摘要：Circulating fluidized bed combustion （CFBC） ash can be potentially used as supplementary cementitious materials for concrete production due to its desirable pozzolanic activity. The adsorption properties of CFBC ash-cement pastes were studied, and ordinary pulverized coal combustion （PCC） fly ash-cement pastes were used as control. The water-adsorption and superplasticizer （SP）-adsorption properties of the pastes were evaluated by water demand and UV-visible absorption spectroscopy respectively. The results show that CFBC ash-cement system has greater compressive strength as compared with PCC fly ash-cement system at a given curing age, although the water demand of the former is significantly higher than that of the latter. CFBC ash-cement pastes possess higher adsorption ability of aliphatic SP than PCC fly ash-cement pastes and the adsorption amount increases with an increase in ash replacement ratio. CFBC ash- cement pastes exhibit lower workability with higher slump loss. It is concluded that CFBC ash can be potentially used as supplementary cementitious material in concrete production, but the mix design of CFBC ash concrete needs to be appropriately adjusted. It is suggested that CFBC ash is used for the production of the concrete needing low flowability.

摘要：Experimental design was applied in the optimization of crude oil adsorption from saline waste water using raw *** application of response surface methodology(RSM) was presented with temperature,salinity of water,pH,adsorbent dose,and initial oil content as factors.A quadratic model could be used to approximate the mathematical relationship of crude oil removal on the five significant independent *** values and experimental values are found to be in good agreement with R2 of 97.44%.The result of optimization shows that the maximum crude oil removal is equal to 67.38% under the optimal condition of temperature of 46.53 °C,salinity of 37.2 g/L,pH of 3,adsorbent dose of 9 g/L and initial oil content of 300×10-6.

摘要：The study evaluated the adsorption of two antibiotics by four engineered adsorbents （hypercrosslinked resin MN-202, macroporous resin XAD-4, activated carbon F-400, and multi-walled carbon nanotubes （MWCNT）） from aqueous solutions. The dynamic results demonstrated the dominant influence of pore size in adsorption. The adsorption amounts of antibiotics on XAD-4 were attributed to the hydrophobic effect, whereas steric hindrance or micropore-filling played a main role in the adsorption of antibiotics by F-400 because of its high microporosity. Aside from F-400, similar patterns of pH-dependent adsorption were observed, implying the importance of antibiotic molecular forms to the adsorption process for adsorbents. Increasing the ionic concentration with CaCl 2 produced particular adsorption characteristics on MWCNT at pH 2.0 and F-400 at pH 8.0, which were attributed to the highly available contact surfaces and molecular sieving, respectively. Its hybrid characteristics incorporating a considerable portion of mesopores and micropores made hypercross linked MN-202 a superior antibiotic adsorbent with high adsorption capacity. Furthermore, the adsorption capacity of MWCNT on the basis of surface area was more advantageous than that of the other adsorbents because MWCNT has a much more compact molecular arrangement.

摘要：Hydrogel-Ⅰ was fabricated via sodium alginate in situ-embedding with MAL powders and then applied to decontaminating Pb(Ⅱ) from water. Conditions for preparing Hydrogel-Ⅰ and the adsorption of Pb(Ⅱ) over Hydrogel-I were optimized through response surface methodology coupled with central composite design. XPS revealed that the groups of —OH, —COO—, —NH, —NHand —CSS— carried by Hydrogel-Ⅰ were responsible for the uptake of Pb(Ⅱ). Ions exchange, surface complexation, electrostatic attraction and pore-filling effect contributed to the adsorption process. adsorption performances of Pb(Ⅱ) by Hydrogel-Ⅰ and MAL powders were compared. Although they exhibited similar adsorption rate and maximum adsorption capacity(qm), the reusing ability of Hydrogel-Ⅰ was better and it was easier to be separated from aqueous solution after treatment. Even compared with organic hydrogel materials,Hydrogel-Ⅰ presented relatively quick adsorption speed and high adsorption capacity. It can be concluded that Hydrogel-Ⅰ could be an alternative scavenger for the treatment of Pb(Ⅱ) from aqueous solution.

摘要：A heat pipe type adsorption ice maker with two adsorbers for fishing boats is designed by using ammonia as refrigerant and compound of activated carbon-CaCl2 as adsorbent. This type of heat pipe adsorber can solve the problem of incompatibility between ammonia, copper, seawater and steel. The working process of the ice maker with 8.7kg adsorbent per bed is simulated. The results show that the optimal semi-cycle time is about 9 min at the evaporating temperature of -15℃, where the corresponding cooling power, specific cooling power per kilogram adsorbent SCP and coefficient of refrigerant performance COP are respectively 3.6kW, 217W·kg-1 and 0.404.

摘要：A simple and rapid analytical method for the simultaneous quantification of three commercial azo dyes—Tartrazine (TAR), Congo Red (CR), and Amido Black (AB) in water is presented. The simultaneous assessment of the individual concentration of an organic dye in mixtures using a spectrophotometric method is a difficult procedure in analytical chemistry, due to spectral overlapping. This drawback can be overcome if a multivariate calibration method such as Partial Least Squares Regression (PLSR) is used. This study presents a calibration model based on absorption spectra in the 300 - 650 nm range for a set of 20 different mixtures of dyes, followed by the prediction of the concentrations of dyes in 6 validation mixtures, randomly selected, using the PLSR method. Estimated limits of detection (LOD) were 0.106, 0.047 and 0.079 mg/L for TAR, CR, and AB, respectively, and limits of quantification (LOQ) were 0.355, 0.157 and 0.265 mg/L for TAR, CR, and AB, respectively. Quantitative determination of the three azo dyes was performed following optimized adsorption experiments onto chitosan beads of mixtures of TAR, CR and AB. adsorption isotherm and kinetic studies were carried out, proving that the proposed PLSR method is rapid, accurate and reliable.
