摘要：We report a new monolithic structure of GaN-based light-emitting diode （LED） which can be operated under high voltage or alternative current. Differing from the conventional single LED chip, the monolithic lightemitting diode （MLED） array contains microchips which are interconnected in series or parallel. The key chip fabrication processing methods of the monolithic LED array include deep dry etching, sidewall insulated protec- tion, and electrode interconnection. A 12 V GaN-based blue high voltage light emitting diode was designed and fabricated in our experiment. The forward current-voltage characteristics of MLEDs were consistent with those of conventional single junction light emitting diodes.

摘要：目的提高磁性磨具表面光整加工技术对30CrMnSi高强度结构钢表面的加工效率,解决以往永磁式磁性磨具光整加工中磁场强度弱、磁能利用率低的问题。方法首先对30CrMnSi导磁工件的材料去除机理进行分析,探讨了磁感应强度B对工件材料去除的重要性。然后基于海尔贝克阵列(Halbach array)进行了磁场的设计,通过理论计算和仿真分析,确定了永磁单元尺寸和磁场布置方案。最后以自制粘接性磁性磨料,对30CrMnSi板材进行单因素光整加工实验。结果根据磁场计算和仿真结果,确定了Halbach array永磁阵列两个周期为最佳的磁场布置方案,并获得了理想的磁场强度和最佳的磁场分布。对30CrMnSi板材的加工实验表明,粗糙度下降百分比(%ΔRa)随着磁极转速和磨粒目数的增大而增大;磁性磨料中铁磁相与磨粒相质量比为3∶1、磁极转速为500 r/min、磨粒目数为240目时,加工效果最好,获得了Ra=0.129μm的表面,粗糙度最大下降百分比为90.74%。结论使用Halbacharray的方法对永磁场进行设计,可以增大加工区域的磁场强度并改善磁场分布,从而提高对30CrMnSi高强度结构钢表面的加工效率。

摘要：目的设计能同时检测人SARS冠状病毒、尼巴病毒、亨德拉病毒、狂犬病毒、登革病毒、乙脑病毒和西尼罗病毒的基因芯片探针,制备芯片用于对广州野生动物携带这7种病毒的流行病学筛查。方法利用生物学软件DNAStar对7种病毒所有序列进行比对,获得每种病毒有意义的特异序列,以此作为设计oligo探针的备选序列,利用生物软件array Designer 2.0设计特异性好、长度均一、Tm值相近的探针。结果每种病毒设计优化选择出10条oligo探针,用来制备基因检测芯片。结论利用GenBank数据库和生物学软件array Designer 2.0设计病毒基因芯片检测探针,是一种简便、快速、有效的方法。

摘要：In this paper, we propose a new design procedure for printed dipole array antennas. Applications of these arrays are devoted to wireless communication systems, mainly base stations and beam steerable antennas. All the designs have been developed at the frequency of 3 GHz. This structure is chosen in order to enhance the gain and minimize the backside radiations of an antenna array with a very simple feeding.

摘要：This paper describes in depth the design and application considerations of a computer based measurement system enabling 1 MS/s simultaneous sampling of 47 hydrophones for cross sectional recordings of echolocation beams of toothed whales (Odontocetes). An earlier prototype version of the system has previously only been presented as a brief proof of principle that did not offer a complete description of the software and hardware solution. Crucial hardware and software design considerations of the further developed system include the re-arm times of the burst mode sampling and the dual-core distributed execution of the software components. The rearm time was measured to 283 μs, using a 550 μs long sample window around each click. This enables burst mode sampling of clicks with an inter-click interval as short as 833 μs. It is shown through both synthetic benchmark tests of the system and through field measurements of bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops truncatus) and a beluga whale (Delphinapterus leucas) that it is capable of acquiring, analyzing and visualizing data in run-time. It operates effectively also in highly reverberant surroundings like concrete pools and shallow waters. Burst mode sampling allows the system to block reflections with 0.3 - 0.5 m longer propagation paths than the direct path. It is suggested that the system’s compliance to reverberant recording sites makes it valuable in future dolphin echolocation studies.

摘要：In accordance with the enhancement for luminous efficiency improving, LED (Light Emitting Diode) has been gradually developed by combining the characteristics of small volume, impact resistance, good reliability, long life, low power consumption with multiple purposes for energy saving and environmental protection. Therefore, the array LED has been widely applied in human livings nowadays. This study applies the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the thermal behavior of the array power LED work lamp which is modeled by four same-size LED with MCPCB (Metal Core Print Circuit Board) mounted on a base heat-sink. The Flotran heat flow analysis is applied to obtain the natural convection of air coefficient, while the convection value can be confirmed by the iterative method since it is set as the boundary condition for ANSYS thermal analysis to obtain the temperature distribution, accordingly the chip junction temperature and the base heat-sink temperature were followed through experiments in order to check if the simulation results meet the design requirements and coincide with the power LED product design specification. Prior to the optimal design process for chip junction temperature, the most significant parameters were first chosen by the fractional factorial design. The regressive models were respectively setup by the dual response surface method (RSM) and the mixed response surface method. Furthermore, the genetic algorithm combined with response surface method was applied to acquire the optimal design parameters, and the results were obtained from both methods, which are reviewed for comparison. Afterwards, the mixed response surface method is adopted to investigate the effects of interactions among various factors on chip junction temperature. In conclusion, it is found that the thermal conductivity of MCPCB and the height of base heat-sink are the two major significant factors. 摘要：为提高宽带高功率微波辐射天线的总体功率容量和增益,研究了2×2宽带高功率贴片天线阵列的阵元互耦特性、馈电功分器设计及对宽带电磁脉冲的辐射特性。阵元采用宽带高功率双层贴片天线,分析了阵元反射和互耦系数随阵元间距的变化关系,结合增益变化曲线,选取阵元间距为30 cm。优化设计了1分4的同轴功分器,采用阻抗渐变方法,提高了功分器的带宽,使其在224～415 MHz时的反射系数小于0.1。模拟了带功分器的完整天线阵,结果表明天线阵带宽达到了57.4%,280～390 MHz频带范围内的增益大于12dB,在360 MHz时达到最大增益14.23 dB,对中心频率320 MHz,带宽10%的宽带电磁脉冲辐射效率为86.8%,峰值功率增益大于11 dB。
