摘要：Au/3DOM（three-dimensionally ordered macroporous） Al2O3 and Au/CeO2/3DOM Al2O3 were prepared using a reduction-deposition method and characterized using scanning electron microscopy,N2 adsorption-desorption,X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy,temperature-programmed hydrogen reduction,and X-ray photoelectron *** nanoparticles of similar sizes were well dispersed and supported on the inner walls of uniform *** norminal Au loading is 2%.Al-Ce-O solid solution in CeO2/3DOM Al2O3 catalysts can be formed due to the incorporation of Al^3＋ ions into the ceria lattice,which causes the creation of extrinsic oxygen *** extrinsic oxygen vacancies improved the oxygen-transport *** strong metal-support interactions between Au and CeO2 increased the amount of active oxygen on the Au nanoparticle surfaces,and this promoted soot *** activities of the Au-based catalysts were higher than those of the supports（Al2O3 or CeO2/3DOM Al2O3） at low ***/CeO2/3DOM Al2O3 had the highest catalytic activity for soot combustion,with T（10）,T（50）,and T（90） values of 273,364,and 412℃,respectively.

摘要：In order to make a 10 Gbit/s 2：1 half-rate multiplexer operate without external clocks, a 5 Gbit/s clock recovery （CR） circuit is needed to extract the desired clock from one input data. For the CR circuit, a 3-stage ring voltage-controlled oscillator （VCO） is employed to avoid an unreliable startup of a 2-stage VCO and a low oscillation frequency of a 4-stage VCO. A phase frequency detector （PFD） is used to expand the pull-in range to meet the wide tuning range of a VCO required by process-voltage-temperature （PVT） variation. SMIC 0. 18-μm CMOS technology is adopted and the core area is 170 μm ×270 μm. Measurements show that, under a 1.8 V supply voltage, it consumes only about 90 mW, and has an input sensitivity of less than 25 mV, an output single-ended swing of above 300 mV, a phase noise of - 114 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset and a pull-in range of 1 GHz.

摘要：Freeze drying has a deleterious effect on the viability of microorganisms. In front of this difficulty, the present study adopts response surface methodology to optimize the chemical compositions of protective agents to seek for maximum viability of Bifidobacterium longum BIOMA 5920 during freeze-drying. Through the compara- tive analysis of single protectant, the complex protective agents show better effect on the Bifidobacterium viability. Human-like collagen (HLC), trehalose and glycerol are confirmed as significant factors by Box-Behnken Design. The optimized formula for these three variables is tested as follows: HLC 1.23%, trehalose 11.50% and glycerol 4.65%. Under this formula, the viability is 88.23%, 39.67% higher in comparison to the control. The viable count is 1.07×10 9 cfu·g-1 , greatly exceeding the minimum viable count requirement (10 6 cfu·g-1 ).

摘要：通过拨动细胞实现遗传物质的移动,并在对卵母细胞的拨动机理进行深入分析的基础上,根据极体是否可见将卵母细胞的自动拨动过程分为翻动和转动两部分。进一步的,对翻动过程中的卵母细胞进行建模,并通过实验首次提出并实现了四种卵母细胞的自动拨动轨迹。随后,对影响卵母细胞翻动幅度的因素进行了研究,并通过实验证实翻动的幅度可以通过拨动微针的离焦高度进行控制。最后,绵羊的大批量核移植操作应用结果表明,使用设计的自动拨动轨迹的移动遗传物质的成功率可达95%以上。同时,拨动过程中极体出现的位置也和本文提出的翻动模型计算的结果一致,从而验证了本文工作的有效性。

摘要：下一代互联网NGI(next generation Intemet)需要提供服务质量QoS(quality of service)路由能力.由于NGI网络状态难以精确测量与表达,因此,QoS路由基于的信息应该是模糊的.随着网络运营的渐趋商业化,付费上网要求实现QoS计费,而网络提供方与用户的利益冲突要求实现效用双赢.设计了一种基于模糊积分和博弈论的QoS组播路由机制.该机制由边评判、博弈分析和组播路由树建立算法组成,基于模糊积分和适合隶属度函数对边进行模糊综合评判,通过博弈分析确定网络提供方与用户在边上的效用能否达到Nash均衡,通过组播路由树建立算法使得在建立的组播路由树上不仅用户QoS要求得到满足,而且网络提供方效用与用户效用达到或接近Nash均衡下的Pareto最优.仿真结果表明,与QoSMIC等机制相比,该机制具有较好的性能.
