix blocks crossover operator, a variety of matrix blocks mutation operator, matrix blocks replace operator, matrix blocks compression operator, matrix blocks extension operator. By choosing two or more cells and selecting the artificial selection or fitness selection, we can set up and visualize the design and pick the best design results .Finally, validation is made on this algorithm by an example, and a innovation graphic is also represented.

摘要：[Objective] Ogura cytoplasmic male sterility （Ogu CMS） is an ideal pollina- tion control system for heterosis utilization in Brassica napus. However, fertility-restor- ing （Rf） gene only exists in radish chromosome and is closely linked with glucosino- late gene, making it hardly to be applied directly in production. Thus, the key to apply Ogu CMS in Brassica napus is to introduce the Rf genes and to break its linkage with glucosinolate gene. [Me^od] To overcome the interspecific reproductive barrier, grafting was conducted by using Raphanobrassica （2n=-58） as donor materi- als of Rf genes. The obtained interspecific hybrids were analyzed from the agronom- ic traits, seed-setting rate and fertility restoration rate for screening fertility-restoring materials. [Results] By elaborative selection, a homozygous Ogu CMS fertility-restor- ing B. napus material named CLR650 was selected out, whose somatic chromosome numbers were found to be 2n=38-40. Some abnormal phenomena like anaphase bridges and lagging chromosomes in meiosis were observed, but the abnormalities did not affect the formation of normal pollens. It can restore the male fertility in both progenies of self-pollination and testcross by 100%. Molecular analysis showed that CLR650 harbors Ogu CMS fertility-restoring gene, which is obviously different from that of Ogu CMS restore line Rl13 and RHH1 by detecting the molecular markers closely linked with radish restorer gene （Rf0）. [Conclusion] The CLR650 could be a new restorer for the Ogu CMS in B. napus.

摘要：β-1,3-葡聚糖酶是一种植物病程相关蛋白,在植物抵御病害中有重要作用。本研究以毛竹为实验材料,利用RACE技术,克隆毛竹β-1,3-葡聚糖酶基因的外显子序列,并在β-1,3-葡聚糖酶基因的编码区两端设计引物,以毛竹基因组DNA为模版扩增该基因的内含子序列。序列结果表明,该基因全长1693bp,包含两个外显子和一个内含子,命名为PheGLU(GenBank登录号GU238236)。该基因包含1个996bp的开放阅读框,编码332个氨基酸,相对分子质量为3.541×104Da,其等电点pI为6.389,是一个酸性蛋白且分泌到胞外;其中,该蛋白的二级结构中包含35.15%的α-螺旋,21.82%的β-转角,43.03%的延伸链和无规则卷曲等;三级结构同源建模预测显示,它与大麦β-1,3-葡聚糖酶(PDB number:1ghsA)具有80.4%的同源性;聚类分析显示,该基因序列与已报道的其它植物具有较的高氨基酸序列同源性。本研究为进一步鉴定毛竹β-1,3-葡聚糖酶基因的抗真菌病害能力奠定了基础。
