摘要：随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对房屋建筑室内、室外环境的要求日益重视,而建筑物理正是一门研究在规划和建筑设计中如何运用工程技术手段来给人们提供舒适的建筑热环境、光环境、声环境的综合性学科,这门学科主要由建筑热工学、建筑光学、建筑声学3个学科组成。本文以青岛市金水路小学改扩建工程为例,分别阐述建筑热工学、建筑光学、建筑声学在小学建筑设计的具体应用,并试图提出一些可行性建议和解决办法,希望可以为未来类似的项目提供借鉴性参考。

摘要：During the past few decades, both positive and negative aspects of indoor air movement on human comfort perception have been studied. However, most research has focused on collecting empirical evidence to support the potential application of airflows in practice. In this context, numerous studies have encouraged the use of moving air to promote comfort in warm environments, especially with regard to the application of dynamic airflows. Through these studies, the effects of different airflow parameters(such as air velocity, turbulence intensity, and fluctuation frequency) on human comfort perception have gradually been identified and even quantified. This article aims to summarize the progress in the literature concerning dynamic characteristics and comfort assessment of airflows in four main sections: demand for indoor airflows, parameters of indoor airflows, comfort assessment of indoor airflows, and dynamic airflows and their *** paper will hopefully aid the understanding of human perception of indoor airflows and guide future research.

摘要：The operational rating system in building energy performance certificates(EPCs) has been used for systematically monitoring and diagnosing the energy performance in the operation and maintenance phases of existing buildings. However, there are several limitations of the conventional operational rating system,which can be subdivided into three aspects:(i) building category;(i i) region category; and(iii) space unit size. To overcome these challenges, this study conducted the problem analysis of the conventional operational rating system for existing buildings by using the statistical and geostatistical approaches. Based on the problem analysis, this study developed the dynamic operational rating(DOR) system for existing buildings by using the data-mining technique and the probability approach. The developed DOR system can be used as a tool for building energy performance *** validate the applicability of the developed DOR system, educational facilities were selected as the representative type of existing buildings in South Korea. As a result, it was determined that the developed DOR system can solve the irrationality of the conventional operational rating system(i.e., the negative correlation between the space unit size and the CO2 emission density). Namely, the operational ratings of small buildings were adjusted upward while those of large buildings were adjusted downward. The developed DOR system can allow policymakers to establish the reasonable operational rating system for existing buildings, which can motivate the public to actively participate in energy-saving campaigns.

摘要：This paper presents an experimental study of a new designed Trombe wall in combination with solar chimney and water spraying system in a test room under Yazd(Iran) desert *** Trombe wall area is 50% of that of the southern wall of the building that occupies less space and reduces the implementation costs. The new design of the channel has caused the absorber to receive the solar radiation from three directions. Based on the results, the optimum mass flow rate and the nozzle diameter of the water spraying system has been obtained 10 l/h and 30 μm, respectively. The results indicate that the water spraying system decreases indoor temperature and increases indoor relative humidity by about 8 ℃ and 17%, respectively. The most effect of outdoor relative humidity variation is on indoor relative humidity, rather than indoor temperature. When outdoor temperature increases, both indoor relative humidity and the difference between indoor and outdoor relative humidity decreases.
