摘要：There are DAC structures available in the literature for radix r = 2, 3, and 4;but how they are arrived at is missing. No general structure is available for any radix r. The aim of the paper is, therefore, to fulfil these gaps. To start with, the design relations are derived for the simplest possible attenuator circuit when connected to a voltage source V and a series resistance R, such that the complete circuit offers the Thevenin resistance R. Spread relations for this attenuator are derived. An example when 3 such attenuators with different attenuation constants are connected in cascade is given. Interestingly, the two attenuators with attenuation factors 1/2 and 1/3 have the same spread of 2. A generalized attenuator is then obtained when N number of identical attenuators are connected in cascade. This is modified to derive a digital to analog converter for any radix r.

摘要：把虚拟仿真技术引入电子设计类课程的实验教学中,从改善传统实验教学模式的思路出发,设计了基于analog Discovery的多功能有源滤波器实验系统。该系统包括了一整套电路设计开发流程,首先在Multisim上进行电路仿真,然后利用analog Discovery套件搭建多功能有源滤波器电路,最后通过Waveforms软件实现滤波信号的实时动态显示,从而完成整个多功能有源滤波器设计实验。实践表明,基于analog Discovery、Multisim仿真软件和Waveforms图形化软件,该系统能有效地完成多功能有源滤波器的设计开发工作,不受限于时间地点等因素,可随时调整,灵活方便,可操作性强,结果清晰明确,弥补了传统实验存在的不足。

摘要：文章针对最新版EMV Level 1标准,对PCD的EMV Level 1 analog test认证的检测环境及检测项目进行总结,对实际测试中可能遇到的问题进行分析,总结出其技术难点。针对这些难点提出PCD设计中需要重点关注的方面以及设计技巧,进一步给出调试中使用怎样的方法达到系统的最优配置,成功通过EMV Level1 analog test的检测。

摘要：The method and procedure of realizing parameter statistical correlation analysis ofbipolar analog IC’s are given,and the statistical model of parameter are constructed with doubleparameters(B_F,R_S).Based on the comparison and analysis of the circuit characteristics,it isshown that the method can be used for analysis and design of bipolar IC’s.

摘要：A common current source, generally used to bias cross-coupled differential amplifiers in a transconductor, controls third harmonic distortion (HD3) poorly. Separate current sources are shown to provide better control on HD3) . In this paper, a detailed design and analysis is presented for a transconductor made using this biasing technique. The transconductor, in addition, is made to offer high Gm, low power dissipation and is designed for linearly tunable Gm with current mode load as one of the applications. The circuit exhibits HD3) of less than –43.7 dB, high current efficiency of 1.18 V-1 and Gm of 390 μS at 1 VGp-p @ 50 MHz. UMC 0.18 μm CMOS process technology is used for simulation at supply voltage of 1.8 V.

摘要：In this paper, we propose multi-fin FET design techniques targeted for RF applications. Overlap and underlap design configuration in a base FinFET are compared first and then multi-fin device (consisting of transistor unit up to 50) is studied to develop design limitations and to evaluate their effects on the device performance. We have also investigated the impact of the number of fins (up to 50) in multi-fin structure and resulting RF parameters. Our results show that as the number of fin increases, underlap design compromises RF performance and short channel effects. The results provide technical understanding that is necessary to realize new opportunities for RF and analog mixed-signal design with nanoscale FinFETs.

摘要：Simulated signal, produced by digital to analog converter, is important and necessary in many fields, such as electronic experiment, equipment debugging and maintenance, especially, in medical area. In this paper, the design and application of an effective software which may be used to generate simulated signal data by special wave picture obtained by scanner or drawing software are presented. First, we introduce how to realize producing needed data that meet the given conditions including amplitude, samples and resolution by this software. Second, the method and steps of getting the stimulated signal data from wave figure file is given. Third, an example of application about this software to generate simulated physiological signal data is shown. Then, the data are put into use and by digital to analog converter, an idea stimulated signal is produced. Therefore, with full confidence, we could draw a conclusion that it is very convenient and effective to get needed data for digital to analog conversion to generate all kinds simulated signal with a novel method.
