摘要：A study was conducted to analyze the deformation mechanism of strongly weathered quartz schist in the Daliangshan Tunnel,located in the western Transverse Mountain area.A large deformation problem was experienced during the tunnel *** mitigate this problem,a support system was designed incorporating negative Poisson ratio(NPR)anchor cables with negative Poisson ratio *** model experiments,field experiments,and numerical simulation experiments were conducted to investigate the compensation mechanical behavior of NPR anchor *** large deformations of soft rocks in the Daliangshan Tunnel are caused by a high ground stress,a high degree of joint fracture development,and a high degree of surrounding rock fragmentation.A compensation mechanics support system combining long and short NPR anchor cables was suggested to provide sufficient counter-support force(approximately 350 kN)for the surrounding rock inside the *** the NPR anchor cable support system with the original support system used in the Daliangshan tunnel showed that an NPR anchor cable support system,combining cables of 6.3 m and 10.3 m in length,effectively prevented convergence of surrounding rock deformation,and the integrated settlement convergence value remained below 300 *** study provides an effective scientific basis for resolving large deformation problems in deeply buried soft rocks in western transverse mountain areas.

摘要：A biomimetic three-dimensional piezoresistive vibration sensor based on MEMS technology is reported. The mechanical properties of the sensor are analyzed and the static and dynamic characteristics of the sensor are simulated by ANSYS Workbenchl2.0. The structure was made by MEMS processes including lithography, ion implantation, PECVD, etching, etc. Finally, the sensor is tested by using a TV5220 sensor auto calibration system. The results show that the lowest sensitivity of the sensor is 394.7μV/g and can reach up to 460.2 μV/g, and the dimension coupling is less than 0.6152%, and the working frequency range is 0-1000 Hz.

摘要：In this work, epitaxial growth of LaMnO3 thin films on different substrates using pulsed laser deposition under tensile and compressive strain was studied. The intrinsic exchange bias effect was observed in the single A-type antiferromagnetic LaMnO3 films no matter whether the tensile or compressive strain was supplied by the substrates. Due to the lattice mismatch between the film and different substrates, the intense strain can induce MnO6 octahedral rotation in the bottom region of the film neighboring the substrate, which leads to the distortion of MnO6 octahedron and the net magnetic behavior. However, the upper part maintains the original A-type antiferromagnetic order due to strain relaxation. The exchange bias effect in single films is attributed to the coupling between the bottom canted magnetic part and the upper antiferromagnetic region. The observation of exchange bias in single films on different substrates enables the emergence of a new class of biasing components in spintronics, which are based on strain-engineering.

摘要：Charge separation and transformation are some of the key requirements for high-efficiency photocatalysis. The photocatalytic reaction mechanism provides a guideline for the development and commercialization of high-efficiency photocatalysts. In this study, we designed and favorably synthesized BMO@BOC heterojunctions via a facile solvothermal route and applied the heat treatment method for application in high-efficiency photocatalytic NO removal. More importantly, both continuous stream and intermittent stream methods with in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy were applied to intuitively and dynamically investigate the adsorption process and oxidation process of NO removal over the photocatalyst surface. The intermediate products(NO-, NO2-, and NO2) were explicitly detected in both the adsorption process and oxidation process, whilst the final product(NO3-) appeared only in the oxidation process, owing to the separation, migration, and conversion of photoinduced electron-hole pairs.

摘要：A new method for patterned sapphire substrate （PSS） design is developed and proven to be reliable and cost-effective. As progress is made with LEDs＇ luminous efficiency, the pattern units of PSS become more complicated, and the effect of complicated geometrical features is almost impossible to study systematically by experiments only. By employing our new method, the influence of pattern parameters can be systematically studied, and various novel patterns are designed and optimized within a reasonable time span, with great improvement in LEDs＇ light extraction efficiency （LEE）. Clearly, PSS pattern design with such a method deserves particular attention. We foresee that GaN-based LEDs on these newly designed PSSs will achieve more progress in the coming years.

摘要：Global illumination is the core part of photo-realistic rendering. The photon mapping algorithm is an effective method for computing global illumination with its obvious advantage of caustic and color bleeding rendering. It is an active research field that has been developed over the past two decades. The deficiency of precise details and efficient rendering are still the main challenges of photon mapping. This report reviews recent work and classifies it into a set of categories including radiance estimation, photon relaxation, photon tracing, progressive photon mapping, and parallel methods. The goals of our report are giving readers an overall introduction to photon mapping and motivating further research to address the limitations of existing methods.

摘要：The forward modeling procedure used in this article is formulated with the volume integral equation based on the tensor Green＇s function. The electromagnetic components responses are first calculated in the frequency domain and then transformed to the time domain by digital filtering. The valley and hill topography with a layered earth is stimulated by a horizontal electric dipole （HED） transmitter, which is common in field surveys, and the TEM responses are calculated at the transmitter and receivers. The topography effects on the long offset electromagnetic transient （LOTEM） responses are discussed in detail. The results show that both valley and hill topography has significant effect on the LOTEM measurement. If the HED is located in the bottom of a valley, the distortion of the observed anomalous field at distance is severe. A valley at the receiver locations show a strong effect but are localized in space and time. In general, hill-shaped topography shows smaller effects no matter where its located. When the topography is located between source and receivers, the influence is negligible. We conclude that the location of the source is much more important than the receivers and it is critical to put the transmitter in an open flat area in the field survey.

摘要：To promote the performance of the traditional multichannel filter bank which leads to speech quality degradation,an efficient design method of the non-uniform cosine modulated filter bank（CMFB） based on the audiogram for digital hearing aids is proposed. First, a low-pass prototype filter is designed by the linear iterative algorithm. Secondly,the uniform CMFB is achieved on the basis of the principle formulas. Then, the adjacent channels of a uniform filter bank which have low or gradual slopes are merged according to the trend of audiogram of the hearing impaired person. Finally,the corresponding non-uniform CMFB is obtained. Simulation results show that the signal processed by the proposed filter bank is similar to the original signal in a time-domain waveform and spectrogram without significant distortion or difference. The speech quality results show that the personal evaluation of speech quality（PESQ） of non-uniform CMFB is 35% higher than that of the traditional design, and the hearing-aid speech quality index（HASQI） increases by about 40%.
