摘要：在高频电子线路的教学中引入工程实践辅助教学,设计仿真及实物演示,从而大大提升学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高学生的工程实践技能和创新能力。通过创新教学手段和教学方法,在使学生扎实掌握基本理论的基础上,提高课堂教学效果。文章论述了低噪声放大器的主要技术指标,对电路设计中的诸多要点进行了分析,通过在高频电子线路课程教学中引入ads射频电路仿真软件进行低噪放的模拟和优化,最终实现了三级低噪声放大器的研制。通过电路调试,达到了预定的技术指标,成功实现了高性能、小尺寸、低噪声放大器的建设目标。

摘要：针对某型号超短波接收机研制需求,使用ads(Advanced Design System)软件对该超短波接收机射频前端进行设计与仿真。通过分析接收机的性能需求,结合接收机主要工作原理和技术指标选取二次变频超外差接收机结构做为实现方案,根据设计方案在ads中建立了射频前端的系统级仿真模型,并对射频前端的噪声系数、灵敏度、增益和互调失真等多个关键指标进行了设计分析和仿真计算,结果表明该射频前端各项指标满足设计要求。

摘要：设计了一组具有小波纹特性并且工作在5G附近频段的微波低通滤波器和带通滤波器。采用半集总参数结构,通过与最大平坦度特性比较,选择了滤波特性更加优越的切比雪夫低通原型滤波器,这种类型的滤波器主要采用耦合微带线形式,该文对这种滤波器设计进行了理论分析并仿真。该实验通过分析计算,并根据实际情况改变了滤波器节数,最终基于ads软件仿真,将低通滤波器带内最大波纹控制在了-0.383 dB,最高频率为5 GHz;带通滤波器以5.5 GHz为中心频率,通带带宽为1 GHz,带内最大波纹为-2.166 dB。

摘要：针对目前运载火箭箱底、筒段、圆环零件的焊缝采用传统胶片照相进行检测,存在自动化程度低、过程繁琐、数字化程度低、且底片无法进行长期保存,无法满足当前多型号火箭并举下的快节奏研制需求.运用X射线与成像板相结合的无损检测方法,采用双七轴机器人和同步升降转台作为运动执行机构,采用ads多线程通信与Ethercat总线方式实现倍福控制器、成像检测软件、射线机、机器人和同步升降转台的实时通信,研发了一种基于机器人的多自由度数字射线成像检测系统,通过运动执行机构的路径规划与无损检测焊缝成像实现产品环缝、纵缝、变曲率焊缝的检测自动化,与传统胶片照相相比,检测效率提升5倍,检测精度提高42%,满足了目前对多型号火箭贮箱的检测工作.

摘要：For the Chinese-ads project, to provide enough neutrons to drive the subcritical system, tens of MW spallation targets for the C-ads are necessary. This is not an easy task. Here we propose a new concept for a gravity-driven dense granular flow target, in which heavy metal grains are chosen as the spallation target material. Compared with currently widely used targets, this conceptual design has advantages with regard to heat removal, thermal shock protection, neutron yield, radiotoxicity reduction, and convenient operation. The gravity-driven dense granular flow target has the potential to easily deal with these issues and to form a foundation for tens of MW spallation targets for cost-effective facilities. Preliminary simulations and experiments have been completed to support this conceptual design.

摘要：As well known, all higher dimensional Kerr-NUT-ads metrics with arbitrary rotation and NUT parameters in an asymptotically Ad S spacetime have a new hidden symmetry. In this paper, we show that in the near horizon,the isometry group is enhanced to include the dilatation and special conformal transformation, and find the conformal transformation contains the cosmological constant. It is demonstrated that for near horizon extremal Kerr-NUT-ads(NHEK-N-Ad S) only one rank-2 Killing tensor decomposes into a quadratic combination of the Killing vectors in terms of conformal group, while the others are functionally independent.

摘要：An OFET charge model, as well as its parameter extraction method are presented. The fitting results are also discussed and different OFET model characters are compared. Some basic OFET based digital circuit blocks, including the inverter, NAND, and ring oscillator are also developed, which would be considered to be helpful to the design of relevant applications.
