摘要：In this paper,we proposed a facile and accurate way for controlling multiplex fluorescent logic gates through changing the exciting and the observing *** proof-of-principle,a Pb2+-specific DNAzyme probe and a thymine(T)-rich DNA probe were introduced to a double-stranded(ds-)*** addition style of the two ions served as the four inputs by changing the distance of the three fluorophores,6-carboxyfluorescein(FAM),ALEXA 532(ALEXA)and carboxytetramethylrhodamine(TAMRA),all of which were modified on the dsDNA *** with the previous methods,the present approach needed neither different inputs nor the change of sequence of the probe to achieve multiplex logic ***,the modularity of the strategy may allow it to be extended to other types of logic gates.

摘要：By introducing the homogenous coordinates, degree elevation formulas and combinatorial identities, also by using multiplication of Bernstein polynomials and identity transformation on equations, this paper presents some explicit formulas of the first and second derivatives of rational triangular Bézier surface with respect to each variable (including the mixed derivative) and derives some estimations of bound both on the direction and magnitude of the corresponding derivatives. All the results above have value not only in surface theory but also in practice.

摘要：In computer aided geometric design(CAGD) ,it is often needed to produce a convexity-preserving interpolating curve according to the given planar data points. However,most existing pertinent methods cannot generate convexity-preserving in-terpolating transcendental curves;even constructing convexity-preserving interpolating polynomial curves,it is required to solve a system of equations or recur to a complicated iterative process. The method developed in this paper overcomes the above draw-backs. The basic idea is:first to construct a kind of trigonometric polynomial curves with a shape parameter,and interpolating trigonometric polynomial parametric curves with C2(or G1) continuity can be automatically generated without having to solve any system of equations or do any iterative computation. Then,the convexity of the constructed curves can be guaranteed by the appropriate value of the shape parameter. Performing the method is easy and fast,and the curvature distribution of the resulting interpolating curves is always well-proportioned. Several numerical examples are shown to substantiate that our algorithm is not only correct but also usable.

摘要：目的:施工进度-成本-质量均衡是面板堆石坝工程成功的关键。目前的均衡研究建立在静态经验数据上,仅针对规划和设计阶段,难以适应施工过程的动态性和不确定性。基于面板堆石坝施工质量实时监控技术,考虑动态决策偏好,本文提出施工进度-质量-成本动态均衡方法,以实现面向过程管理的进度-质量-成本均衡。创新点:1.提出基于面板堆石坝施工质量实时监控技术的施工进度、质量和成本动态预测方法;2.提出施工决策偏好动态量化方法;3.提出施工进度-质量-成本多目标均衡求解算法。方法:1.通过分析实时监控数据,更新仿真模型参数,仿真得到施工进度,再推导出质量和成本(图4、公式(8)和(10));2.采用层次分析法,动态量化施工过程中的管理者决策偏好,得到进度-质量-成本三目标间的权重(图5);3.采用改进的带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(公式(13)),求解动态均衡问题的Pareto解,并运用逼近理想解的排序法筛选出最优折衷方案(图5)。结论:1.基于实时监控进行施工进度、质量和成本的动态预测,提高了均衡结果与实际施工过程的一致性;2.动态量化决策偏好,并在优化求解中予以考虑,有助于最优折衷方案的筛选;3.在施工过程中任意阶段开展的施工进度-质量-成本动态均衡适应了施工条件的动态变化,可有效指导现场施工管理。

摘要：通过数值模拟研究供氧方式对基夫赛特熔炼过程的影响。以中央喷射分配喷嘴的中央氧与侧氧质量流量比表示供氧方式,模拟质量流量比在 0.09~0.39 范围内的基夫赛特炉熔炼过程。结果表明,4 个中央喷射分配喷嘴下方区域为高效反应区。增大中央氧流量可以改善颗粒与气体的混合状况,从而促进化学反应的进行,同时会缩短高效反应区;但是,由于喷嘴下颗粒柱的分散会使烟尘率增加。对于熔炼能力为 50000 kg/h 的基夫赛特炉,其最优的供氧方式为质量流量比取 0.31,在该工况下,炉料的化学反应可以充分进行,同时也保证较低的烟尘率。

摘要：Buckling of submarine pipelines under thermal stress is one of the most important problems to be considered in pipeline design. And pipeline with initial imperfections will easily undergo failure due to global buckling under thermal stress and internal pressure. Therefore, it is vitally important to study the global buckling of the submarine pipeline with initial imperfections. On the basis of the characteristics of the initial imperfections, the global lateral buckling of submarine pipelines was analyzed. Based on the deduced analytical solutions for the global lateral buckling, effects of temperature difference and properties of foundation soil on pipeline buckling were analyzed. The results show that the snap buckling is predominantly governed by the amplitude value of initial imperfection; the triggering temperature difference of Mode I for pipelines with initial imperfections is higher than that of Mode II; a pipeline with a larger friction coefficient is safer than that with a smaller one; pipelines with larger initial imperfections are safer than those with smaller ones.

摘要：A new algorithm is presented that generates developable Bézier surfaces through a Bézier curve called a directrix. The algorithm is based on differential geometry theory on necessary and sufficient conditions for a surface which is developable, and on degree evaluation formula for parameter curves and linear independence for Bernstein basis. No nonlinear characteristic equations have to be solved. Moreover the vertex for a cone and the edge of regression for a tangent surface can be obtained easily. Aumann’s algorithm for developable surfaces is a special case of this paper.

摘要：基于正切线性化控制技术和状态依赖Riccati微分方程方法,提出了一种新的非线性控制器综合策略.受正切线性化控制的启发,首先,将一类非线性系统的非线性反馈镇定问题转化为状态依赖线性时变系统的反馈镇定器设计问题.然后,给出了求解导出线性时变系统反馈镇定器设计问题的一种基于状态依赖Riccati微分方程方法.为实现该控制器的求解,仅需实时求解给定正定初始条件下的状态依赖Riccati微分方程.此外,本文所得到的解析结果还能保证非线性闭环反馈系统的指数渐近稳定性.最后,用一个数值算例验证了本文给出方法的有效性.
