摘要：To resolve problems of complicated clutter, fast-varying scenes, and low signal-clutterratio （SCR） in application of target detection on sea for space-based radar （SBR）, a target detection approach based on adaptive waveform design is proposed in this paper. Firstly, complicated sea clutter is modeled as compound Gaussian process, and a target is modeled as some scatterers with Gaussian reflectivity. Secondly, every dwell duration of radar is divided into several sub-dwells. Regular linear frequency modulated pulses are transmitted at Sub-dwell 1, and the received signal at this sub-dwell is used to estimate clutter covariance matrices and pre-detection. Estimated matrices are updated at every following sub-dwell by multiple particle filtering to cope with fast-varying clutter scenes of SBR. Furthermore, waveform of every following sub-dwell is designed adaptively according to mean square optimization technique. Finally, principal component analysis and generalized likelihood ratio test is used for mitigation of colored interference and property of constant false alarm rate, respectively. Simulation results show that, considering configuration of SBR and condition of complicated clutter, 9 dB is reduced for SCR which reliable detection requires by this target detection approach. Therefore, the work in this paper can markedly improve radar detection performance for weak targets.

摘要：A design of an inverse U-shape buried doping in a pinned photodiode （PPD） of CMOS image sensors is proposed for electrical crosstalk suppression between adjacent pixels. The architecture achieves no extra fill factor consumption, and proper built-in electric fields can be established according to the doping gradient created by the injections of the extremely low P-type doping buried regions in the epitaxial layer, causing the excess electrons to easily drift back to the photosensitive area rarely with a diffusion probability; the overall junction capacitance and photosensitive area extensions for a full well capacity （FWC） and internal quantum efficiency （IQE） improving are achieved by the injection of a buried N-type doping. By considering the image lag issue, the process parameters of all the injections have been precisely optimized. Optical simulation results based on the finite difference time domain method show that compared to the conventional PPD, the electrical crosstalk rate of the proposed architecture can be decreased by 60%-80% at an incident wavelength beyond 450 nm, IQE can be clearly improved at an incident wavelength between 400 and 600 nm, and the FWC can be enhanced by 107.5%. Furthermore, the image lag performance is sustained to a perfect low level. The present study provides important guidance on the design of ultra high resolution image sensors.

摘要：A research on the electrostatic torques in the electrostatically suspended gyroscope (ESG) that uses the mass-unbalance modulation (MUM) scheme (MUM-ESG) to sense the direction of the rotor's spinning axis is presented here. Spherical harmonic functions are used to describe the asphericity of the rotor and the electrodes. Rotational matrix theory in quantum mechanics is utilized to transform the description of the rotor's asphericity from the rotor-fixed frame into the cavity-fixed frame. And the principle of the virtual displacement is applied to find out the electrostatic torques acting on the rotor. Analytical expressions of the electrostatic torques indicate that there are only three kinds of factors need to be considered when looking for the electrostatic torques in the MUM-ESG. The factors are the asphericity of the rotor, the eccentric rotation of the rotor, and the coupling between the rotor's translational displacement and asphericity. An intuitionistic explanation for the electrostatic torque that comes of the rotor's eccentric rotation is presented also. The effects of these conclusions should be tested and verified in the future experiments and applications.

摘要：The inner-formation gravity field measurement satellite （IFS） is a novel pure gravitational orbiter. It aims to measure the Earth＇s gravity field with unprecedented accuracy and spatial resolution by means of precise orbit determination （POD） and relative state measurement. One of the key factors determining the measurement level is the outer-satellite control used for keeping the inner-satellite flying in a pure gravitational orbit stably. In this paper the integrated orbit and attitude control of IFS during steady-state phase was investigated using only thrusters. A six degree-of-freedom translational and rotational dynamics model was constructed considering nonlinearity resulted from quaternion expression and coupling induced by community thrusters. A feasible quadratic optimization model was established for the integrated orbit and attitude control using con- strained nonlinear model predictive control （CNMPC） techniques. Simulation experiment demonstrated that the presented CNMPC aigorithm can achieve rapid calculation and overcome the non-convexity of partial constraints. The thruster layout is rational with low thrust consumption, and the mission requirements of IFS are fully satisfied.

摘要：preform design for shell nosing product without machining the inner surface after forming is an experience-extensive work. Generally, the initial design needs to be modified and simulated consequently to get proper preform and nosing die, and the iterative process is time consuming. This paper puts forward a new approach, in which the suitable initial design can be obtained by knowledge-based intelligent technology and the optimal design can be acquired by finite element method （FEM） based geometrical modification. With the CAX object model as the bridge of CAD and CAE, the CAD model with simulation knowledge can be transferred into CAE automatically, and the CAE result can be automatically utilized as well. Based on the comparison between the simulated shape and the desired shape, the dissatisfactory area will be modified. A new simulation and modification process will be carried out based on the modified design. The process is repeated iteratively to get the optimal design. This approach utilizes the commercial CAD and CAE software, without the need of complex back-forward FEM procedures. Based on the new approach, an in-home intelligent shell nosing design and optimization system is developed, and a case study proves that this system can reach a reasonable design efficiently.

摘要：This paper presents an integrated missile guidance and control law based on adaptive fuzzy sliding mode control. The integrated model is formulated as a block-strict-feedback nonlinear system, in which modeling errors, unmodeled nonlinearities, target maneuvers, etc. are viewed as unknown uncertainties. The adaptive nonlinear control law is designed based on backstepping and sliding mode control techniques. An adaptive fuzzy system is adopted to approximate the coupling nonlinear functions of the system, and for the uncertainties, we utilize an online-adaptive control law to estimate the unknown parameters. The stability analysis of the closed-loop system is also conducted. Simulation results show that, with the application of the adaptive fuzzy sliding mode control, small miss distances and smooth missile trajectories are achieved, and the system is robust against system uncertainties and external disturbances.

摘要：随着Web服务组合的发展,整合业务过程成为可能。组合Web服务可以被看作是基于过程的工作流。由于死锁、不安全和不可达等流的设计错误会影响组合Web服务的有效执行,因此这些错误应在组合Web服务执行前被检测出并修改。提出了基于语义标记Petri网的组合Web服务建模与验证方法。首先提出语义标记Petri网(SaPNs),并给出其语义;用受限描述逻辑tableau算法获得组合Web服务;使用SaPNs描述组合Web服务及其组成部分;最后,使用基于SaPNs的分析方法验证了组合Web服务。使用该方法在开放的Internet环境下可以获得满足客户需求的、可靠的组合Web服务。
