摘要：题目：微型燃气轮机向心涡轮一体化寻优设计方法的试验验证 　　目的：根据微型燃气轮机的特点及其应用领域，针对其核心部件向心涡轮的设计，提出一体化寻优设计方法，并搭建向心涡轮性能试验台进行试验验证，以期检验一体化设计方法的可靠性，获得微型向心涡轮高转速性能试验方法并解决性能试验中出现的实际问题。 　　创新点：1.一体化设计方法是以向心涡轮气动性能、叶轮材料强度和叶轮整体重量为优化目标的全新寻优设计方法；2.针对悬臂式高速小型轴系解决微型向心涡轮高速试验轴承轴系设计问题。 　　方法：1.搭建和完善包含多个子系统的试验台，并给出轴承设计的结果；2.根据相似理论和微型向心涡轮一体化寻优设计结果，对原型进行模化及涡轮试验件的加工；3.开展微型向心涡轮高速性能试验，针对向心涡轮的通流特性和效率特性进行试验数据采集和结果分析，并评估和验证微型向心涡轮一体化寻优设计方法的可靠性和应用性。 　　结论：1.在满足材料强度和整体重量要求的前提下，叶轮气动性能仍具有较高的水平，可应用于100 kW级微型燃气轮机。2.试验工作验证了本文提出的向心涡轮一体化寻优设计方法的可靠性，发展了微型向心涡轮的综合设计方法，以期在工程领域得到进一步的应用。

摘要：Radar cross section (RCS) reduction technologies are very important in survivability of the military naval vessels. Ship appearance shaping as an effective countermeasure of RCS reduction redirects the scattered energy from one angular region of interest in space to another region of little interest. To decrease the scattering electromagnetic signals from ship scientifically, optimization methods should be introduced in shaping design. Based on the assumption of the characteristic section design method, mathematical formulations for optimal shaping design were established. Because of the computation-intensive analysis and singularity in shaping optimization, the response surface method (RSM) combined genetic algorithm (GA) was proposed. The poly-nomial response surface method was adopted in model approximation. Then genetic algorithms were employed to solve the surrogate optimization problem. By comparison RCS of the conventional and the optimal design, the superiority and effectiveness of proposed design methodology were verified.

摘要：A bio-inspired marsupial robotic fish system composed of heterogeneous robotic fish is proposed in this paper. A miniature robotic fish, as the daughter robotic fish, can adapt to some narrow space, while the mother robotic fish, with a cabin to transport the daughter, possesses a powerful movement ability to improve the mobility and endurance of the team. The structures for mimicking bio-motion and the method for fishlike-motion are presented. A typical task of daughter-mother following is given to show the cooperation of the team. A motion model of free swimming is built based on the Lagrangian function, and the coupled dynamic and kinematic functions are calculated based on the relation between the generalized force and fluid force. Then, a neural network is trained through the data generated from this model to get a predictive yaw controller, which can control the orientation by a different offset of each link. The daughter robotic fish adopts a dynamic light source tracking approach to follow the mother, and a heterogeneous communication-based finite state machine is presented for task modeling. Experiments are carried out to verify the system.

摘要：Power System Stabilizer (PSS) was proposed during 1960s to solve the low frequency oscillation problem raised by the wide application of the high-gain fast-response exciters. The fundamentals of PSS design lie in the angle compensation to increase the damping torque, which, since then, has become an important principle in designing the various power system dampers, such as SVC, TCSC, UPFC. Although many papers have been dedicated to the application of this principle, it is interesting to note that in the real industry applications PSS parameters have to be carefully tuned on site in spite of its mature design theory. So does the classical PSS design theory really meet the PSS design demand? By combining the frequency domain and the time domain analysis, this paper reinvestigates the basic idea behind the classical PSS design theory. The paper clarifies the con-cepts of the synchronous torque as well as the damping torque and proves that the classical PSS design principles based on these concepts are not theoretically sound. Then the paper discusses the Linear Optimal Controller Design method and ana-lyzes its relations with the conventional PID design. By doing so the paper reveals the real mechanism of the PSS and proposes to use more systematic and advanced control tools to enhance the controller performance.

摘要：过去的几十年中,结构光照明在三维立体成像和计算机视觉有着重要的应用。然而,传统结构光产生系统结构复杂、体积庞大,这严重限制了它的潜在应用价值。提出了一种用于产生结构光的紧凑型的光电集成芯片,这种芯片基于绝缘体上的硅(SOI)材料。该方法具有结构简单、输出稳定、设计灵活等优势。不同于传统的结构光发生系统,该方法中,光束的强度及相位调制以及光束间的相互干涉都是由片上系统操控的。这有效避免了外界扰动对光斑质量的影响,同时提升了系统的便携性。实现了全片上调控的红外结构光产生系统。该结构光芯片大小仅为0.5×0.5 mm,可以产生约200×200μm的结构光照明区域。芯片照明区域的大小和结构光的单元结构周期与光栅的结构设计和光源波长相关。此外,通过设计合理地设计芯片上的元件布局,我们可以得到多种不同结构的照明图样。

摘要：在对已建坝的加固过程中,必须考虑施工中的溃坝风险,权衡加固将产生的效益,考虑将风险降到最低程度的施工措施。在台湾省曾文坝水位抬高项目建设中,最大的施工风险是当坝顶因开挖而降低高程时洪水引起的漫顶。为了保证施工期的安全,根据渗流分析,超高复核,大坝动应力及稳定性分析,洪水演进分析等成果,权衡了大坝的性能、经济效益及加固工期等要素,提出了一个更为全面妥善的设计方案,而不是仅仅简单地在上下游铺设滤层。

摘要：桶形基础结构是一种适宜于滩海软黏土地基上的新型海洋基础形式。研究复合加载模式下桶形基础的承载力特性,并进而依此评价海洋平台基础及地基的稳定性是桶形基础设计与施工中的关键问题。针对软黏土地基上桶形基础结构,利用大型通用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,采用基于Mohr-Coulomb屈服准则的理想弹塑性本构模型,对复合加载模式下桶形基础的承载特性进行了三维弹塑性数值分析。在V-H、V-M、V-M-H空间内建立了复合加载模式下桶形基础极限承载力破坏包络图,推导了破坏包络面的经验计算公式,由此可根据实际的复合加载状态与数值计算所得的破坏包络曲面之间的相对关系,评判实际荷载作用下桶形基础的工作状态,为工程设计提供参考依据。

摘要：This paper presented a hybrid control scheme to vibration reduction of flexible spacecraft during rotational maneuver by using variable structure output feedback control (VSOFC) and piezoelectric materials. The control configuration included the attitude controller based on VSOFC method and vibration attenuator designed by constant-gain negative velocity feedback control. The attitude controller consisted of a linear feedback term and a discontinuous feedback term. With the presence of this attitude controller, an additional flexible control system acting on the flexible parts can be designed for vibration control. Compared with conventional proportional-derivative (PD) control, the developed control scheme guarantees not only the stability of the closed-loop system, but also yields better performance and robustness in the presence of parametric uncertainties and external disturbance. Simulation results are presented for the spacecraft model to show the effectiveness of the proposed control techniques.
