摘要：This paper focuses on the analysis of running conditions and machining processes of conical cam with oscillating follower. We point out the common errors existing in the design and machining of the widely used plane expansion method of conical cam trough-out line. We show that the motion can be divided into two parts, i.e. the oscillating motion of oscillating bar and the rotary motion of oscillating bar relative to the conical cam. By increasing the rotary motion of oscillating bar, the motion path of tapered roller on oscillating bar (i.e. contour surface of conical cam) can be expanded on the cylinder. Based on these analyses, we present a creative and effective designing and machining method for 3D curve expansion of conical cam with oscillating follower.

摘要：Many kinds of devices with cam have been widely used in various mechanical equipments. However, non-equalization machining for spatial cam trough remains to be a difficult problem. This paper focuses on the analysis of running conditions and machining processes of spatial cam with oscillating follower. We point out the common errors in the biased distance cutting. By analyzing the motion of oscillating follower of spatial cam, we present a new 3D curve expansion model of spatial cam trough-outline. Based on this model, we have proposed a machining method for trochoidal milling with non-equalization diameter cutter. This new method has led to a creative and effective way for non-equalization diameter machining for spatial cam with oscillating follower.

摘要：In 2005, Bao, et al. [Appl. Math. and Comput., vol.169, No.2, 2005] showed that Tzeng, et al.’s nonrepudiable threshold multi-proxy multi-signature scheme with shared verification was insecure, and proposed an improved scheme with no Share Distribution Center (SDC). This paper shows that Bao, et al.’s scheme suffers from the proxy relationship inversion attack and forgery attack, and pro- poses an improvement of Bao, et al.’s scheme.

摘要：Four ionic liquids （ILs）： 3-（diethoxyphosphoryl）propyl triphenylphosphinium hexafluorophosphate [Ph3PC3P（OEt）2][PF6] （IL-1）, 3-（ethoxyphenylphosphoryl）propyl triphenylphosphinium hexafluorophosphate [Ph3PC3PPh（OEt）][PF6] （IL-2）, 3-（diphenylphosphoryl）propyl triphenylphosphinium hexafluorophosphate [Ph3PC3P（Ph）2][PF6] （IL-3）, and 3-（diethoxyphosphoryl）propyl triphenylphosphinium bis（trifluoromethanesulfonyl）imide [Ph3PC3P（OEt）2][NTf2] （IL-4） were synthesized and characterized by IR and 31p, 1H, 13C NMR spectroscopy. The liquid-liquid extraction of neodymium（Ⅲ） by these phosphorus functionalized ionic liquids （PFILs） diluted with common room temperature ionic liquid 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium bis（trifluoromethylsulfonyl）imide [C6mim][NTf2] was studied. The extraction percentage of Nd（Ⅲ） was measured as a fimction of various parameters, such as the ini- tial pH of aqueous phase, equilibrium time, temperature, and concentration of PFIL extractant. The influence of the nature of diluents and salting-out reagents on extraction was also investigated. The results indicated that the extraction process was exothermical and the extraction percentage of Nd（Ⅲ） by IL-1 was the highest among the PFILs investigated. A possible metal complexation mechanism was proposed for the present PFIL/IL extraction system. And the loaded Nd（Ⅲ） ions by PFIL could be stripped completely from the ionic liquid phase by 1 mol/L nitric acid.

摘要：Localization is one of the substantial issues in wireless sensor networks. The key problem for the mobile beacon localization is how to choose the appropriate beacon trajectory. However, little research has been done on it. In this paper, firstly, we deduce the number of positions for a beacon to send a packet according to the acreage of ROI (region of interest); and next we present a novel method based on virtual force to arrange the positions in arbitrary ROI; then we apply TSP (travelling salesman problem) algorithm to the positions sequence to obtain the optimal touring path, i.e. the reduced beacon trajectory. When a mobile beacon moves along the touring path, sending RF signals at every position, the sensors in ROI can work out their position with trilateration. Experimental results demonstrate that the localization method, based on the beacon reduced path, is efficient and has flexible accuracy.

摘要：MnZn soft magnetic ferrites have been widely utilized in power electronics,owing to the combined merits of high permeability and low energy ***,their deployment would result in a drastic increase in power dissipation at>3 MHz,thus limiting the scope extent of miniaturization,together with their ***,we report a high-performance MnZn ferrite by doping multiple ions(La,Ti,Si,Ca)at grain boundaries,achieving the most optimized power loss of 267 kW/m^(3) at 5 MHz(10 m T,100℃)and initial permeability of 644,which is much better than the previously reported results and commercial *** an improvement is attributed to weakened magnetic exchange coupling at grain-boundary regions,associated with a significant transition from the multi-to mono-domain structures,originating physically from large crystallographic mis-orientations(>25°).The present study bears important significance in understanding the intrinsic correlation between the crystallographic mis-orientation and magnetic domain structure,and provides an alternative way for optimizing high-frequency soft magnetic ferrites.

摘要：The current research of configurable product design mainly focuses on how to convert a predefined set of components into a valid set of product structures. With the scale and complexity of configurable products increasing, the interdependencies between customer demands and product structures grow up as well. The result is that existing product structures fails to satisfy the individual customer requirements and hence product variants are needed. This paper is aimed to build a bridge between customer demands and product structures in order to make demand-driven fast response design feasible. First of all, multi-hierarchical models of configurable product design are established with customer demand model, technical requirement model and product structure model. Then, the transition of multi-hierarchical models among customer demand model, technical requirement model and product structure model is solved with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process （FAHP） and the algorithm of multi-level matching. Finally, optimal structure according to the customer demands is obtained with the calculation of Euclidean distance and similarity of some cases. In practice, the configuration design of a clamping unit of injection molding machine successfully performs an optimal search strategy for the product variants with reasonable satisfaction to individual customer demands. The proposed method can automatically generate a configuration design with better alternatives for each product structures, and shorten the time of finding the configuration of a product.
