摘要：当前，上海市正从工业化转向后工业化，而后工业化的核心是知识经济。围绕知识经济，教育尤其是职业教育要逐步摆脱把人作为一种简单．Y-具来培养的做法。在知识经济时代，人的能力、综合素质就显得尤为重要，应考虑教育能带给学生什么，职业教育应该更加贴近岗位、贴近产业。上海第十次党代会提出走创新驱动、转型发展之路，而教育包括职业教育作为一个基础性、全局性、先导性的领域，更需要转变发展方式。这是上海中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要提出的要求．也是上海教育综合改革试验区任务的目标之一。高职院校要切实完成自身的顶层设计、队伍建设、结构调整、特色凝练、科学管理、校风培育，进而实现办学规模的不断扩大、办学条件的不断改善、办学质量的不断提升、社会影响力和吸引力的不断增强，切实开创出学校全面、协调、可持续发展的新局面。

摘要：知识型企业系指从事知识产品规划、设计、生产、传播和销售的企业。随着信息技术的不断发展，知识经济正以其挡不住的魅力向各行各业渗透，知识型企业管理首当其冲，组织结构扁平化、管理方式柔性化和办公方式分散化是知识型管理的三大趋势，其中柔性化代表了未来企业管理的潮流和走向。“柔性管理”是相对于“刚性管理”提出来的。“刚性管理”以“规章制度为中心”，凭借制度约束、纪律监督、奖惩规则等手段对企业员工进行管理，这是２０世纪通行的泰勒管理模式。而“柔性管理”则是“以人为中心”，依据企业的共同价值观和文化、精神氛围进行的人格化管理，它是在研究人的心理和行为规律的基础上，采用非强制性方式，在员工心目中产生一种潜在的说服力，从而把组织意志变为个人的自觉行动。“柔性管理”的最大特点，在于它主要不是依靠外力（如上级的发号施令），而是依靠人性解放、权力平等、民主管理，从内心深处来激发每个员工的内在潜力、主动性和创造精神，使他们能真正做到心情舒畅、不遗余力地为企业不断开拓新的优良业绩，成为企业在全球性激烈的市场竞争中取得竞争优势的力量源泉。对“柔性管理”进行过深入探讨的郑其绪教授这样概括“柔性管理”的特征：内在重于外在，心理重于物理，身教重于言教，肯定重于否定，激励重于控制，务实重于务虚。显然，在知识型企业管理柔性化之后，管理者更加看重的是职工的积极性和创造性，更加看重的是职工的主动精神和自我约束。“柔性管理”在未来企业管理中的作用表现在：１．激发人的创造性在工业社会，主要财富来源于资产，而知识经济时代的主要财富来源于知识。知识根据其存在形式，可分为显性知识和隐性知识，前者主要是指以专利、科学发明和特殊技术等形式存在的知识，后者则指员工的创造性知识、思想的体现。显性知识人所共知，而隐性知识只存在于员工的头脑中，难以掌握和控制。要让员工自觉、自愿地将自己的知识、思想奉献给企业，实现“知识共享”，单靠“刚性管理”不行，只能通过“柔性管理”。２．适应瞬息万变的外部经营环境知识经济时代是信息爆炸的时代，外部环境的易变性与复杂性一方面要求战略决策者必须整合各类专业人员的智慧；另一方面又要求战略决策的出台必须快速。这意味着必须打破传统的严格的部门分工的界限，实行职能的重新组合，让每个员工或每个团队获得独立处理问题的能力，独立履行职责的权利，而不必层层请示。因而仅仅靠规章制度难以有效地管理该类组织，而只有通过“柔性管理”，才能提供“人尽其才”的机制和环境，才能迅速准确做出决策，才能在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。

摘要：This essay offers a philosophical perspective that, in breaking with both the open and surreptitious dialectical method still so prominent in academic discourse, follows Heidegger in trying to conceive of a radically non-dialectical manner of approaching affirmation, negation, and neutrality. As with Heidegger, this is attempted through a turn towards art and the "emancipated contingency" that characterizes much creative production. In contrast to action and production within the knowledge economy, the creation of the artwork concerns a knowing of unknowingness (described by Maurice Blanchot as the neutral) that demands a rethink of action in relation to truth and errancy. Indeed, the very working of the work of art is conceived here as a truth that is precisely "set to work" (Heidegger) by errancy. Through a consideration of the essential difference between choice and decision and the different "beginning" of art that this suggests, the essay concludes with some reflections of the theme of art"s fascination and the and the affirmation of the unknown.

摘要：There is a perception in the public, political, and trade discourse that private sector procurement performs "better" than does public sector procurement. This research considers whether this perception is justified. This paper proposes a conceptual framework for assessing issues that influence procurement performance. The framework takes into account the organization"s business goals, its procurement principles, the design of its procurement capability, the intellectual capital or knowledge that is used to support procurement operations, and the use of knowledge management methods. To represent these factors, the framework adapts the conceptual framework proposed by McElroy (2002), leverages Andriessen"s (2005) characterization of intellectual capital, and adopts Bedford"s (2012) description of the practice of knowledge management. The results, though preliminary and exploratory, suggest that factors which are more often practiced in the private sector than the public sector contribute to higher performance.
