摘要：Oxidized Bacterial Cellulose （OBC）-hydroxyapatite （HAp）-gelatin （Gel） nanocomposites were prepared by a biomimetic process. HAp nanocrystals were precipitated in a mixed solution ofNa2HPO4 （pH 9.2） and Gel solution at 37 ℃, and OBC was used to generate a three-dimensional （3D） network stent. The tensile strength of OBC-HAp-G was higher than 0.3 MPa, and the complete degradation time was approximately 90 d in Simulated Body Fluid （SBF）. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy demonstrated that a coordinate bond had formed possibly between HAp and the cellulose hydroxyl. X-ray diffraction showed that both the oxidation of bacterial cellulose and an increase in Gel content induced the formation of tiny HAp crystallites during composite fabrication. Specific surface area and porosity measurements indicated that a low Gel concentration contributed to retention of porous structure. The Ca and P contents on the surface of materials increased initially and then decreased with an increase in Gel content, as measured by energy dispersive spectroscopy. From the thermogravimetric data, the increase in decomposition temperature suggested the formation of chemical bonds among OBC, HAp, and Gel. The above results suggest that the OBC-HAp-G0.3 composite is a potential bone scaffold material.

摘要：Three degrees of freedom （3-DOF） Helmholtz resonator which consists of three cylindrical necks and cavities connected in series （neck-cavity-neck-cavity-neck-cavity） is suitable to reduce flow pulsation in hydraulic system. A novel lumped parameter model （LPM） of 3-DOF Helmholtz resonator in hydraulic system is developed which considers the viscous friction loss of hy- draulic fluid in the necks. Applying the Newton＇s second law of motion to the equivalent mechanical model of the resonator, closed-form expression of transmission loss and resonance frequency is presented. Based on the LPM, an optimal design method which employs rotate vector optimization method （RVOM） is proposed. The purpose of the optimal design is to search the reso- nator＇s unknown parameters so that its resonance frequencies can coincide with the pump-induced flow pulsation harmonics respectively. The optimal design method is realized to design 3-DOF Helmholtz resonator for a certain type of aviation piston pump hydraulic system. The optimization result shows the feasibility of this method, and the simulation under optimum parame- ters reveals that the LPM can get the same precision as transfer matrix method （TMM）.

摘要：This paper presents a simplified beam design method for semi-rigid composite frames with vertical loading at the serviceability limit state. Equations were developed to determine the deflections of the composite beam allowing for both joint flexibility and beam sectional properties, along with a formula for the connection secant stiffness. The equations for the connection stiffness are more accurate than previous equations used because it considers the beam-to-column stiffness ratio and the beam-to-connection stiffness ratio. The equations were validated by the experimental results for two semi-rigid composite frames. The equations agree well with the experimental data because they take into account the actual beam-to-column connections and the composite action between the steel beam and the concrete slab.

摘要：We have investigated the distribution of the electric field in p-i-n GaN avalanche photodiodes under different reverse bias values. type and separate absorption and multiplication （SAM） type We have also analyzed the influences of the parameters of each layer, including width and concentration, on the distribution of the electric field, especially on the breakdown voltage. It is found that a relatively high concentration of p-GaN （higher than 1×10^18 cm-3） and low cartier concentration of i-GaN （lower than 5×1016 cm-3） are helpful to restrict the electric field and reduce the breakdown voltage. In a SAM （p-i-n-i-n） structure, a suitable choice should be made for the concentration and thickness of the intermediate n-GaN layer in order to decrease breakdown voltage and prevent the device from degenerating into a p-i-n structure. Finally, the optimized material parameters of each layer are proposed.

摘要：Based on the 0.6/zm BCDMOS process a hysteretic-current-control mode white light LED drover wltla high accuracy and efficiency is presented. The driver can work with a 6-40 V power supply, the maximum output current is up to 1.0 A, the maximum switching frequency is up to 1 MHz, the output current error is less than ±5%, and the efficiency is greater than 80%. The circuit details of the high-side-current sensor and high-speed comparator, which greatly affect the accuracy of the whole driver, are emphasized. Then, the simulation and test results of this work are presented.

摘要：Pre-configured cycles （p-cycles） can attain high capacity efficiency and fast protection switching times in wavelength division multiplexing （WDM） networks. This article proposes the weighted straddling link algorithm（WSLA） for generating a subset of all cycles that can guarantee 100% restorability in case of dual link failure, and give an integer linear programming（1LP） formulation that solves the shared p-cycles design problem minimizing the total spare capacities. Numerical result shows that our method can achieve 100% dual link failure restorability with acceptable spare capacity. The larger standard deviation of demand set and the larger node degree network, the better the shared p-cycles scheme performs.

摘要：The 60-GHz traveling-wave tube （TWT） prevails nowadays as the amplifier for the satellite communication and electronic countermeasures. The folded waveguide （FW） is a promising all-metal slow-wave structure （SWS） for the 60-GHz TWT with advantages of robust performance, fine heat dissipation, considerable power and bandwidth. A novel FW periodically loaded with rectangular grooves is analyzed for the purpose of gaining higher power and gain. The rf characteristics are investigated by numerical simulation, and the nonlinear large- signal performance of such a TWT is analyzed by a 3I） particle-in-cell code MAGIC. Compared with normal circuits, relatively higher continuous-wave power （40-56 W） and similar bandwidth （5 GHz） are predicted by simulation. Meanwhile, the designed operation voltage is 10.5 kV, which keeps the low-voltage advantage of the popular helix TWT competitor.
